  Cleared Master Ninja on Ninja Gaiden 2

  I would of beaten the game sooner, but I had summer school. I found the first two and a half chapters to be a pain in the butt due to the IS ninjas.

  I wanted to do everything, but sadly I wasn't able to. I ended up skipping the last ToV challenge. I was able to learn when to evade and attack, but I tend to mess up afterwhile since you have to fight mutliple hordes one after another. Plus I didn't have any potions. There was a Murasama shop, but I ended up not buying any potions and it won't allow me to backtrack.

  I found most of the bossfights enjoyable and not too challenging. Just have to know when to attack and when to evade. My favorite boss fights throught the game has to be Elizebet and Volf. The boss fight which I dreaded fighting was Dagra Dai. He can be extremely tough. Besides his difficulty you have to worry about conserving potions for the other 2 boss fights you have to fight afterwards.
  

  In the end I ended up getting 43,544,999 karma points, but I couldn't upload the score due to the recent patch that freezes the game. I think that puts me once again in the top 50's or 60's in the leaderboards. It was rewarding on the fact I was able to beat MNM. This is the gamerpic I was able to unlock for accomplishing the achievement.

  Do you use headphones when gaming?

  I had a friend who kept telling me for the longest time to buy headphones. I finally got one today that i can use for console games. I was thinking bout buying the Turtle Beach(i like their products i use them for my pc) headphones for the 360, but i wanted to own a headphone where i can use it elsewhere. I use to use regular headphones you would use on a mp3 or cd player when i play on pc games btw.

  I knew there were advantages in games especially online shooter games when you use headphones. You can hear more clearly the surrounding of the area. It is easier to detect enemies when you hear their footsteps or make a grunt sound(example gears of war) also it can be cheap when you hear the sound from just one side of the headphone since that will narrow down their location as well.

  I usually play most co-op games with a friend of mine and he has been using headphones for the longest time. When I play fps games he is usually my third eye since he knows where ppl are sometimes due to hearing footsteps or other noises. I was only able to try my headphones on few games and I must say it helps a lot. One of the games I tested was Mass Effect. I was able to hear some sound effects I didn't hear when I played without headphones.

  I wanted to get Sennheiser headphones because I heard they were the best headphones out there and don't break down compare to other headphones brands, but I couldn't find any. I will probably buy one in the future, but for now I am happy with the one I bought at Compusa. The Aurvana DJ headphones by Creative.

  What are your thoughts about using headphones when playing video games.

  rate the games i bought today

  I ended up going to Toys R Us because of their deal where if you buy 2 games you can get 1 free of the same or lesser value. The offer last until Oct. 20th. I wanted to get Half Life 2 Orange Box and Eternal Sonota but i didnt know what i wanted as the third game. They only had Orange Box so i ended up settling on getting Medal of Honor Airborne and Warhawk. I wanted to get other games besides shooters but the games they had available were games I wasn't into or already owned.
