I honestly believe that police officers enjoy writting people up. Perhaps they have to meet a certain quota, so they set up random stops just to do so. I mean, I got a citation today just because my nephew had slipped out of his shoulder straps to his car-seat. Why is that a need for a citation?? The dumb-ass cop had the nerve to tell me that neither of my nephews (I had the two oldest with me) were strapped in.
