After 8 some odd months I get to post a blog now.. Nice.. and look I got modded too.. even nicer.. but you want to know the real kicker? You want ot know why I got modded? LOL.. Ok I asked a simple question... yup that's it asked a question about a link?
So everyone is up in arms about thier missing E3 ACHIEVEMENTS.. I too was a little concerned aboutthe NIGHT OWL and SECRET AGENT.. so I go tothe offical Forum threadonE3 and it states right in the first post #'s14 & 17 to go to this LINKED threadto report a MISSING ACHIEVEMENT. So I click on the link which of course links to another thread, BUT this thread states thatthis isNOT A RERORTINGTHREAD forMISSINGE3ACHIEVEMENTS.. ???? WTF??? OK.. Me being me post in this new threadI askeda simple none rude non sarcastice non vulgar question and to be helpful, Ipoint out to the staff that this LINKbrought me tothis new NON REPORTING THREAD.
AND what do I get for my time... some STAFFnamed Dracula68 DELETES MY ENTIRE POST........... and ...........and .. nothing jsut deleted it! No helpat all..didn't try to send me toanother thread to help or say anything encouraging at all.. nice huh? Then this DUD tells me that it was NOT LINKED and tha I had the wrong thread.. OH IT GET'S BETTER!!
I get back to the E3 thread and sure enough the dates are current.. read it to make sure and click on both links... which bring me right back to the thread I was just deleted from...so I go back and try it two more times JUSTTO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE....this is when I send on of my open windows back to my profile.. what's this I see, a letter in my in box!! yea for me!!

Seems not only is Dracula68 a big NON help but he has also sent me a TOS violation with no warrning what-so-ever.. and all it says is that I have violated the TOS and this is JUST a WARNING and not to do it again or I'll be MODDED OR BANNED!!! It is hard to believe another week has passed. Here is the recap: It is a good one! B8TINGU had seven days of gaming! In a row! I know! Crazy! I feel like i'm bragging when I say our score climbed 1105 points last week... insanity! I guess that is what completing 56 achievements can do!
NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! 10 of them to be exact! Battle Fantasia, Beowulf, DBZ: BURST LIMIT, DEF JAM: ICON™, Dragon Age: Origins, GAROU MOW, KOF98UM, SOULCALIBUR, Samurai Shodown II, and Street Fighter II' HF. I want more! I want more! Oh, and B8TINGU must have been in the mood to beat people down last week. DEAD OR ALIVE 4 was the favorite game. He played it on 4 of the days.

Ok let me be honest with you, I do have an alterior motive. lol.. Over at 360voice.com I have asmall but friendly competion, comprised ofa bout 7 or so gamers all racing to get the very first 3 star fighting badge the site has eer seen. No small task by any means..
This is just one of the many reasons why I love 360voice.com so much. So her I present to you the lurifd tale of the 3* fighting badge challenge, but first an explination...of sorts.

So this is the break down. You get certain badges for certain completion percentages for every genre not just fighting,butfor thistale I shall explaine my current standings. You have 3 tiers of badges that you can earn.The first tier is of course a 1 star , the next is 2 star, the last isthe 3 star, ther is no4 star or beyond in any genre as of now. and thier probbably won't be.Here is my scores for each or lack there of. I need the points listed to gain each badge,one star is the first box second star the second and third star, well the third! As you can see, I have some gaming to do!

A friend of mine Elmo Teh Azn was in my party, we wern't even playing the same game, but hey that's how it goes right? So Elmo says to me in passing that he saw me playing DOA 4 and that it gothim thinking about thethree star fighting badge. He says he might go for it, since no one on 360 has it....

I say that would be cool.. and I think about my games, hmm I have some of those.. so I retort that maybe we should have a race to that badge! lol.. So he says that he may put upa thread aboutit and see if anyone would be interseted in it.

Two gamers had already posted init..Karma Is a Bishand Dog of Thunder, soI went ahead and made it known Tha i too would be in this fray.. longstory short, It went offical(sort of) and Dog started tracking scores..that crazy Dog..sowe had to kinda put asign upend date toit. So if you don't know in my AC (auto challenge)I was 'lacks due to my 300 odd point lead.. when I gave it quick check I saw I was actually 35pts in the hole!? Man, did you know BAND HERO had a 490pt. ACHIEVEMENT!!! Yea you herd me right 490pts. for one achievement..which looks to take about 30 min or less to get. That had me on my toes...er fingers, but I still managed to pull down a couple extra hundred points for the win.

Yup I have other news... mostly bad.. I got layed off again.. twice in a year, both times supposedly due to the failing economy..whatever.. I found out my landlord has not been making t emorgatge payments, so guess who just got a foreclosuer notice on his door.. yup.. I guess it's time to start look for a new place to live. ugh.. I did happen to have some good news through this.. My bank has a program for "Thank you Points" and of all the money I have spent in the last 3 years I have accumulated enough points for soem new games! They are: Dreagon AGE: Origins, Assassins Creed II, and the Godfather II, prett sweet huh? Now I guess I'll have to get the originalGodfather.. someday. (Note* I tried puting images of those games in but for some reason the y would not take, so ugh oh well..
I got the Demo for this game, (Cause I've had it on pre-order for so long) Yup GameStop, Yup I get free in game bat too..lol, but the Demo is awesome. I like the new melee weapons, wacking a zombie witha frying pan is just plain hilarious! I got touse a police batton anda machetee..my personal fav! There is new health items too an adredaline shot, that makes you faster and a bit tougher for a limited amount of time.New to the throwing devices is BOOMER VILE!!! Yes, you can pick up a container of extracted Boomer vomit and throw it at anything, instantly attracting zombies to do your bidding, yes you can use it on the Wandering Witch or the the Tanks, it works!! Yes you heard me right, WANDERING WITCHES!! They walk around now, but they still don't go looking for yo until you disturb one...try whacking her with a frying pan! It's still lot's of Zombies coming toget a bite out of you and there are some short comings, I don't seem to like the voice acting as much in this one. It seems the new survivors don't really care about the Special Infected. Unlike the last survivors when they scream about specials like they mean it! Also some of the new Specials seem a bit ridiculas.."JockeyZombies" lol.. maybe this will give the game just the right amount of comic relief. "Chargers" seem like a pain..and the Demo which only has two very short playable levels from the PARISH" campaign are set in the day, so it's bit brighter. One just hopes that the rest will be at night,specialy "THE DARK CARNIVAL"..
One last lit bit of info. My Union "Achievement Hunters" seems to have changed it's name and become a BORDERLANDS Union, don't get me wrong.. I like BOARDERLANDS, but I just didn't join a BOARDERLANDS union.. and there was absolutely now discussion, at least none that I was aware of ( I think the leader and the officers should have contactedpeople via mail) but nope, just up and changed it...so I left. No I'm union less now.. maybe I will join anohter or maybe not.

Well, It's been about a month since my last post. I'm sorry for that. I have increased my gamer score and my game library significantly, which means I still have no life...lol.. I will try to keep this to a minimum, because I know I can get on rants and just go forever.
First lets re-cap some things real quick. Well since last I bloged I have increased my gamer score by at least 5k. Pretty good for a single parent, been gaming pretty late into the night when she's asleep. Seems like I have been turning myself into an insomniac. Really I can only get by with a few hours of sleep everyday..but sometimes it takes it's toll on me. So I think that may be slowing down.
Boosting sessions: Well I have completed my CoD3, now to continue the SP campaign. SP in Stranglehold took a hold, I think it was due to the fact that the boss I'm currently on is so dang tough!! Grrr. So now I find myself grinding 4 player movie sessions in Your in the Movies
and man that guys voice is annoying!! 12 down, only 18 more to go..ugh.. And I may have to re-do some of my previously 8 already done due to a glitch I herd existing where you had to watch all of the award ceremonies...I certainly hope not. GoW seems to also have been put on hold, hopefully we'll get back on track with that. I am also currently grinding out FEAR, Prey, The Darkness and L4D as I can with various other people.This last week has been pretty much an epic week of achievements for me. Not that I put a lot on the board but the type of achievements I have got:

I do have all these great blog ideas in my head but for some reason I'm really having trouble channeling them on to the screen and into my blog.. No I don't have ADD.. I think though I have my next idea, It was supposed to be this blog (evolution of a friends list) but somehow time slipped away and so I'm updating now, I think it may be my clutter, I really need to clean this place up.. Meaning my condo, aprt, townhouse, pad, dwelling, whatever you may want to call it. Let me go do that, and hopefully I'll see you guys around a bit more later this week or next.

Because it's so late, I just got back from seeing G Force with my daughter, I will write my blog tonight, and post it tomorrow.. I hope that will suffice.. It may be epic, or jsut a few court paragraphs, but I do have some good gaming news, about me, that is... if that's of any intersest to anyone. Hmm where do I start....Ok how about here: the week began great I was set to start one of the many weekly Auto Challenges over at 360voice (see my sig) when I read about a guy doing a massive all night Fracture boosting session!! Well I have not even started that games so, if his promise of 700 or so games was true or not I had nothing to loose. Needless to say I didn't loose, matter of fact I picked up 500 games toward the 1500 games I have to play on for the one achievement!! When we first started the group was nice enough to get me quite a few more achievements so I started my first day in AC #31860 with a point gain of like 230 pts!!
The next day THE GREAT OVERLORD SERVER SHUT DOWN SCARE was a buzz!! I didn't find out about the servers being shut down until late so I had to wait to the next day!! Then I had to go to like 5 different stores just to find a copy of that game.. Came home and just as many people wanted to boost, but I won't boost with just anyone, kingrich06 a very good friend of mine is always one of the top 2, (I say 2 because even though he is a good friend he has a lot of completed games and I don't want to waste his time re-boosting games he's already done, unless I really need to) I try to keep the games that we boost mutual for us both, and then there is my very good friend..the man formally called froggie & skip, whom is now an evil 666 muppet (due to his XBLA account being stolen from him!!) But he's not around much anymore.(sad). I will still boost the game if anyone need some help though.. Long story short.. I pop the game in and invite rich to the party, when he inform's me that it's the PS3 and PC servers being shut down, not the 360's....LOL.. Just another win for MS!!! But since we both ran out an d got the games and D/L the extra content, we might as well finish it out...just in case..lol.
Sunday rolls around and I get ready for my (hopefully last day) of Soldier of Fortune: Payback boosting, to get everyone who missed out due to my ill scheduling of the Fathers Day boosting session, but no one seems to be around and the only 2 who wanted to boost, one went silver and the other won't respond..WTF!! Ok oh well.. Looking around I see a friend playing F.E.A.R. jump in and start boosting grab me 4 more achievements and, my ex-wife calls, ugh now I have to go help her move!! So kay I'm still leading in my AC. Nearest gamer is 250pts behind me..baring the Avatar effect I should be ok., and I was!! ME WIN AGAIN YEA!!! Now to start worrying about next weeks, lol.
All this time I still have not found a copy of TF2 to play, looks like I might not.. It would have been the only rental game on my profile besides CoD 4. Speaking of which my friend finally wanted his copy back, after about a year!! Wow.. I went into withdraw when my ex's brother in law borrowed my Assassin Creed and Half Life for a week and I haven't played those game's in a while!! I joined xboxamerica.com, it's rather a hard site to navigate. I went mainly because I like the NV leader boards I'm currently 77th and ready to begin my trek upward. I'm actually looking for the complete XBL leader boards for NV. That tallies ALL the gold members, not just the ones who join certain sites. Any help would be appreciated. Well I'll leave with this my TA ratios, they have really changed.. Other than that I do have another blog in my head, but I know I can get rambling, I am trying to work on getting more flash into these blogs any help would also be appreciated in that as well, as my pc skills are somewhat limited..lol.. Yea I'm stupid that way.. But not in others...just don't get me started again!!

Soldier of Fortune boosting went well... It started a little hecktic, (no not Hexic)..lol. more than a few of my "regualr and promised boosters" didn't show, which was totally understandable, as yesterday was the U.S. FATHERS DAY.. SO I opened up in final desperate plea to Everyone.. and posted in about 4 different sites for any takers!! Boy I got takers too.. at one time we were 10 strong!! Of course there were some problems.. two of my "new boosters were from Rome, and they brought a friend from Slavacia.. and the Slavacian had a few of his freinds pop in thparty which got pretty annoying.. they really didn't help the boosting experince at first. Eventually we got a few more and got things on the right track!! We played untill we knew everyone got what they wanted, I myself got every online achievment I needed from the team ranked and ranked done!! Only have 2 more onlines to finish up, which I'm reasonably confident will happen..after words I continued a two on to try and finish those up but nothing poped.. so more later..
I also went ahead and began the SP and ened up nearly completing the game.. I poped 5 more achievements!! Had to stop on the last level as I was falling asleep and dying way too much!! The next day I gamed a bit longer than I wanted to.. I poped in CoD: W@W in for the steak save, for nothing..I already had it saved!! lol. That night was all about trying to finish up SOF
which glitched on me for some reason durring one of the boss fights.. and I had to restart the whole level over again. no prob, except when I restarted everything was black!! I couldn't see a thing!! died 3 times trying to restore.. so again I just restarted the level.. ok all things are good now. The boss I'm on seems pretty hard, even for this game, but I'm sure I can do it. It's a very easy game, I'm putting up a review in the next day or so. I generally don't review a game until I have played it...a lot!! I really hate when people throw up reviews and then say "but I have not played it that much" or have not finished it!! I try to finish a game before I review it, but if I've played it a long time and I feel I have gotten everything out of it, I'll review it.Ok on to my XBox Live Arcade expeince!! Grr. Do me favor, next ime I mention I might like to buy an XBLA Retro game...SLAP ME!!! Please!! have you ever noticed who rediculasly stupidly hard some of these achievements are? I expect the new games to have some dumb achievements, but the retro games...come on!! Ex. I was playing Pac-Man yesterday and was maintaining a clear one board with three lives ratio, until I hit lv. 19.. then it went went to 5 games to one level cleared.. and then on lv. 21 I spent a good hour!! ugh!! Ok, so I'm happy I go back to level 1 and get my perfect achievement to complete the game..yea me!!
Completed Pac-Man, might as well hit the Mrs. as I'm sitll in Pac mode right!! Blow thru the levels just as above on Mr..get stuck on 8 & 9 for some reason.. only about 3 games each.. then blow past the remaining up to 21..BAM!! Done easier than Pac-Man!! Cool, time to move to lvl. 1 and finish the game with the perfect achievement just as above....NOPE!!! spent like 3 or 4 hours trying to get those stupid little ghost together!!! eat all of them the first time everytime.. then my ratio goes to heck!! only got all 4 of them 3 times like twice.. all I can say is Clyde the orange one is the ringer!!! tried it on both lvl. 1 & 2 because the speeds are very different... but Nooo!! grr.. add game number 3 to alist of one achievement away from completing it... Moved on to Galaga... Double ugh!! Now I rember why I hate these types of games.. Oh well..I broke 21k and well on my way to 22K.

#1. Durring the weeks Auto Challenge I found myself in a most percarious position of being the first looser..(that's #2) I was a 105 point deficit from the top spot. I thought this one would be tough and I had only 16 hours to go and dude still might get on and game I needed to make up a couple hundered points.. was it possible that my 100% Auto Challenge winning streak may finally come to an end!! I wasn't gonna give up, not without a fight!! In the end, it was yet a nother come from behind victory by yours truly!! I guess nearly completing Mrs. Pac-Man and the SOF boosting really helped!! I put the finishing touch on when I played th SP.. lol.. I had great time, one of my only realy challenges for an Auto Challenge.. I was sure I was gonna loose.. I know eventually I will, but hopefully not anytime soon.
#2. I picked up the Super hero badge!! Yea for me!!
#3. I nearly freaked when I saw I only gamed 6 days of the last week, then I remembered the LIVE outage.. fhew!!#4. Two more days till I hit a 100 day gaming streak!!

Where to start, hmm Well I broke 20k at last.. .and I picked up some new games: F.E.A.R. 2, it was on clearance at Target!! I also picked up Eat Lead: The Return Of Matt Hazzard, been wanting this games just been waiting for the price to drop and it finally did., Crackdown, because the trailer for Crackdown 2 looks good and I don't want to do another I bought Gears of War 2 before playing Gears of War, type situation..
Speaking of Great looking new games, There looks to be a lot of them coming out this year.. I already put some money down on Prototype and Ghostbusters, not realizing they come out in just a few short days!! I 'll have to make a list of games I'm looking forward too..
Another accomplished feat this week.. 200 Games in my collection now!! Yup I should be do up for a new emblem!! Speaking of new emblems...grr.. I got two new ones.. (yea!) both E3 related. I got the MS con. and Day 2! Huh!?? So where is my other ones?? I watched everything Live!! Nintendo, Sony, Day 1 and Day 3 coverage!! I sent out a letter to a Mod. and he sent me to a blog of another Mod. whom is supposedly working on the missing emblems situation... I see he has about 550 post of missing emblems, so I'll give him some time.. And if he helps out and I get my emblems.. You'll be the first to know and I'll give him the props he deserves. (Here's hoping) Because I should have had a few other emblems which I never received for past events.. Like voting in the best of...spent hours voting and I get nada!! (why?, because I missed one vote?)...ugh.. That would be dumb.
I finished all the Stranglehold Online!! Thank you kingrich06.. then I talked him into starting Soldier of Fortune, so far the onlines are pretty easy.. but, we do need couple of more people for some of the ranked stuff, so if your interested drop me line.
I then Downloaded Wolfienstien 3D yesterday.. I already unlocked 5 achievements, I probably could have finished the game, yes it's that easy!! I basically just want to try and get my name in a first achievers box at Trueachievemetns.com.. and I DID!! yea!! I think that may be my new hobbie!! Unfortunately it's so hard to do since I live on the west coast and all the games come out back east 5 hours earlier than I can get them, so I guess I'll have to try and work on it..
According to TA.com I became #46 in NV. Ha! Then I lost it when some else joined the leaderboard who was not previously there.. Ugh.. and LOL.. Now to gun for 46, again...And here is some new TA stats!!

Just finished watching the Microsoft E3 conference Live!! There was a short delay and problem in the begining, so I missed out on the Beatles Rock Band.. Oh well, I'm not so good in those games anwyay, other thatn that, all I can say is wow!! First off the sad news.. No Duke Nukem Forever, but we still have 3 days and other avenues!! Great stuff coming out !! Cod 4 was never really my cup o tea but Modern Warfare 2 looks simply awesome!! I know it's gonna be hard as Heck, but I'm still gonna have to get that one!! Crackdown 2 looked pretty amazing, so I think I'm gonna have to go check out the first one now.
There is free new Avatar type game coming out looks ok.. And FORZA 3, but I'm not into driving games. The new Natal game "gear/controller" looks amazing.. So that means it's gonna be overpriced!! Basically it makes you the controller with full body motion capture...(MOCAP). There was small demo on that with some paint stuff. They actually spent a lot of time with Natal, including showing what Lions Head (FABLE) Studios has done with it. They made an interactive boy named "Milo" and it was so very realistic, he seemed to be able to interact with the demo girl as if he was real, she also was able to interact with his world "literally" not like a "point and click" type thing. It very hard to describe you'll have to see it for yourself to believe it!! I'm sure Gamespot will re-post it soon enough..
Other announcements.. Twitter, Facebook, Last.fm, Zune and Sky TV will all be making there way on to your X-Box!! Most of it all free (if your gold) I believe. I know Last.fm will be free., it's a music site.
Ok now the big announcements!! Sam Fisher is back and with vengeance in SPlinter Cell: Conviction. The new game play look extremely polished (they really did update the graphics) and awesome!! Now for MSG Fans.. Yup X-Box gets MSG Rising.. A non Solid Snake adventure staring Raiden.. And then there was more about the new FF. Halo has two new games coming out, ODST followed by another..(sorry the name escapes me) Both prequals.. Apparently they are bringing back a handgun that everyone loves from the first one and if you pre order ODST you get a exclusive to participate in the Bata for the new one due out early next year.
For the grand finally I save the best for last, YES!!! Left 4 Dead 2!!! They showed the teaser trailer!! New Orleans and this time you get melee weapons!! Yes there is a chainsaw!! And yes it will be out this year!!! November 17th to be exact!! (this ain't no joke!) and a cool new Survival Horror game called Allen Wake, which looks amazingly like Alone in the Dark!! Sweet!

Well ok, some werid things have happened to me. Well ok, only one weird ting has happened to me.. My days off for work have changed.. there fore my gaming days have changed.. My weekend is now Sun. - Tues. hmm.. ooh well gotta roll with the punches.. BTW I think I'll have very good gaming week this week, as I have a 4 day weekend and my ex-wife has taken a week long vacation.. that means she may take my baby girl out of town.. (IDK) yet, Though I love my baby girl and would gladly give up my gaming for her, which I ussually do, with these new days off it's going to be harder for me to find time to play my more...Mature.. games.. Like L4D and GoW because my daughter get's nightmares when she see me play those.. SO this week may be good opprotunity to try and make more headway into these type of games.

I really have been looking for some one to help in my Far Cry and Soldier of Fortune games!! Those to are a higher priority than any other..

Grr. I'm really begining to get annoyed with these impossible XBLA game achievements.. Dig Dug comes to mind.. Contra and Double Dragon all giving me a very hard time..
Double Dragon a little more frustrating, because I know I'm poping at least one of the achievements.. "Third Base" twice I've completed mission 3 with a basball bat and still no achievement!!

I also found some new really coolpeople to play RE5 with so we may end up playing that today.. and unfortunatly I spent most of my time trying to get back to #1 in my gamer challenge I didn't get to take advantage of Gears of War 2 Double Point Weekend...I hope they'll do it again!! Like COD4 did!!

The weekly review.. since I only got one comment actually pertaining to the topic of my last blog and my plea for help on daily vs. weekly reviews.. Thank you (Lexxzilla) and honorable mention to kingrich06 and gerudoman320 for at least showing up and saying something..
Um now officially getting stomped in my Gamer Auto Challenge over at http://360voice.gamerdna.com/challenge/36080 man that guy threw down some heavy points the first day and I though I could catch him, but then I logged back on and BOOM!! He doubled his score!! Gonna be hard but I'm gonna try, why? Because I have never been beat in a Auto Challenge..I know it's pretty much unavoidable but I would rather max my two badges before starting to loose!! Alone in the Dark is simply fun game, yet frustrating at times..I'll definitely be reviewing it when I'm done with the first play through.. Most of the achievements are pretty simple to get so far, with the exception of the two driving stages, which I really hope there is no more driving in the game, (that's one of the flaws).
I really hate when people say they will do something and then don't!! People over at 360 who say they will watch me if I watch them and post in their blogs, well I have been watching diligently and have posted and sent reminders to most of them, but some how I still get ignored.. These select number of slackers will be getting replaced by those who do watch, I usually give people at the very least a week, most I give more.. But with less than 20 odd people to go I hopefully will not have to worry about that soon..
I really have started to be active in my Union again.. And it's hard to keep up in all the blogs so if I miss some of you please forgive me. I check here everyday and reply to anyone's blog I see on my homepage, but if more people post and you get bumped and I don't see it in time.. I'm sorry..

I have a new philosophy, I will continue to play games randomly with people if they invite me, and to play when I see a good opportunity for achievements, but for the most part, I'm going to stick to one game and complete it as much as possible before moving on to another one.. You can see this evidence in my completion badge in my new pics..
Speaking of new pics.. I have two: One of which is the complete wallpaper image of what I used to do my banner!! It's form a web site Dynamite comics. The image is form a comic book 4 issue limited series called "Raise the Dead" yup it's about Zombies and the total zombie apocalypse I hope they do another series.. I like zombies..
The second pic is my 100% completion badge/ratio signature from 360voice.com.. For some reason I can not get it to show up here on Gamespot as my official signature or any other image for that matter.. and I really want to get a signature here!! (Any suggestions would help)
