Yo diggity dawg

Hello, fellow GameSpotter's. Sorry I haven't posted any blogs lately, or commented, PMed, or chatted it up with anyone in a while. I've been a little pre-occupied with something else. (Look down).

I look like a douche because I was skating and very sweaty, but it didn't matter; she didn't care. She's something else and I'm happy.

Anyway, E3 is over, obviously, and my favorite game of E3 award goes to the newly oriented art direction game, Prince of Persia. Most would have expected me to say Fallout 3, Gears of War 2, Little Big Planet, Resistance 2 and of course, Killzone 2, but the short game play demo G4 aired of Prince of Persia "wowed" me so much. A new take on the Prince of Persia series with enhanced cel-shaded graphics stunned me.

What was everyone's favorite moment from E3? Oh, and before I sca-daddle out of here, I finally achieved some new emblems portraying E3's press conferences and tuning in to GameSpot's own live coverage for all three days it aired.

Hope everyone enjoyed this splendid week and had an amazing night watching The Dark Knight. Have a good weekend everyone!

For her

She arrived. Longer than expected, quicker than imagined; like an angel from the clouds, her arms were coated with nothing but inspiring love to share. Not only for me, but herself; her heart full of endless possiblites, just like Campbell's soup. Her warmth melted away my outer-shell that was covered with bitterness and insecurities. Hopeless isn't the right word, but it's the first word that comes to mind.

Deep down I was a lost sensitive soul wandering aimously without a hand to conjoin mine, gazing my eyes relentlessy on the stars hoping where-ever she may be; she would be looking up doing the same as me. Child isn't the right word, but it's the first word to come to mind.

When your asleep, my insomnia keeps me up for a reason; to stagger into your dreams to make your wonder's possible, to show you the perfect life. Bliss isn't the right word, but it's the first word to come to mind.

It's said that Jesus's bride is the Church; this girl comes in second then. Imitation isn't the right word, but it's the first word to come to mind.

"Angel's say they can make you suffer; give in take like a vicious lover." As if I was playing Monopoly, I passed go and recieved something better than 200 dollars, a second half. I wouldn't say vicious, but I'd call it more of a simple solution. Your a delecate peice of appreciation and compassion. You ask for nothing but forgiveness and hope; your tears shatter my heart into shards of millions, hoping you will collect the peices to rebuild. Spirtual isn't the right word, but it's the first word to come to mind.

"See, I'm no king, I wear no crown, but desperate times seem over now. But still I weaken somehow, and it tears me apart. I hope to learn as time goes by, that I should trust what's deep inside." Hiding the smiles and crimson cheek's, contentment stumbled instantly into mindless and unknowingly hearts. It's about time I see your sweet smile. Motive isn't the right word, but it's the first word to come to mind.

"Hello woman of my dreams, this is not the way it seems. Purple words on a grey background, to be a woman and to be turned down. Old enough now to change your name, when so many love you, is it the same? It's the woman in you that makes you want to play this game." At the end of the day, you leave me speechless, thoughtless, you barricade my depression and lost integerity. Finally isn't the right word, but it's the first word to come to mind.

Overall, the word(s) that I've searched continiously for found me. Complete and thanks is the right word(s), but it wasn't the first words to come to mind.

I'll end this with a quote I made up myself.

"Those who are looking for love; look up into the endless sky, the clouds of grey, let the sunray's beams split open the Heavens. For there you will meet God, and for there, he is love."

--Howdy N.

Final Fantasy XIII for Xbox 360 confirmed!!

Oh my lord, that's some of the biggest news I've heard in gaming in the past year and a half. I wonder what Nintendo and Sony have up there sleeves.

Dear gamer's, this is bliss.

E3 today!!!

E3 broadcasts today; whether you're going to be watching on G4 or GameSpot, no matter what, the live coverage will be fully enhanced. Today at noon, Microsoft will be showcasing its latest offerings. For all of you who don't know, Microsoft announced a 60gb harddrive Xbox 360 for the estimated price of $349.00 (U.S.).

Too Human is up on the Marketplace as I'm typing this up. It's very early, 7:30 in the morning early. Currently at 35 percent, I'm eagerly awaiting to play this game. I've heard mixed reactions from the public so far, things as, "controls are a bit clunky, camera stinks, graphics are good as well as the dialouge and animations," and so forth. I'll make final judgement on the game later this evening.

I don't have much to ramble on about, so what would everyone like to see from Microsoft today? Whatever gets laid on the tables today might make and break selling my Xbox 360 since it's currently messed up, again.

Oh my, I'm back

Since my last blog was relatively vulgar, a couple of things happened in the course of two hours. One, I had my blog locked and deleted, forcing me to get a Terms of Use Violation. Second, I recieved another message saying that I was temporarily suspended until further notice. I'll be reinstated after my suspension duration is over with in three day(s).

Overall, it was worth it. I ended up getting handful of messages telling me about how funny the blog was; which is a major plus for me, because I finally know that I engaged the reader with my words. Finally, people (just a few) seen the real side of me. If you didn't get the chance to read or comment it, it's also on this website here: www.howdyd.blogspot.com. I'd appreciate comments on it.

To sum it up though in a quick jiff, "f bombs" were dropped a lot.

Anyway, during my three day break, I was able to evaluate/elaborate the rest of my Summer vacation. It's going to consist of more up and running, then just sitting inside. However, when E3 rolls upon us all, my couch will have my name written all over it. During my "time out" I learned some things prior to E3's debut, Monday. A demo for Too Human is finally arriving on Xbox Live Marketplace I believe this Monday. Hopefully, the anticipation and hype lives up to this long awaited title.

I was thinking, I need more emblem's to make my profile look more Gamespot fancy. Problem involving that is I'm not sure how to get most of them. So, those who do go about there Gamespot days trying to achieve these emblems, could you possibly tell or link me on how to get a few? Perferably eight, ten at the most. Thanks.

There is only one day left until the infamous E3 arrives again. Here is a list of announcments/demo's/information that I'd like to see take place.

- Fallout 3 demo/information (Xbox 360).
- An original IP from Rare or a sequel to Perfet Dark Zero.
- id Software presents a trailer/short gameplay demo of Doom 4 or Wolfenstien.
- Alan Wake information, anything other than it being cancelled.
- Nintendo announces more core/hardcore games for its handheld. More retro original revivals,
- A decent tone-up for XBLA; more c1assics instead of revamped new titles.
- Peter Jackson's Halo title, teaser trailer. Also, Bungie's new offerings.
- Final Fantasy XIII trailer or playable demo; stated for release early 2009.
- Current Gen Kingdom Hearts announced.
- A new Zelda game for the Wii.
- Bioware confirms KotoR 3 being an MMO, stated for release early 2009.

What do you guy's think of my list? Be generous. Farewell, folks, hope you all missed me!

Purchases over the 4th weekend

This is a very rare occurance, seeing me post my purchases. The reason for that being is because I hardly get to spend money on anything that revolves around gaming. Most of the time it's because I'm broke. However, since I've been helping out around the house and doing other sorts of chores, my mother decided she would let me spend twenty dollars of her own money on Microsoft points (1500 points all together). That leads me to these games:

XBLA: - Soul Calibur (800 points).
Doom (400 points).

I have 300 points remaining, but not sure what to spend it on. I might go out of my mother's will and buy an extra 500 points so I can buy Golden Axe, but who's to say.

Overall, I'm thourougly pleased with the purchases I've made; only if I had time to actually play them one evening.

Over the course of the weekend, I decided to pop in a horror flick. Thus time it's Hostel II. Even though Hostel (one) was more of a sex movie than anything, there were still some scenes that will always be memorable (death wise). Though I do love my humpidy dump movies, (listen folks, I'm 18, male, and I'm sure every guy is in the same boat, so don't call me perverted) I was expecting more horrifying encounters and gruesome brutal killings. That's where Hostel II comes into play. The directors still kept the same concept. Travlers are at a foriegn country, looking to set there gleaming eyes on something they've only seen in books and movies, then an unpredictable (supposibly) murder sequence takes place, leading to girls screaming and wondering what to do. Nevertheless, the movie is a lot better than the first since there's more gritty death scenes, whilst keeping the original movie plot at hand. I know it's old, and everyone has already seen it most likely, but if not, I recommend checking it out.

One thumb up in my book. That's my blog of the day, take it or leave it.
