Spore
After watching just about everything at e3, (that you could watch on game spot) I think the most interesting and the funnest game I'm looking forward to is Spore. The possibilities of that game are endless. I can see myself playing that game for a million years non stop without sleeping.
Here is a link to a presentation where about halfway through Robin Williams comes up and plays around with the creature creation.

Tomb Raider: Legend
