  Every game gets a 9.0!!!

  Dear gamespot, I DARE YOU to give a hit game something other than a 9 out of 10. Are you afraid to be honest? Are you afraid of angering the fanboys? Let's do a brief recap:

  The list goes on and on and ON! Are the people reviewing these games scared that they will get FIRED if they "step out of line"? Is gamespot being bought by developers to LIE to us? I just don't get it. Why can't game reviewers show some nerve and have REAL OPINIONS on a game instead of taking the easy way out by giving so many games 9.0 in a feeble attempt to complement, criticize and "not offend" all at the same time with one stupid number. Even something in the "8.0" range is a serious statement these days. could it be because they're lazy? And don't want to have to try or think to back up their ratings? I don't know, but I do know that giving so damn many games a 9.0 is a waste of a ten point scale. This trend is a waste of insight and a waste of educated thought provoking observations.

  I am EXCITED!

  Here it is folks, another reason NOT to hang up your controllers for good: brace yourselves: http://www.gadgetreview.com/2009/10/rares-n64-gem-perfect-dark-coming-to-xbla-this-winter-in-hd-new-screenshots.html Thats right we are getting to REVISIT this CLASSIC shooter thanks to RAREWARES new-found passion for rehashing old N64 gems because they can't make decent original games anymore. This time we can expect to see Elvis, flawless death animations, and laptop gun in GLORIOUS 3D HD graphics, and not run through it with those craptasticly floppy old chalky broken down n64 controllers. This will not only be the best game re-released on live arcade, this will be the best game ever re-released on any format ever. I promise you this. Did you play the new rehashed Banjo games? If Rare can do one thing right, it's stick to their roots by cashing in on them. I'm dead serious too because if they port this half as well as the Banjo ports I won't be leaving my home for weeks after this game comes out. If you haven't played this game yet, PREPARE if you have, PREPARE... Because it will blow your mind. And with a mind this big that's no joke. (you'll get that snappy little one liner soon enough) I am so excited that I am making even less sense than usual, my credibility levels are plummeting faster than guitar hero CREED edition sales would, my typos and misspellings are quadrupling, my mouth is foaming, my eyes are red with anticipation, I've soiled myself several times and am getting ready to vomit all over my keyboard, I am saving my pennies to have my red rings of death vanquished, I am putting my two weeks notice in at work, I'm boarding up my door and waiting for the second this game is released so I can be the first to re experience the magic, I am sending message after message to Rare and Microsoft commanding them to develop faster, I am scheduling an appointment to have PERFECT DARK HD FOREVER tattooed onto my forehead, none of you understand, non of you ever will, this game is one I am actually WILLING to pay for a second time, I am going against all I stand for and not only willing but EXCITED to dump my hard earned cash on for a second time. If they cancel it (like they did goldeneye HD) I am prepared to jump off a series of bridges (after the hunger strike of course) and there will be blood, blood and green beans EVERYWHERE. I'm not even kidding either, if you stop rareware from making this game, I will kill you. Kill you and eat you for your terrible deed. TERRIBLE DEED.
