Semi-Gaming Checkup # 4
Changed my gaming checkups from Wednesdays to Saturdays. Wednesdays seemed out sync with my rhythm. Changing the video game lineup at the end of the week doesn't make much sense to me anymore. That is all.

No Longer Wanting To Become A Cartoonist...
...because I already am one. I became bored with drawing a couple of years ago. It's just too easy, so I needed to find something else to do with my life. I'm going back to school in September, and see where I can go from there. See you guys. This is going to be an all nighter for me tonight. I threw away my drawings last night. I'm through, I got other things to do.

Gaming Checkup # 4

This week has been a peaceful week for video gaming. I enjoyed playing this week due to all the extra free time I've had. Here's the checkup:

(1)Contra 4- Surprisingly very difficult. I'm having a hard time getting through the first 2 stages of this video game. It's very fun, and the voice acting is hilarious. The sprites are well animated too.

(2)Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles- Chrono Trigger may be one of the best video games I've ever played. Why? The music, battle system, and characters are well designed. Even at this day and age, this is one of the best video games ever made. I might play this video game tomorrow.

(3)Dragonball Z Burst Limit- An exciting video game that must be put back in my storage since I've grown tired of it. I will play it again some time. But, I need a break.

(4)Devil May Cry 3- Back to a very difficult game, that I've been enjoying for many years, however I may have to put this video game for away for a while as well, and get back to Devil May Cry 4.

(5)Shadow Hearts Covenant- Been playing this video game for two weeks too many, and it's time I gave this video game a break also. The english voice acting has been pretty bad for some of the voice overs, and that's been detering me from playing.

(6)The Orange Box- This video game is a great game. There's so much to do in this video game, I have to make more time to play this brilliant game. I might continue to play this game tomorrow.

What should I play next?: I'm not sure what I should play next. It's late, and I need to get to work soon. I'll think about changing my playing next list tomorrow. I apologize to dedicated readers. Those others can kiss my ass!!

Nintendo E3 Press Conference Review
I was glad to see Shigeru Miyamoto's performance at E3. It made me think gaming has a chance, and there will also be a lot more gamers in the future. The Wii says to me, "More quality family time" And Wii music says to me, "More future musicians." Although I must admit, Microsoft may have mostly captured the audiences' attention this year, I was still pleased to see Nintendo's showing. I would like to thank Nintendo for opening the doors for newcomers into gaming.

Ryu Hayabusa Stands Tall

Ryu Hayabusa

Ninja Gaiden players. If you're observant as I am, you'll notice that Ryu Hayabusa stands while battling even when he's pacing. Ninjas, in this video game at least, crouch while fighting. Why doesn't Mr. Hayabusa crouch while fighting? Isn't he a ninja? If so he's probably one of the most manliest ninjas out there since he can take on the entire Black Spider Clan at once.

Gaming Checkup # 3 (New Setup!)

Another great week in gaming for me, I played many difficult video games during this session, and I'll admit this lineup was too hard.

(1) Final Fantasy IX: SPOILER: I finally reached the final chapter in this video game, and I had a difficult time reaching Kuja the 2nd to last boss. Obviously it was much easier reaching the final battle since this is my 2nd time through although the monsters seemed a lot more stronger than last time. Probably my first time through FFIX I thought it was a lot easier than it really was. This video game isn't easy.

(2) Final Fantasy XII: Due to the difficult lineup of video games, and my engrossment /w Ninja Gaiden II, I wasn't able to get too involved. I picked it up, and played it during the late night. This is the time I choose to play this video game for some reason. It makes me think about reading...a lot. I wanted to play it, but I didn't have the stamina because of the rigorous amount of work that needed to be put into the other video games.

(3) Ninja Gaiden II: I've been having a difficult time getting through this video game, a lot harder time than I had expected. Maybe I should've started this game on "Acolyte" instead of "Warrior"? I was pondering this question during the typing of another blog entry. I'm still on chapter 6. This game is beatable, and I probably will beat the video game. I think I need to focus on better timing when it comes to parrying, and evasion though if I want to progress more.

(4) Dragonball Z: Burst Limit: An easy violent video game that I've been playing that I'm quickly growing wary of. Being a new video game I think I'll give it another chance next week, and if it fails to entertain it will be shuffled amongst my stack of other video games for a while. I was thinking maybe I should've just rented it, but it's a lengthy video game so the it's a "buy".

(5) Shadow Hearts: Covenant: An enjoyable video game. The music, the battle system, and the character designs keep me coming back and sitting on my chair to play more.

(6) Final Fantasy Tactics: Grimoire Of The Rift: I haven't been playing this video game, and others, much since I've been searching for a new job, and my main focus for playing has been (4) and (3). I will give this video game another chance...eventually.

What should I play next?: Well, I'm not absolutely sure as of yet. I've picked out a few games that I'm interested in playing. I plan on connecting to the X Box Live server and playing amongst X Box Livers again. I've had a rather long abscence from the server. Other than that my blog readers will just have to wait and see what I'm going to play next tomorrow.
