  My Top 8 TV Shows #2 and Prototype

  2. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

  

  This was by far my favorite show of the 90's. It was hilarious, had a lot of memorable characters, and a lot of really good and some very emotional episodes, especially the one where Will's father comes back, and finally the series finale. I've practically seen every episode at least once, and they never get old on the funny level. This is what started Will Smith's career into popularity, since he did such a good job here, along with the always funny Carlton, Geoffrey, Uncle Phil, Jazz, and so many more characters made this show what it is today, and it'll be remembered for a long time. Carlton's Rabbit Speech is still great to this day. Highly, highly recommended.

  Prototype is simply, awesome. The combat is brutal, gory, and addicting, and this is probably one of the only sandbox games that I can freeroam for a long while without getting bored of it. Although the story is moderately decent, and isn't too too good, it still does an okay job. I'm currently on Mission 9 of 31 and I'm loving it still, and it never gets old to throw civilians off of skyscrapers.

  An Update

  Well something good did come along after my learning of the Bioshock 2 delay. I finally, finally was able to rent Prototype today, so I'm looking forward to playing it. I also went to the new $1 bookstore near my house. I picked up six Stephen King novels for a wonderful price of $5, one is even worth $20 in a normal bookstore. Here is the list of novels:

  • Cujo
  • From a Buick 8
  • Misery
  • Different Seasons
  • Thinner

  Well, that's a big list of books, but it'll give me something to do this summer.
