    Topics of the Mind 001

If you're reading this, it could mean that you disagreed with something and this brought you here, or you agreed with something which brought you here or maybe it was curiosity, which they say killed the cat, although it could have very well gave life to the cat by indicating a new feed source. Destiny is very strange, it deludes so many, yet many talk of it, (If you are here to read about my ranting on about fanboism and botism, please go elsewhere) destiny leads many to misfortune while leading others to fortune. In this world, we claim that we all had "An equal opportunity" and "Started on the same start line" however, that statement can not be more wrong; what of the disabled? Who were born blind, or mentally challenged? Did they start at the same start line as one who has a fine talent in artistry? Poverty strikes our world in every manner and while many know this fact, they aren't very grateful. They should think to themselves, "I could have been born in that family" or "This misfortune that befell that person could have very well befallen myself". Human instincts suggests that humans are survivalists and in order to survive will do anything, in this sense, being selfish is only natural. As humans, being opinionated is also natural, as this will help us seek out our perfect "Mate". By talking like this, I do not condole the Theory of Evolution, as anyone in the field will advise, there are too many problems with that theory. No textbook or scientist ever claimed that to be a FACT, only a THEORY.

Questions like: 1. Apes became Human (evolution) in order to survive, why aren't those that didn't evolve die out? 2. why did Charles Robert Darwin (founder of the Theory of Evolution) say in his book of natural selection "Why if species evolved from other species by insensibly fine gradations do we not see innumerable transitional forms? Why is nature not in confusion with itself but as we see them well defined? 3. Why if humans have evolved from apes, are the apes still unevolved after all these years? 4. People of old, during the 1800s had lack of technology, otherwise, they would have known that humans also share 50% of their genes with bananas and Kangaroos. Does this mean that we also came from the kangaroos or bananas? Using visual observations alone will deduce that we came from apes; we look like them, but bananas look nothing like us yet they are exceedingly close to us.

The Theory of Evolution has caused many problems in the past, you only need to look at Communism and Nazism. Adolf Hitler was inspired by the works of Charles Darwin and wanted to speed up the evolution phases of humanity by killing off all disabled (inferior genes) elderly (drain on resources) and the non whites beginning with blacks (Who they thought were the closest to the unevolved man, one step further from neanderthal, some even doubt they were homosapians). Evolution Theory also led to the freethinkingness and gave new food for thought which today is being used to determine that Religious people are somehow backwards. The new age of technology and freethinking has brought about a new era where we think for ourselves and do what we think is right, yet we find many people are rather offended by the presence of a religious person, much like in the past when a religious person was offended by an atheist.

Eugenics was also a racist concept that the people of old used as a spring board to somehow get away with wrong. In the past some of the worst atrocities took place and those that committed them didn't lose a wink of sleep, because, according to these theories, the blacks and other non whites were like animals, they lack feelings and thought so you can get away with the slavery and what not that was rife at that time. Humans have done much wrong thinking that it was right, need I mention apartheid? And how long it took to get some normality in South Africa? And yet, the reason why some rich people lived a life well satisfied and fulfilled almost like a modern person (Heating, Food, dust-free home, clear air) was at the cost of having personal assistants. These assistants were not like modern ones, they would live to only 30 years or so, this should indicate how much they were worked and how hard their lives were, some only had 3 hours sleep.

The people then, didn't see this as much of a evil, in fact, when the assistant was sick, they would leave them for death. Even the aristocrats who claim they are civilised would do the same. The assistants would: Bedding, Cleaning Mansion (Al 15 plus rooms), Laundery, Cooking, Clothing etcetera. The motto back then were, "Comfortability for the few, at the cost of the many."---------------------This ends this edition of Mind Topics.
