  Just conquered Rockband on the drums...

  
  
  I am so stoked. I took to drums almost as quickly as I did to the Guitar in both Rock Band and Guitar Hero. I also managed to finish Creep by Radiohead by microphone twice at 100% on my first and second try. The lead singer and I must have the same voice and the lyrics are pretty easy. I must say that I was skeptical about Guitar Hero initially and even more so of Rock Band. If you haven't tried these games yet I recommend giving them a spin. They have turned out to be some of the best gaming experiences I have ever had. When your reactions have to make the decisions in game play the game itself become very immersive. Rock Band is a great follow up the the the Guitar Hero series and I look for more music and interactive games in the near future.

  Guitar Hero III and Call of Duty IV Conquered

  It's been a while since I have beat a few games let alone two within a week. Happy yet so sad. Because I think I waited nearly a year for Call of Duty 4 and the campaign was pretty short. In both cases. I guess it is time for me to move back to a few other campaigns I never felt like finishing and complete as much of my collection as possible. Call of Duty 4 was absolutely amazing. Start to finish and I am sure I will get a year out of playing multiplayer mode. I guess it is back to BioShock, Halo 3 and Dead Rising until the release of Assassin's Creed in a week or so. No **** wait. Next week. Yay! I hear that is to be an amazing game with a scale version of Jerusalem during the third crusade. I just picked up Ace Combat 6 as well. It seems interesting but.... Holy **** the bonus level of Cod 4 just started. I seem to be on some sort of plane. Wow. Totally unexpected. Well. I am gonna get back into it. Keep Playing!

  Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

  Simply unbelievable. The quality of the game pushes the envelop of what is visually possible on the Xbox 360. Super gritty and realistic yet easy to play this is the new benchmark. From the first level to the nuclear blast my mouth was virtually open the entire time. Cool new game play such as firing from 20,000 feet using a 120 cal. Looks just like the real thing. You will not be disappointed one bit. This is last holiday's "Gears of War".
  
  
  
  If you haven't invested in a console yet and are looking for the bleeding edge of HD gaming experience. Then Modern Warfare is a great way to get started. You will find your self in very realistic situations. The maps go in many different directions. So campaign mode is super creative. I am just happy to see that CoD has finally moved beyond WWII. It was an amazing series but I think we have played virtually every different variation of that historic battle. The developers spared no expense to deliver the speed and game play that you want within an immersive environment that lives up to the experiences on a modern day battle field. Semper-Fi
