Wow...
I completely outdid myself now. At first, I used my new visa to get myself GameSpot Plus, but bumped it up to Total Access, and so far it is just weeeeeeeeee! Yes, I'm going crazy. I dunno why either.
I don't even have the computer to handle the extras that total access has to offer, though there are a bunch of stuff where it really don't matter, so it's all good.

Note to Canadians: Do NOT buy video games from Zellers!
Okay, they did rip me off, but I got smart.
So yeah, I was looking around today, seeing if I could find any rarities for the GCN or GBA when I come across a Player's Choice Kirby's Air Ride. Hmm... rare enough, plus Player's Choice. Awesome, except it has no price tag. Then agian, all Player's Choice games are $30, right?
Wrong. They ring it up and 70 BUCKS! WHAT THE ****?!
I bought it anyway because chances are I'd never see another copy, but I was steamed, went to the food court to eat lunch and stew over it a bit.
Then I just thought, **** this, and returned it, telling them it was way too expensive for a Player's Choice title. I would've ripped off their heads if I wasn't such a nice guy.
And then I went to EB and bought THAW. (Which isn't much better of me.)
I'm never buying another game from Zellers. Again.

Blah
Okay, so I haven't been to the GameSpot side a whole lot. I admit, I'm more of a GameFAQser than a GameSpotter. I was at GameFAQs long before GameSpot and I've racked up nearly 900 karma there over three years, so bleh.
But anyway, I'm halfway through FE
oR now, just past chapter 15. I haven't been playing it too much because I've been focusing on my second playthrough on Tales of Symphonia and I just picked up SSX On Tour the other day. (I might also see if I can get lucky and maybe find Riviera over the next day or two, but I seriously doubt it's even findable now.) I'm enjoying Path of Radiance way more than the two GBA FEs that we've seen on this side of the Pacific. I have no idea why; it plays almost like the rest of them, aside from skills, bonus exp., and the different support system. But man... Ike, compared to the lords of FE7 and FE8, just rocks. He's a tank. At level 20 we're talking 37 HP and 18 DEF (higher than my level 20 Titania for cripes, sake.) along with a decent enough STR and SKL that I can't name off the top of my head.
Tales of Symphonia, though, I made a big boo boo a couple of days ago when I accidentially saved my second playthrough over my first. Fortunately I was already about halfway through the second playthrough when I did it, so I'm already using my recommended party of Presea, Genis, Zelos, and Raine. (And if you can learn how to use Presea effectively, she'll be your best fighter.) I'm having fun playing through it again, though, and I FINALLY found the skits to obtain Presea's Paw Mania title (Poke Poke) and Regal's poke-related title. (Paw) Poor Corrine and Noishe, though. XD
SSX On Tour is... how can I say this? Awesome. I'm a skier and I've been looking for a decent mountain sports game for a while, and although SSXOT isn't neccesarily realistic, it's fun just to freeride from the top to the bottom of the mountain, though I do enjoy racing and whipping out sick tricks, too. Though I do have the GameCube version, I don't neccesarily prefer Mario, Luigi, or Peach.
That's all I have to report for today. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I'll be playing anything today. I was out of the house at 7:30 AM this morning and probably won't get home until around midnight, and I'm already tired as hell from staying up late curtosey of SSX On Tour.
