So my old piece of crap PC kind of...um...died...and I've been unable to go online since the beginning of the month...took it to a local PC repair shop and they pretty much said it would cost so much to fix it that it wouldn't be worth it...
So just got a whole new PC instead...for pretty cheap (black friday sales 
)
It's better than any of my old PCs...in like every way, I think...
An example, my previous PC (got it for free when a family member's workplace decided to get new computers and just toss out the old ones) Had like a 19GB hard drive and 256MB of ram...
yeah...
This new one has a 500GB hard drive and 4GB of ram...I can finally watch hi-def videos!
Unfortunately, there's files that were on the old PC that were irreplaceable...I'm not even sure if they're still on the old hard drive or if that's dead, too...gotta' get some sort of external hard drive thing to see if I can move them...or if they're even still there...
Maybe I can even play some PC games I've been missing out on over the past decade 
Looks like I'm no the only one who replaced his PC.
double last week I replaced mine. The only reason I got active is because I borrowed my brother's.
I hope your files are backed-up, Mine's got the worst case scenario, never backed it up. biggest mistake.
I hope you get your old files back. I keep a backup drive just incase. You should think about getting one.
What PC games are you planning to get? I had the same experiance with the PC I'm uing now. I didn't know laptops could go that fast lol.
