14Oct 06I can't help but be drawn to new tv shows, as well as hanging onto old favs. Some seasons, I end up loosing a big chunk of my line-up and other seasons, only one thing drops off. Either way, every year I closely look at the shows before they start and pick out the things that stick out at me. This year, I had a couple of duds on my list right away. But others tha were on my "this might be good" list are turning into favorites. So I'm definitely not an expert at selecting, but I sure enjoy the ride.
The worst part of it is getting attached to a show that went away. Some of those still are favorites even though they aren't here any longer. Buffy, for example, was a long time favorite. And then other things like John Doe left a big impact even with a short time.- Posted Oct 14, 2006 7:42 am PT
