I'm just gonna look at it for a few more moments.
Done.
Okay, so first off, i was just playing The World Ends With You. I stopped playing as i got stuck at a bit. This is the only part of the game where i've ever had to grind really. Which is amazing for a JRPG I'm 20 hours into. But fighting is so much fun in this game.. once i got back into my rhythm. At first i was getting frustrated. I CANT BLOODY OOK AT TWO SCREENS AND BLOCK AT THE SAME TIME!
Then i told myself to calm down, and follow the green light. Once i did that, i had a lot more fun. I absoultely love this game. I forgot how good it was. I've only played a few rpg's (Final Fantasy 12 and Tatitics Advanced spring to mind.. Golden Sun 2 as well) but i like this one a lot more. It's different, and i want a sequel, or for this one to never end.
But i've got 3 days left. And Beat has even less. The only annoying thing is the taboo noise at the end of the game, as when you read people's thoughts, you often don't get to read all of it as a noise comes flying at you.
But besides them, that's probably one of the best things in this game. Random encounters are not used. Pokemon would benifet greatly from this. The music, as i've said many times, is awesome. As someone said, i could download it off itunes, but i do not have a US account. (Like hell it's on our store!) The graphics have a great style and are very nice. I love the story, and the cutscene's, even if some don't.
...
OH
MY
GOD.
THE
DARK
KNIGHT
IS
AMAZING.
I loved this movie. I went in thinking "should be good, with heath and all"...
i had no idea.
This movie had me so emotionally attatched to everything. I was sitting there, my heart pumping. I coulda sworn i was there sometimes. Critics have been saying Heath Ledger should and may get an Oscar for his excellent, amazing, awesome, scary, beliveable Joker character. I think every bloody single last person in this film(including me, as i've been to gotham city and thats worth it?) should get an Oscar. Every character is deep and real. Ths story. Wow. Okay, so it's batman. Bad guy comes in, does bad things, Batty comes. Something happens, every one's against batman, then he does good, something bout a love interest that no-one listens too, he saves the day.
Not with this one.
I just love what this film says. Just about how humans are. What we are. How we leave things to chance, how we value our lives over others, how we are so quick to judge when we ourselves may be worse than them in the end, how people do anything for money, how people dont have fun (The Joker does), how humans now are, how things arent what they seem at all, how we trust foolishly, how we can never know someone in their entirity.
I don't know if anyone else thought that when they walked out of the movie theatre, but i sure did. I just couldn't stop thinking about it.
***SPOILER***
I just love everything in this movie. I've never been so emotionally attatched to everything. The ending, in particular.
***SPOILER***
In short, go watch it.
SRSLY!
gtfo and go see it.
....
On a final note, E3.
I'm happy with E3. I like Animal Crossing. I like Wii Sports. I like Wii Music. I like that they are in development of Pikmin and Zelda. I like that New Super Mario Bros. 2 and Galaxy two are on Nintendo's mind. I like Wii Speak. I like Wii Motion Plus. I like Grand Theft Auto DS. I like spore. I like TEH CAMMINATOR! (As you may notice in my sig, thanks minishdriveby!). I like all the 3rd party stuff on Wii, which is very awesome.
I don't like how all these things cost money (Camminator isn't cheap either
Sorry for the lack of pictures, GS is being annoying. And the spelling mistakes, gs isn't spell checking damn-it.
I'm in love with this song.
I never thought i would love a video game song. But i do.
Well, actually, i love all the songs in The World Ends With You.
I was gonna write a full on e3 blog (original!) but my batteries dying, so i won't.
I'll just leave you withNintendo fans/Minda's Lament

Hey all you mopey Footlosers suffering from post-musical depression At the end of last term I was asked for a musical item to entertain the Japanese visitors in week 3 next term.
Naturally, I thought of you guys because that's all I've bloody well done for the past 6 months!!!!!!!! (Old habits are hard to break) I thought we might do the Finale from "Footloose", but if you're not up to it I'll find something else ... hahaha, she jokes It would be fantastic for two reasons
- 1. It will show our visitors just how awesome our musicals are and
2. It will give me at least a few weeks of not getting updates on myspace about how you miss the show, and when are we having a reunion, and I'm so depressed, and .... etc, etc, etc. Cheer up kids - you delivered an outstanding musical and while I understand that you miss it, I am so very proud of you all and you should be happy and proud too of what you've accomplished.
You guys ROCK!
....
Looks like footloose will NEVAR END!
Well, it's been a while since i last blogged.
A lot has happened really, so which is why i haven't been on as much.
I had Footloose, which was amazing. It was a really fun but exaughsting thing to do. And better yet, the afterparty was very funny. It's different to see people drunk. Well, i'll go out on the record saying all i did was get tipsy.
Apparently.
Either way, there's some quotes from people i'll never forget.
Besides Footloose, i had assignments to do and such. Lots of tests. I got my report too. Was good, surprisingly, since i've been away 31 days this semester (not including the around about 30 days in America..). But i have been slacking off lately, failing maths tests and junk, so i have to work on that in the holidays. Hellz fun.
Game-wise, i've bought Metal Gear Solid 2, Dr. Mario, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and i'm borrowing Ninja Bread Man!
Metal Gear is a great game, and i really like what i've played. But i stopped as i ... i dunno really, i just stopped playing. Just like the World Ends actually.
Dr. Mario is a really fun Wii-Ware game, and i play quite often. I'll put a friend code up later.
Brawl?
BRAWL!
Yes, it's awesome. Yes, it's very fun. Yes, i like it more than Melee. I only have 4 more chatracters to unlock (Ganon, Toon Link, Wolf and Jigglypuff), which is kinda a shame that they are so easy to unlock in Subspace, but oh well. The graphics are pretty nice, but not amazing or anything. But the cut-scene's in Subspace are very nice... i think.
I'm kinda at the stage where i can't tell what good graphics are and what's not on the Wii anymore. People say "Best wii graphics" for the Condult... i disagree. Also about a lot of things.
And finally, Ninjabread Man. Today, i 100%-ed it. Took about 2 hours. Not actually that bad as people say. I'd give it a 3.5 i guess. And for proof:

Well, that's all i have to say really. i guess i'll be blogging more regularly now it's the holidays.
Footloose is in 3 days.
We will be performing 8 shows.
It will span 2 weeks.
We have been working on it for 6 months.
In another six months, plans for the next musicle will be underway.
I will be trying out again.
Try-out's are by far the worst part of it. You stand in front of a group of complete strangers. You sing.
I cannot sing. I am mono-tonal.
Then, you perform some sort of acting, either a duolouge or a monolouge.
Mine was absouloute crap. Accent stuffed up, no emotion really.
How did i get in..
i wonder that sometimes.
But here i am. 3 days away from running on stage, poking the shop manager, playing cards and dancing.
It's been fun. Though, there are things i regret.
Before i left, i was pretty shy really. Which means now, at the end, i'm not really friends with many people i didn't already know previous to Fooloose.
But hey, what can you do?
The most important thing is that the show is going to bloody fantastic.
Everyone knows it.
It sounds, looks, smells, feels, tastes(?) amazing.
I'll be signing up next year. Hopefully i get an actual speaking role. But i don't care really.
Well, to finish off this blog:
Yes, our version is different, do not fear.
Have you heard the rumor they are remaking the awful movie with Zac Effron as Ren???????????
Damn Hollywood. I hate you and your sign i only saw about 3 times.
Pop.
POP!
My ears re-adjust. I look out the window, see clouds. As usual. I listen in in the conversation in front of me. I have nothing better to do. It was a pretty boring conversation really, just small chat. But the loudspeaker lady said all electronic devices must be switched off. I was about 15 minutes away from the ending of a podcast when i heard that. I sighed and turned it off and packed up all my junk into my carry on bag. I attempted to stretch my legs.
I fail at it. 0/10. What a flop etc. etc.
I could fall asleep. I could read a bit of that book. No, i'll just listen into the conversation. The accents surprise me. I'm not used to it. I think they were from Melbourne. I didn't really care. I didn't like the mother. I'm not sure why. She just seemed like a *****. First impressions ey? Can't shake them off. My first impression of her was yelling at her bogan named kid.
We humans sure can brush people off for no reason, can't we?
My ears continued popping. Soon enough, i could make out houses and roads, and cars. I didn't really care. I was tired. It had been a 10 hour flight. In that 10 hours i watched a Pixar movie, a law and order television episode, had 2 aeroplane meals, played 5 games and listened to 3 1 and a half hour podcasts. Not terribly exciting. At least the law and order episode starred Sabrina from the television show about the teenage witch. She had been raped by her student.
Nice to see she still has jobs, and isn't an alcoholic.
After what seemed like the longest small chit chat conversation ever, we had landed. It was good to get off that plane. I felt sorry for whoever had to open the door though. Apparently the gases that people expel during a 10 hour flight (which would be a lot) just hit you all at once. That is one good thing about flying though, i thought. You could fart as much as you 'needed' yet no-one would say anything.
It was cold outside. My mother met us at the start (or end, depending how you see things) of the airport. A 45 minute drive home later, i was in my own room. I thought about what i had done in the last month.
Statistic wise, i had been on 10 flights. I had been to 2 countries. I had been to 8 places. I had seen 2 shows. I had spent around $900 dollars. I had ate about 30 times at McDonald's all up, or, way too many. I had stayed at 12 hotels. I spent 4 days without brushing my teeth, as i thought i had lost my toothbrush, though i was wrong. I did actually lost 1 jumper. I got 1 stamp in my passport. I had a hell of a time.
But now.. now, i was back home.
I had 1 assignment due a month ago. I had a musical to be performing in in two weeks. I had to buy two costumes for that by monday. I had a birthday party in a few days. I have 10 exercises to catch up in maths. I had missed out in 4 soccer matches. I had a 5 minute duologue to start to organize. I had a dog to look after. I had to change subjects... hopefully. I had a lot of things to do... for once.
Am i glad to be back?
Sure, there's no place like home and all. But really, could we not all spend the rest of our days running away from our duties, however small or large?
Unfortunately not.
Welcome back. Today we will be Dissecting an eyeball.
Welcome back. Today we will be doing exercises 5K.
Welcome back. Today we will be copying from the board.
Welcome back. Today we will be organizing data.
Welcome back. Today we will be copying from the projector.
Welcome back, here's something you left behind. Responsibility and Mundane tasks. Get acquainted, you'll be spending a lot of time together.
.....
(I know in reality this isn't actually that much work, but i tried to make it seem like it for some reason.)
So, i guess that's the end of my trip.
What'd you think of that? It might be a bit jumbled and weird, but i just kept going till it all stops flowing. (Sex pun here). Write any feedback about this little story/rant/whatever it is.. i guess i'll write more of the trip (in a story format probably) later. Reading back on this, i've noticed it changes tense and i'm not really sure if i like it or not, so feedback would be very much appreciated.
By the way, Dr. Mario rocks.
As does dissecting an eyeball.
