its about a game, i was watching telly and saw a gaming programme they were talking about a game, at first i thought it was unreal tournment but i now fink it aint, anyway it showed it was a gunnin game quitefuturistic but what was kwl was that u kud design and build ur own battle field

ok so an update for why i aint bin on and most likely wont be online for a while;

a few monthsa ago we found out my grandad was really ill and while i was away at the wkend he died on sunday mornin so as u guessed ive bin pretty depressed cuz i was c lose to him he taught me alot about life.

i dont kno what else to really say apart from im gonna upload some pics of my hair cuz ive had blue put into in it but it looks green on the pics lol i had it done weeks ago

whooooooooo i am so tired work has really bin drainin me and i need to party, soon very soon i will have me 19th party just need to let me parents kno they r paying for it lol

something really bad happened today my other laptop got smashed by accident and ive lost everyfing on it including me and my mates graphic novel and i didnt make a back up god i feel like an idiot.......oh well i have u guys to cheer me up and the future mrs krath lol

i used to play rugby i was awesome kud hav gone pro but i got injuried from a bad tackle and had to giv it up but my little is the gods honest best ive never seen someone channel is emotions into a sport like him he is deffo gonna be a pro, however i have to be a shamed of the game on saturday england against wales we were just bad oh well on a lighter news hey konnish how r the wedding plans

so has anyone ever heard of pneumatics and hydraulics cuz im doing it at work, its a course my company has got me on and i have to say im pretty good at them and i think its mega interesting, its like a huge puzzle tat u have to build and the instructor says im the best one in the class woop woop for me

well some of u know i used to do weightlifting but im not sure if u knew i used to do it professionally and i dont mean like doing it cuz i thought it wud get the girls...... lol

i had a trainer who thought i kud go all the way cuz of my size and my talents but then i got ill so i had to stop but now tat im better ive gotten in contact with him (his also my tattooist, lol) and yea he said i can start it up again so who knows what i mite be able to do............ i just hope i still have my talents i can still lift my dad, mom, sister and bro up (not at the same time, lol)

well ladies and gentleman it may have taken some time and uve all bin waiting so heres my tenth attempt at posting my second deep blog (i think tv.com dont like my deep blogs, lol), anyway this blogs is about the emotion;

FEAR

i'll start off with what the experts say about fear;

Fear is an emotionalresponse to impending danger, that is tied to anxiety. Most fear is usually connected to pain, for example; some fear heights because if they fallthey might land in great pain. Fear is a survival mechanism, and usually occurs in response to a specific negative stimulus.

so what do i think of it well of course u cant say uve lived without fear cuz everyone has something they are afraid of whether they admit it or not but if u keep it locked up in ur self then u wont be able to get help and overcome it then the fear has won, therefore i admit it there are a few things im afraid of........................ but will i tell u................... maybe...........lol

if ur also afraid of something it may limit u to living; such as if ur afraid of snakes u may never explore the amazing junglys and how nature survives cuz u fear that u'll come across a snake, there are alot of things that fear limit people to.....................

so.....................

if it does this much damage to our minds, stress, depression and the way we live our life then why do we hav it this emotion?? can u answer it?? (and no scientific stuff, lol) well i think i might kno why we hav some fears and tat is becuz of memories/ experiences.

if something bad happened to u in the past it might leave a scar in ur mind tat when u try and do it again the fear of tat memory comes bk and gets u worried of it all happening again, so u dont go near it............. well tats what i believe and again i kno this cuz its what i do but........

...........why do people have fear of something even without experiencin it first such as heights?? how do u kno ur afraid of them if uve never been tat high?? maybe its cuz of stories uve heard and the news dont help these days with all the bad news.

so heres what im afraid of;

1. heights, lol - im afraid of them cuz my mom is so ive bin brought up with that in the house never got to experience being on an airplane but i do want to cuz i dont wanna limit myself with my life experiences.
2. swimming pools, lakes, rivers - cuz i nearly drowned to death when i was younger in a river anda few days later while at school trying to learn how to swim the teacher threw me into the pool so i dont like them, doesnt say i wont go in them but its very rare
3. it was really hard to think of a third cuz the first 2 are usually enough, lol anyway my third fear wud hav to be ............. ok i dont hav anything that comes to mind if i think of one i'll add it but the ones im coming up with are ones tat everyone has to be afraid off if they dont then they are idiots; like being biten by a shark and dyin.

anyway thats it, so what are u afraid of?? and why do u think we need fear??
