    that has happened to me b4. they just dont get the hint. it took 3 calls to cancel it. did it only take that one or did he call again?

    i've had that same thing happen to me but it was some arab guy at the call center that i could barely understand and i don't think he understood me . so the conversation was twice as long and i cursed alot .

    Yeah I posted this vid because I had the same problems when I canceled AOL a few years ago. I told them my connection was always dropping, and the guy kept telling me it was my computer's fault my connection dropped. I've had a different, MUCH better ISP for the last 3 years, and almost NEVER have problems with dropping. =/
