All the fans at Japan already knew the ending of Naruto because they read the storyboard. If you want to know the ending then read this, if not do not then don't rearet.
4th Hokage (Yondaime)
The 4th is actually quite like the itachi that we've been described to so far. He is nice on the outside and all but he is actually very uneasy with his position. On one hand, he has a duty to protect the village; on the other hand he feels the village puts a limit on his growing power. so during the raid of Kyubi( nine tail), 4th sealed the fox in the belly of his son naruto and left the village with his wife and founded Akatsuki. when the battle is over, and the 3rd saw the seal (and 4th instructions?), he mistakenly thought 4th used the forbiden technique and died. the whole village believing in the 3rd, and the legend of 4th lived on.
4th's wife
Naruto's mother, 3rd daughter. loving mother and loyal wife. she left her new born son with tears. later, she became a member of Akatsuki group. rank #8.
Itachi
After the 4th left Konoha, he sends invatation for the 3 most potential shinobi in the vilage. Orochimaru, Jiraya and Itachi. Orochimaru accepted immediately, but Jiraya and Itachi refused. 4th doesn't want to go against the will of his old sensei, but he did not give up on young Itachi. (i think there is a time lag between inviting oro and Itachi) 4th threatens to kill the Uchiha clan, Itachi still wont give in. thus 4th sends #2 ranked Akatsuki "white tiger" to murder most of Uchiha clan. Seeing that he is no match to Akatsuki, Itachi agreed to join if "white tiger" would spare Sasuke. Itachi want his brother to became stronger than him, thus lied about the family's death, hoping to let Sasuke's anger to become his strength. Itachi then joined Atatsuki as #3, Orochimaru as #5.
Orochimaru
Orochimaru's leaving Konoha was strongly objected by Jiraya. Jiraya ,always believed he could save Orochimaru, finally tipped the 3rd about Oro's secrect place, hoping his sensai would finally talk him out of it. (I dont think this is the same event that was shown in the anime, Oro left village long before Kyubi's attack) In Akatsuki, Orochimaru never trusted Itachi's loyalty with the group, and always was bitter about his being #5. He told 4th about Itachi's real loyalty does not lie with Akatsuki. 4th told Orochimaru if you have the power of Sharingan, then i'll believe you. Orochimaru then challenges Itachi but lost to Sharingan. He then left the group.
Sasuke
Sasuke did not really turn evil. He only wanted to pocess more power. Sasuke's sharingan became more powerfull and eventually killed orochimaru with the help of Kabuto. In the end Sasuke killed Itachi and finally found out the truth, and was send again into despair.
Kakashi
Kakashi died in the battle with "white tiger" while protecting Gai-sensei.(Lee's sensei)
Naruto
Naruto's final battle is with his father, the legendary "Yellow Flash", the 4th Hokage. Naruto defeated 4th with the help from his mother (died while protecting Naruto, but wounded 4th).In the end, naruto became Hokage as he wished.
Others:
Sakura became Tsunade's student. Gaara became Kazekage of sand village. Hinata and Naruto got together, so is Shikamaru and Temari. ( some are told by manga already)I found this on Narutocommunity.net the guy who posted this said that it was the story bord from japon and the japonese people know the end of naruto.

There seems to be some controversy over the 4th Hokage's true name (and it is not Yondaime, as that is simply the Japanese word for "fourth"). The two leading contenders are Arashi Kazama and Arashi Uzumaki. Supposedly both of these names were seen to be written, Arashi Kazama on the summoning contract that Naruto signs to call forth Gamabunta, and Arashi Uzumaki in the Japanese episode were Jiraiya was talking to Naruto about what happened with the Kyuubi. Strange part is, if you actually look at the writing (and know how to read Japanese), the part where the 4th Hokage signed his name is gibberish.
The two images over at the right show the toad summoning contract. The first one is from the Volume 11, Chapter 92, Page 18 of the manga, and the second displays the contract from both from the manga and the anime, with the names outlined, color-coded, and translated. The translations you see were not done by me, and I'm not sure how they got the name "Arashi Uzumaki" from what is written, as several Japanese translators have said that the writing there is illegible. And this would make sense, written to look like extremely poor handwriting so nobody would be able to read it, and thus keep the secret of the 4th Hokage's real name and relation to Naruto. Plus, if you just compare it to Naruto's signature, it's easy to see there is no similarity.
Additionally, I'm told that Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto, said in an interview that the 4th Hokage's name is Arashi Kazama, though this is highly disputed and shouldn't be taken as fact.
There is also controversy over whether or not the 4th Hokage is Narutos's father. As far as I've been able to tell, this is hinted at in the manga, but never actually revealed to be true. One dedicated fan was able to track down some images to help me display some of this evidence (and notice I did say "evidence", not "proof").
The two images below come from Chapter 143, pages 1 and 2 of the manga. In them, you can see that when Kakashi first confronts Itachii, he asks if he's there for Sasuke, and Itachi says he's there for the 4th's legacy. Everyone automatically knows who he means, but of course, he could be calling Naruto this because the 4th placed the Fox Demon in him.
Another fan also has put a lot of thought into this situation, so let me share his thoughts with you:
It is common knowledge by any avid reader/watcher of the Naruto series that the Fourth Hokage sealed the Kyuubi into Naruto when he was born. Also, it is widely known (but not noticed) that before he died Yondaime stated about Naruto"This boy should be remembered not as the monster he holds, but as the hero that saved the village" (or something along those lines). I would think that most parents would not let even the Hokage implant the monster that had killed many in their village inside their newborn child... except the one doing the sealing. Also, I would not think that Yondaime would fret so much about Naruto being an outcast with the Kyuubi within him if he was someone else's kid. This on it's own is revealing information, but combined with what I know about the Akatsuki leader and what Akatsuki wants, it makes a terrifying argument.
First off, I've been told that the Akatsuki wants all the Bijyuu's, the Kyuubi being one of them. I also believe these are referred to as jinchuuriki (I have not read much if any of the manga, I normally watch the Japanese episodes of the T.V. show all this information is from reliable friends who read the manga) of which a few of the Akatsuki have one. My theory is that when the kubi was sealed it was put inside Arashi not Naruto I also believe that the Kyuubi was too strong to seal in one body so either it was sealed in Naruto first and Arashi took the overflow, or Arashi sealed it in himself and overflowed it into Naruto. I an avid believer that it is the second option.
After his death you believe that the Kyuubi was able to break the seal with its tremendous power (much like the Kyuubi can release some chakra for Naruto's use because the seal is weakened) and took over Arashi's body. This would perfectly explain why the Akatsuki leader looks exactly like Arashi does with a big ass neckband and only silhouetted but with red eyes. People use the red eyes as evidence that he is not the leader, but if Naruto's eyes turn red after using the Kyuubi's chakra it would make sense that if the Kyuubi took over Arashi's body his eyes would be red.
To further prove my theory that part of the Kyuubi was split between the bodies, I would like to use how the Third Hokage died. He died by using the fujin (I believe that's how it is spelled) jutsu, the same one used to seal the Kyuubi, to seal Orochimaru's arms in his body. He sealed them in his own body though. If Arashi was Naruto's father or good-hearted enough to want the Kyuubi-sealed child to be considered as a hero then why would he not seal the Kyuubi in his own body like the third did with Orochimaru's arms and save him the trouble in the first place? I believe that this further proves the hidden agenda of Yondaime because he wanted a body from which he could take the Kyuubi out of and make it whole again. As i said before, all of this is just a theory based strongly on facts that I and many trustworthy friends have found and compiled.
Some fans, on the other hand, speculate that the 4th Hokage is actually Naruto's older brother. Still, even though there is evidence to support the idea that the two are related, it's pretty much impossible to tell exactly how they're related until we're given more clues.
