2007 Year of the RTS?

Will 2007 be remembered as the year of the RTS? Command and Conquer 3 and Supreme Commander have wowed critics and players alike. The rest of the year could be just as good for a genre that is red hot. Furthermore, PC games in general have declined in popularity and numbers, but RTS seem as popular as ever. Will players and critics look back on this year as the Year of the RTS?
