F*****g banner
So i see people have custom avatars now and I being the apparently infinite fool that I am think heh that'll be just like it is on Gamespot, just gotta link to my avatar and I'm done - yay that was easy.
So i do it and then i get "the banner URL you used was invalid" i swear under my breath and think where can I get a banner? I want my name on it as it's my page but I frankly cannot be bothered with i'm sick of the TV.com default one anyway so I'll just make my own - then I remember though I have Photoshop CS2 on my PC the last time I actually used photoshop properly was 7. So anyway I knocked out a quick banner as quickly as I could without just nicking one image and shoving my name over the top - I'll work on it more later

A question
theres a question that been bugging me for some time
in the new season what is the best serial drama
Desperate housewives? - Nah its as funny as the first season but I've only ever watched it for the humour so i can't say I love it as a serial
Lost? - I love this show but recently I've lost interest quite quickly the arc has been lost in a maze the writers have made for themselves and they seem to have forgotten to write a map and they negated to pack a compass
Jericho? - Its good, very good but not all of the characters are as human as the soundtrack makes you think they are and they feel the need to tack a happy ending on as often as possible and while sometimes it fits the story sometimes it just seems like they're doing it to make people think what a happy show I'll be sure to tune in next week!
Heroes? - there's not much to say really other than this is what Lost was in its freshman season. Clever, witty and so encapsulating you find yourself clawing at the screen when it finishes as though you could pull out another episode. Its truly compelling and there's not a single character you can't sympathise with from Nikki's fear about whats happenning to her to Hiro's sheer joy and wonder about being a Hero.
So Heroes wins out for me for now.. Will it keep up its momentum or will it slowly and painfully chug to a convoluted close like (Unless things change radically..) Lost will?

"Almost, but not quite" Don't misunderstand me, this is a Zelda game and as a result to me, a 9.2 isn't up to scratch... Continue »
