Capcom fighting all stars.

Ok, so I decided to plug in the old (and still awesome) Dreamcast. I played some Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and still love it. Now I was thinking, I want a new game like this.

Impossible.

Capcom doesn't have the Marvel liscense anymore. Well, there is one option I would LOVE to see happen.

A new 2D fighting game in the same spirit, craziness, and fast paced action that MVC2 had.

My Idea 'Capcom Fighting All Stars'. You can keep the same characters from MVC2 and then add all of the best characters from Capcom games in a 2D fighting game.

I'm thinking Dante, Nero, and Virgil from Devil may Cry.
Samanoske, Jubei, Saki, Jaque, Nobonaga, and Girl Jubei from Onimusha
Phoenix Wright and Edgeworth from Ace Attorney
Okami from Okami
Gene from God Hand
Mask De Smith from Killer7
Leon, Ada, and Wesker from Resident Evil
Frank from Dead Rising
Wayne from Lost Planet
Zack and Wiki (one character) from...Zack and Wiki
That Knight dude from Ghouls and Ghosts
Zero from Megaman x
That dude from Bionic Commando
That girl from Dino Crisis
Viewtiful Joe from Viewtiful Joe
Some guys from that game Devil Kings (Already have an original 2D fighter in Japan)
That guy from Shadow of Rome
Some characters from Power Stone
Then you can add a few characters from Street fighter Alpha and Street Fighter 3
Maybe 1 or 2 more characters from Darkstalers
And maybe something from way back as a surprise.

That would make a roster of 60+ fighters.

People need to start asking Capcom to make this game. I would buy it the day it comes out. If you have any other ideas, I'd like to hear them.

BTW, this is not gonna happen, just my dream. THIS IS NOT REAL.

I wish..CAPCOM READ THIS.

Phoenix Wright 3!

It's been a while. A long time since I made a blog. I know I was supposed to update this better..but Bioshock is awesome.

Now, on to more important matters. Phoenix Wright 3. I got it. I am so happy. Now off to play it.

Now I'm not gay or nothing, but I'd make love to Phoenix Wright. He is a very sexy man.

Dynamite Cop: Great game? Or THE GREATEST game?

You know the answer is greatest game ever.

box

Dynamite Cop was an arcade title, ported to the Dreamcast in 1999. Dynamite cop is sort of a cult cla$$ic with me and my friends. The game itself is ridiculous. Even the title 'Dynamite Cop' implies the whole game will be crazy. And the title itself doesn't even make any sense. But the game, itself, rocks.

You can pick one of three characters, Bruno Delinger, Jean Ivy, and Eddie Brown. Three people, in some kind of force squad to rescue the presidents daughter, on a conmendeered cruise ship. But unlike most task forces, you don't go in there with M16's and pistols. You go in there, with nothing and have some sort of crazy kung-fu Ryu powers. Including, crazy flip kicks, powerbombs, all sorts of crazy wrestling attacks, and a 360 uppercuts.

characher select screen

So where does the ridulous come in? Everywhere. You are fighting 'modern day pirates' Led by theawesome bad guy (who is also awesomely named) Wolf Hongo. (I am honsetly thinking of paying $10 to change my Xbox live name to that...SO awesome). You can enter the ship 3 ways, suction cup your way from the side of the ship, swim from under it, or parachute to the top of it. You will fight everyone from regular looking pirates, to turtle men, crab men, huge cooks, a giant squid, cowboys, and so much more. Are you asking what can you use to dispach your foes? Well, Guns of all kinds, anti airship missles, regular missles, grenades (which for some reason you find in a fridge), tables, arcade cabinets, people, chairs, axe, spears, apples, french roles, and just about anything else lying around. Just some of the combos you do, with no weapons, are amazing. Jean has a move where she breaks every single bone in the human body.

The game features little scenes where it askes you to press a button. If you press it, you usally come flying in the room with a kick to the face that looks funny, or miss completely and fly into the wall. The game also features realilistic body damaging technology. Just like in real life, when you get beat up, all of your clothes disapear. It's amazing.

Basiclly to be straight up, this game beats any other game you can come up with. I mean, the game itself ends in about 25 minutes, but they were the best 25 minutes of my life. I won't ruin the end, but it involves the presidents daughter dancing to no music while two people kill eachother with axes.

Go to the store, and if you have the choice between Bioshock and this, get this. It IS the greatest game ever.

Resident Evil? The movie..

Ok, I'm gonna nerd out here for a second, but I don't care. I love Resident Evil. I do, I own all the games, and beat almost every one.Even if I haven't beat it, I know how it ends. I'm a resident Evil fanatic, I suppose. If you haven't noticed yet, there are advertisementsfor the third RE movie here at Gamespot. The website of that movie was kinda the last straw for me, if you will. Thestory, and characters, for Resident Evil: Extinction, I will get into later. First, though, I willtalk about the first two movies.

As an individual movie, with no license, they're alright. They'rea decent zombie action movie. But as a Resident Evil movie, they're terrible.

The first movie had no characters from the game. Not one. Well, except zombies, and they shoved a 'Licker' in there, and a few zombie dogs, but it looked terrible. So how did it resemble the game? Well, there was an underground Umbrella facility that was connected from the mansion to the police station. If you get Through Resident Evil 2, you get to go to that underground lab, where it is all torn apart, and zombie-fied. So maybe, they were trying to do what happened before Leon gets down there. Who knows, the real thing is, they could of changed the name of the corporation, and city, and it could of been it's own new movie. You think the developers of the RE games don't watch these films? As much as I would hope they didn't, they do. Proof? It's in Resident Evil 4. A small hallway with lasers flying at you, and the main character doing acrobatic maneuvers to get away from them. The same in the game, and movie.I wonder what the developers think of these films..

A much better film than the first one, and probably as close as we are going to get to the game's story. This one actually featured a few characters from the game, and even a few ideas. (A little girl with the virus, for one.) The moviesharessome of the characters, and basic story of Resident Evil 3. My personal favorite of the old ****Resident Evil games. Including Jill Valentine, Carlos Oliveira, and my favorite bad guy, Nemesis. And there is my biggest grudge with the seconds movie. Nemesis in the movie, looks pretty good, and through most of the movie is and unstoppable killing machine. Until the end, where, he gets beat up, impaled by a pole, and switches sides. Anybody who played through RE3 would know Nemesis does NOT give up that easily. Just look at how much it took to kill that damn thing. They almost disgraced him in the movie. The best part, Jill. My favorite Resident Evil female was in the movie, and they actually did a very good job with her. How she acted, how awesome she was, and they even got the clothes right. Though now, for some reason, she's mysteriously gone from...

Now, all of a sudden, the world is infected with zombies, and they need to get to Alaska. That's what the website says, I don't know. Back to not following the game, it seems. They clearly didn't want to change route with the story, and used up all the game's story when they blew up Raccoon City. Well, all the game's story that would make sense if they keep their leading lady, milla jovovich. So now they are looking for fuel in a sandstorm destroyed Las Vegas. They also added a few other characters from the game. Which I will get into now...

Character Comparison:

Jill Valentine:

They casted her very well. She looked good in the movie.

Carlos Oliveira:

He was alright. I don't think anybody would take Carlos seriously if they casted him as he was in the game.

Nemesis:

Like I said before. He looked good in the movie, but what he did in the end..

Now the new characters..

Claire Redfield:

One of the better images I could get of her. Where's the ponytail? From what I seen on the website, they made her a redneck.

Albert Wesker:

Warning:Bad

Where's the hair? And why is he so young? Blah.

Now this isn't the first movie to not follow the game's story, I wonder why that is. I figure most of them just want the famous name, and think the game's story won't work as a movie. Sometimes they won't, (even making a live action Super Mario movie was their first mistake) but sometimes they do. I think, if they followed the story for Resident Evil, it'd make a much better movie.
