I feel as though some days are just fine, but quickly go down hill.. I don't understand this I wish I just had a good day. One where i didn't have to worry about anything. Life has to come and ruin everything making a tight sitiuation even tighter. For the past couple of months I have asked the question I bet others have asked and thats why me? It's really hard then ever trying to get out of bed. Trying to wipe the negativaty out of my mind, its really hard though. It feels as though life likes to throw things at me and see what happens. I have told you all about work and my troubles. But also physical things have been bothering me as well. That has to involve work. The stupidity of doctors who should retire and just plain nonsence at home. Its just another blow after another.
In my work enviroment lifting is one of the requirements, I have been lifting at this job for over a year. Then about august something happened to me. It was on a Friday, everything was typical nothing bad just a usual friday. I had to go to the restroom more then ever over and over. I was like whats going on, when I had to go to the restroom less and less was coming out. So I had told my friends about it, they said well maybe you have a bladder infection. I went to the doctors the following week. I had found out that I had a hernia. I was shocked to discover this news. I had no idea... I had told my friend who had taken me to the doctors her mouth was wide open. She was shocked as well..
I called my manager right away, I told her what had happened. She told me that she would see if she could find some medical insurance about it. So I arrived home, I layed on my bed looking at the ceiling thinking over and over again how in the world am I going to get out of this situation?! I have dealt with some situations I thought I couldn't get out off, but managed to get away.. But this was the red flag of all situations.. I didn't know what to do I have no insurance. yes I know I need that but.. It's just I have a part time job it pays ok.. And they take alot from your paycheck which isnt that much..
I got a call from the manager, she told me to go to work asap. I did got there and told me I had to talk to the company's insurance company. I did they asked me several questions, I told them that this did not start until that Friday. I got this paper telling me to go to this doctor place. Then after that... It was even worse... I went to the place, the doctor had told me that it was a hernia and that i needed to wear a jock strap. Of course after that I did.. I went to the workplace to tell my manager this. She had told me that my hours had to be cut because on the doctors paper it had said I cannot lift 0 lb.s. I was like nooo... but it had to happen so i had about 10 hours a week.. I was picking up phones and thats it.
I went back to the doctors office the next week, this time it was an old man. He told me that it was not a hernia. I was relieved, but I just found out this guy is dumb..
I will tell you the rest later.. Cause i do not want to bore you guys to death..
Questions..
1. Have you ever been in a tight situation as this?
2. If you knew you had something as a hernia what would you do?
3. Do you think doctors are right all the time?

So here I am again, im filling out apps for another job. I really don't know how much longer im going to be at this job. The way its gotten is terrible. My hours got cut, because we don't have enough productivity apparently. I dont understand, we've beaten out company's goals plenty of times. But of course that doesn't matter because I haven't gotten any more hours. It's just awful how everything went down hill fast. I was gone from work for about 2 months. Well I wasn't really gone, I had doctor appointments to attend to that had to do with work injury's. So I would be at work for about 3 days with crummy hours.
I finnaly came back when I geuss it was just a false alarm. I didn't get my reg hours back like i thought I was going to. But everything had been slice so I have about 20 hours now. I have bills to pay for as well and its just a challenge. I cant work in these conditions esspecially when we get harrassed by managers, about not getting enough add on service's. I find this very annoying, There is soooo much I want to tell you guys but its just best I keep it quiet for now. Cause I really don't know who reads this. Cause the workplace I work at appreantly are going fire happy when they see blogs talking bad about the company..
Questions..
1. Have you ever had a work related injury, if you did what was the cause and how long where you gone from work?
2. Do you think it's fair that company's have goals that are sometimes a joke?
3. What would you do in my situation?

Everything is fine so far.. Im talking about work.. Its ok its not too bad but I feel as though, That these managers are pushing me and the other employees to hard. I already talked about it on my other blog. Saying that I try hard each time but it just doesn't seem to phase these people. We did wonderful last week, we beat our company goal by 1'500 dollars. But it was not good enough we didnt get enough add on services.. Like really?! Another thing I can not stand is threats. The way the managers talk to us may not seem so bad, but to me it seems like they are threatning me and the others. Like if we dont do this and that we will be fired. If we dont get enough add ons good-bye really?! I know this is some motive technique they are trying to pull here. I feel though it is not working. If you want someone to give you 100% you DO NOT THREATENTHEIR JOBS.. Telling them they will be fired.
I get angry at their rules knowing there is just nothing I could do about it. But before I liked going to work talking to my friends now it feels as though the joy has been sucked dry from me. I dont understand any of this. I dont understand customers. You can give them 100% but they can still be jerks and do things to get stuff for free. Arrgghh.. I don't know how how much longer I will be at this job I have been at this job for over a year. And now I feel as though I might be fired if I slip up once..
Questions..
1. Do you ever feel like this at your workplace or did you?
2. If you feel like your job was on the line what would you try to do to prevent that from happening?
3. If you can change the rules at your workplace what would that be?
4. Do you think it is fair for someone to threaten your job even though you feel you did nothing wrong?

I love pop music and im such a nut for it. I love some R&B as well. I have about over 300 cds. I like the old fashion way of buying music. Im not a big mp3 music file nut. Because if your computer crashed say goodbye to the music. So what im gonna talk about today is reissues of albums. A couple of music artist's that I love are doing this and it makes me mad. I know this has to do with the music industry wanting more cash and all that jazz. I love Lady gaga, her music makes me dance and love singing to it.
I found out that she was releasing a new single for a supposed new album. But when i found out that it wasnt really a new album I wasnt very happy. Its the same album with 8 new songs.. Like really?! Your going to do that with those eight songs you could have added 4 more songs to make a second album. But I must also admit Im in love with bad romance. But what I mean is I have her album already.. So now I have to get this new one thats coming out so im spening money for the same album with 8 new songs yay.. *sigh* I will buy this reissue cause thats what it is, i saw in an interview that she dosent look it at as a re-release but completing art.. Um alright..
Next on the subject of reissues is Beyonce.. She is re-releasing her album I am... sasha fierce. i have the deluxe edition so I dont need to get this. i checked the track listing and it includes 2 new songs... Realy!!? Your going to rip us off??! I just find it very annoying when the music industry does this. Just make a new album!!
Questions...
1. Would you buy a re-release if it included 2 songs?
2. Dont you think that lady gaga should have just made a new album??
3. Have you ever encountered this re-release nonsence before?
4. Do you think from all this nonsence that people are illegally downloading songs??

Do you ever get that feeling that someone is staring at you. That feeling that you know they are. Well I get this alot from this guy that im just not into. He likes me but of course I just dont like him. I try not to judge others cause y'know I wouldn't like it. But let me just say I have been around him enough to say that im just not into him. He says that he's my friend yet he likes to talk trash about my friends behind their backs. How do I know if he's not talking bad about me? If I wanna be with someone they need to be trustworthy. I want someone who is not going to lie in front of my face. It just turns me off when guys think that all I want is s.ex. No thanks I was not raised that way and will not give up my virginit.y for someone who wants a one night stand.
So yeah Im a virgi.n, this guy is not which I dont care. But I dont need to hear about all his other boyfriends. He just likes me and I just dont want to hurt his feelings but I just gotta grow a backbone and tell him. He's the sensitive type so I don't know how to tell him but im gonna think lol. So there ya go thanks for reading.
Questions..
1. Have you met anyone who was not your type and they wouldn't leave you alone?
2. Have you everbeen on a date with this type of person?
3. If this person kept bugging you to go out with him or her and you just didnt want to go out what would you say?

Ok so now that I have let some of you in my world of fun. I have some more to share because I just want too
. I am just a little shy when it comes to talking to someone that you like. You know what I mean right? That fuzzy sometimes itchy disturbing feeling.. I geuss thats the sign of your in love.. Well thats me in this case. I liked this guy for the longest time, I knew me and him could never be. Or thats what he thought but I thought diffirerent. All my friends knew me of this funny crazy musical guy. The one who would make people smile well thats me!
But to this guy that I was in love with thought of me of this very shy guy and just plain weird and not the good weird.. This was about that time I just came out and in my mind I thought it would be a piece of cake to get with any guy.. Boy was I in for a shocker. I just liked him so much, he was funny charming and cute. I confronted him about three months later after a date I think I had matured a little bit in the communication department. I had told him how I felt.. I expressed my feelings.. The answer he had given me was something that I just didn't expect.. I cried for hours sobbing, curled up in a ball on my bedlooking at my ceiling. Later down the road, I pulled myself back together. I just knew me and him could never be. He just saw me as a friend and accepted that. I still like him even though I know he doesnt but people can dream right?
Questions..
1. Have you ever liked someone but knew it was never going to happen?
2. If you ever got with the person of your dreams and didnt work out at the end do you think you two would still be friends?
3. Have you ever told the person you liked, your feelings about them. And what was her or his response?
4. Did you ever have embarrassing experiences with the person you liked? ( Like trying to get them to notice to you but it completly fails at the end..)
5. If you saw the person you liked with someone else what would your first reaction be?
6. When do you know your in love, do you get any sensation of any kind? lol

I felt like for the longest time I was trapped in a shell, waiting to breakthrough then I did last year. About this time i came out well my friend helped me through this. So I have to thank her because if it wasn't for her I would still be stuck in my shell. Do you ever get that feeling that people, no matter what your descision's are in life they won't like it? Well for the longet time in my life I felt like I had to impress people but some still weren't happy. Now I don't give a crap what people think about me. I know what choice I made and im sticking by it. I feel though that I have been harsh for sometime towards people that were there for the longest time. I am sorry for that, I was basically changing my ways and in the process it kinda stung some people. They didn't understand why I was now gay I told them this was my life sty.le now, they still try to say that i will go to hell for my choice.
I am tired of empty threats, I want to be happy not be something I am not. I feel happier and so much spunkier lol. There is one person who doesn't want to believe that im gay and that is my mother. I will have to one day just sit with her and be nice about it and tell her that there is just nothing she can to do. Im me and this is me
.So there ya go if u didnt know i was gay here it is. Thanks for reading..
Questions..
1. Has anyone in your life, criticized you for your descision's in life?
2. If you had a secret in your life, and you wanted to let it out who would you tell?
3. Have you ever or do you know a friend that is gay and has he or she been, criticized for her or his descision's?
4. Do you support the gay community?
5. Do you think its wrong for others to be gay if yes then why?

. I was suppose to go on a date tonight but again was far too lazy to go to it. Plus my date didnt have any money and I knew he would try to make me buy him things. He told me he didn't have any money last second. I was like forget it, im not going through that on my day off lol!! So here I am blogging about nothing lol. The twist in my day was that I took out the trash wow got outside lol. So yeah there ya go! Thanks for reading!

Ok so here I am writing another blog, sitting here looking at the mirror. I notice thats there this crack, I touch it and it breaks. I just touched it and crash! I've had this mirror for a while and for it to do that is just weird and scary. So enough about my mirror, I survived this thing 2day lol. I went to the direction of the bus stop, I didnt see anything wrong. I saw no swat cars, I saw no helicopters. So I was safe lol, I went by my bank to see this large orange paper. Saying emergency for your banking needs, go to such and such location. I saw these people try to open the door. The paper was huge and the color was an eye sore, how can you not read it
.SoI had a good day at work, no problems everything was a-ok! I went to walmart after work and grabbed the glee soundtrack I love it. If you dont know what glee is, its a tv show on fox its great u should check it out. So yeah after that went to domino's pizza, I ordered my pizza and there were this annoying kids walking in and out of the place. It doesnt bother me when they go in and out but when you here this door bell sound over and over it starts to drive me nuts. The parents were watching their kids doing this, I was gonna say something but shut my mouth eventually they left so I was like yeah! lol So that was my day. Thanks for reading

I have some questions for you guys..
1. Have you ever experienced a bank robbery taking place in your neighborhood?
2. Have you ever encountered anything strange like a mirror shattering just by touching it?
3. Do you watch glee and who is your favorite character? (My favs are Rachel, Finn, mercedes and miss sylvester) lol
4.Have you ever had kids annoy you like when you go shopping, eating at a restraunt etc?

Did you ever meet that guy in high school, that guy was just really weird and had no friends?? The one who would sit behind you breathing down your neck when you were talking on your phone or playing your ds? Well there was such a guy at my high school, his name was Will. No one liked him and wanted to know one day this is before I found out why... So I saw him on the school bus said hello, he said hi.. in a wheezy voice back. He looked at me his eyes squinting behind his dirty glasses. he rushed and sat behind me on the bus. He was breathing down my neck, and let me say there is a thing out there called mouth wash and toothpaste that all of us should use daily. Because Will never did.
I tried not to be mean to him, because well he was kinda special as well but he can take control of his actions and sometimes he just does things to annoy them. One day I told him to leave me alone I dont want you breathing down my neck, theen he started telling on me for whatever reason that i was mean to him. Like really?! control yourself dude! and he also had a brother and his name was John and he was also very strange. He would go up to random people and started well tried to hug them. he would tell everyone he saw that he loves them.
Yeah I didnt hang out with these guys much. I tried avoiding them thru high school. Will kept saying that me and him were bff's I said no and he demaned that i say yes. I said no over and over and he was closing up to me and demanding a hug. I kicked him somewhere and left the scene. I thought I would never have to see him again. But afte High school I saw him over and over agian. I would see him talking to people asking if they had any video games, and he would say he liked pokemon power rangers and lugioh. Yes lugioh. And everytime he would talk he would spit and wheeze and he never brushed his teeth ugghh. But thank goodness I havent seen him for over a year.

Don't u hate it when.. you just off from work and your not even home yet. And you get a text from someone asking you to hang out in like 20 minutes to see a movie. Then when you say i can't because you want to take a shower, get clean clothes on and look good for the date. But when you tell that person that, they get mad. Like what did you expect dont get mad because i havent heard from you in like 2 weeks. Then all the sudden you get a call from that person, just out of the blue and asks you something idiotic. I hate that like next time let me know ahead of time lol. I asked if we could see the movie at a later time, but his answer was i'll text u later ughhhh... I bet thats happened to you before right??

Do you ever get that feeling, that feeling where you try your hardest and you have given your all. But you feel like your not still giving 100%?? Well I hate feeling like that ,when I know darn well I have given it my best. This feeling comes from my workplace I don't understand this sometimes. Like we are suppose to beat our plan in the workplace lets say its 5,000 dollars and we surpass it by 200 dollars. The managers are still not happy about it. I don't get it, They get mad because we didnt surpass our add on service's like really? C'mon now..
We beat our plan shouldn't that be enough?? Nope its not good enough try harder. Lets say we meet our add on goals but didnt manage to beat our plan. We still get crap for it, because we didnt try hard enough. Like there is no way in heck that we can get every customer to get add ons.. Plus times are tough there is no way, that everyone is going to get an add on. your not trying hard enough they'll say. You have to smile, you cant sit even though ur on ur feet 8 hours a day. because if you do you'll get in trouble.. Ugh.. Like give us a break. I am so tired of this nonsence. its really frustrating but I know that it must be like that in any work place.

In the smallvillage of Moonlight, were small cottage's. In these cottages lived villagers, who have lived in this village. Far from the cottage's on a tall moutain, laid a dark creepy castle. The villagers were afraid of this castle, they dared not go near it. They believed vampires lived in that castle. They have also said anyone who dared to go near the castle would be cursed.
Mary one of the villagers had lost her son, the last time anyone had seen him was when he went towards the castle. Mary had told everyone to put a gate in the path of the castle. So no one could go near it. No one listened to her, more of the villager's children went missing. The villagers were outraged, they got their pitchforkes and torches. Curses or not, they wanted their children back.
All of the villagers, except for Mary went to the castle to get their children back. Mary looked out her window in her cottage, she no longer saw the fire of the tourches. Then she heard terrible screams. Mary had gotten a hold of a lattern, she went in the dark forest. It was very dark, also very windy. The Lattern's fire burnt out, the only light that sorrounded the forest was of the moon.
It was told that when Mary approached the castle, all the villagers were dead. They had two holes on their necks. Then after that, Mary was not heard from ever again.
It is now the present, the village is now a city. The name of the city is Cresent. Far from the city, on top of the mountain was no longer a castle but a luxurious mansion. A family lives there, they are well known to the citizens of Cresent. They are the willow family. the father's name is Luther, his wife's name is Tina. They have two kids, one daugher and one son, Helen and Toby.
They were diffirent from the others, they were pale and they barely came out of the mansion. On the weekdays their children would go to high school, then quickly return home.
The story begins in Cresent High.. Monday seven AM.
A teenage boy with blonde hair, sits on a bench. he's waiting for someone. Then a girl with dark hair, in plain attire is seen.
Boy: Helen, there you are!
Helen: Sorry Charles, My brother was holding me back
Charles: Thats fine as your boyfriend, I should be at your house to walk you to school
Helen: You know you cant!
Charles: yeah I know
Helen: let's go to cl.ass shall we?
Charles: We shall!
They held hands, down the hallway of the courtyard they walked. A girl with long red hair, stopped the couple.
Girl: Well if it isn't creepy and creepier!
Charles: back off Megan!!
Megan: make me creep! *snicker*
Two girls came behind Megan, they were wearing cheerleader outfits just like Megan. They both snickered.
Helen: Megan we haven't done anything to you!
Megan: oh shut it! We all know what you are!
Helen's eyes widen.
Chapter End

One cold winter night, early in the New Year, a certain Dutchman left the tavern in Tarrytown and started walking to his home in the hollow nearby. His path led next to the old Sleepy Hollow cemetery where a headless Hessian soldier was buried. At midnight, the Dutchman came within site of the graveyard. The weather had warmed up during the week, and the snow was almost gone from the road. It was a dark night with no moon, and the only light came from his lantern.
The Dutchman was nervous about passing the graveyard, remembering the rumors of a galloping ghost that he had heard at the tavern. He stumbled along, humming to himself to keep up his courage. Suddenly, his eye was caught by a light rising from the ground in the cemetery. He stopped, his heart pounding in fear. Before his startled eyes, a white mist burst forth from an unmarked grave and formed into a large horse carrying a headless rider.
The Dutchman let out a terrible scream as the horse leapt toward him at a full gallop. He took to his heels, running as fast as he could, making for the bridge since he knew that ghosts and evil spirits did not care to cross running water. He stumbled suddenly and fell, rolling off the road into a melting patch of snow. The headless rider thundered past him, and the man got a second look at the headless ghost. It was wearing a Hessian commander's uniform.
The Dutchman waited a good hour after the ghost disappeared before crawling out of the bushes and making his way home. After fortifying himself with schnapps, the Dutchman told his wife about the ghost. By noon of the next day, the story was all over Tarrytown. The good Dutch folk were divided in their opinions. Some thought that the ghost must be roaming the roads at night in search of its head. Others claimed that the Hessian soldier rose from the grave to lead the Hessian soldiers in a charge up nearby Chatterton Hill, not knowing that the hill had already been taken by the British.
Whatever the reason, the Headless Horseman continues to roam the roads near Tarrytown on dark nights from that day to this.

She was sophisticated, poised, and cultured. In retrospect, this should have made them suspicious. A teacher like her should be presiding over a girl's school in London or New York, not seeking a position in a small town in Georgia. But at the time, they were too delighted by her application to ask any questions.
"It will be good for our daughterto learn some culture," the attorney's wife told the pastor's wife.
"And our boy may find some table manners at last," the pastor's wife responded with a smile.
School was called into session in the local church shortly after the arrival of the teacher. And soon, the children were bringing glowing reports home. "Teacher" was special. Teacher taught them manners and diction as well as reading, writing and arithmetic. All the children loved teacher.
The parents were delighted by the progress their children were making at school. Teacher had been a real find. A God-send, said the preacher's wife.
But not everyone in town was so satisfied. The local ne-er-do well – called Smith – had more sinister stories to tell.
"That woman ain't natural," he told the blacksmith, waving a bottle of whisky for emphasis. "I seen her out in the woods after dark, dancing around a campfire and chanting in a strange language."
"Nonsense," the blacksmith retorted, calmly hammering a headed iron bar on his anvil.
"They say she's got an altar in her room and it ain't an altar to the Almighty," Smith insisted, leaning forward and blowing his boozy breath into the blacksmith's face.
"You're drunk," said the blacksmith, lifting the hot iron so it barred the man from coming any closer. "Go home and sleep it off."
Smith left the smithy, but he continued to talk wild about the Teacher in the weeks that followed. During those weeks, a change gradually came over the school children. The typical high-jinks and pranks that all children played lessened. Their laughter died away. And when they did misbehave, it was on a much more ominous scale than before. Items began to disappear from houses and farms. Expensive items like jewelry, farm tools, and money. When children talked back to their parents, there was a hard-edge to their voices, and they did not apologize for their rudeness, even when punished.
"Andmy daughterlied to me the other day," the attorney's wife said to the pastor's wife in distress. "I saw her punch her younger brother and steal an apple from him, and she denied it to my face. She practically called me a liar!"
"The games the children play back in the woods frighten me," the pastor's wife confessed. "They chant in a strange language, and they move in such a strange manner. Almost like a ritual dance."
"Could it be something they are learning at school?" asked the attorney's wife.
"Surely not! Teacher is such a sweet, sophisticated lady," said the pastor's wife.
But they exchanged uneasy glances.
Smith, on the other hand, was sure. "That teacher is turning the young'uns to the Devil, that's what she's doing," he proclaimed up and down the streets of the town.
"Don't be ridiculous," the preacher told him when they passed in front of the mercantile.
"I ain't ridiculous. You are blind," Smith told him. "That teacher ought to be burned at the stake, like they burned the witches in Salem."
The pastor, pale with wrath, ordered Smith out of his sight. But the ne'er-do-well's words rang in his mind and would not be pushed away. And the children continued to behave oddly. Almost like they were possessed. He would, the preacher decided reluctantly, have to look into it someday soon.
That day came sooner than he thought. The very next Monday, his little boy came down with a cold, and his mother kept him home from school. When the pastor returned from his duties for a late lunch, his wife came running up to him as soon as he entered the door. She was pale with fright.
"I heard him chanting something over and over again in his bedroom," she gasped. "So I crept to the door to listen. He was saying the Lord's Prayer backwards!"
The pastor gasped and clutched his Bible to his chest, as goose bumps erupted over his body. This was positively satanic. And there was nowhere the boy could have learned such a thing in this town, unless he learned it…at school.
At that moment, the attorney's wife came bursting in the door behind him.
"Quick pastor, quick," she cried. "Smith is running through town with a torch, talking about burning down the school. The children are still in c.lass"
The pastor raced out of the house with the two woman at his heels. They and the other townsfolk who followed them were met by a huge cloud of smoke coming from the direction of the church, where the school children had their lessons. The building was already ablaze as frantic parents beat at the flames with wet sacks, or threw buckets of water from the pump into the inferno. Smith could be heard cackling unrepentantly from the far side of the building, which was full of the screams of the trapped students and their teacher.
The fire blazed with a supernatural kind of force, and the pastor thought he heard the sound of the Teacher laughing from within the building when it became apparent that no one could be saved.
The church burnt for several hours, and when it was finally extinguished, there was nothing left. Mourning parents tried to find something of their children to bury, and Smith wisely disappeared from town, his mission against the works of Satan completed.
The teacher's burnt body was buried deep in the ground and covered with brick tomb. The children's smaller bodies were interred beneath wooden crosses. Of all the student's in the school that fall, only the pastor's small son survived.
To this day, voices can be heard in the graveyard of at Burnt Church, chanting unintelligible words, as the school children and the teacher once chanted in the woods outside town. Sometimes apparitions are seen, and dark walkers who roam the graveyard at night. And they say that a brick taken from the grave of the evil teacher can set fire to objects on which they are placed.

Rumors were rife about the alleyway behind the tavern. It was haunted, folks said. Haunted by the ghost of a young girl who had been found murdered in that self-same passage. People avoided the small street after dark, for the spirit was said to be a vengeful one. Of course, no one could name anyone whom the ghost had actually killed, but the tales were enough to keep people away from the alley at night.
Fortunately for the owners of the tavern that backed onto the alley, their front door faced a well-lit road and so business was not slack.
Then one night, while the tavern was full of drinkers, a nasty character named O'Hare wandered into the bar. Women and children were not safe in his presence, but especially not women.
After O'Hare had consumed far too much alcohol, he suddenly announced to the bar that he'd seen a pretty young thing in the alley out back of the tavern. The bartender froze in the middle of polishing a glass, and the men around the bar exchanged covert glances. No one said a word, but everyone was thinking about the ghost of the vengeful young girl. Everyone in the bar looked down at their glasses as he stumbled to his feet. No one made a move to stop him, and there was a quiet air of "he deserves what's coming to him" about the bar as O'Hare left the building. It's just too bad that there isn't really a ghost, thought the bartender, setting down the shining glass and picking up another one to polish. O'Hare sorely needed a lesson in human kindness and respect for others.
At that moment, a horrible scream came from the alley. Everyone in the tavern looked up in shock and fear. Had there really been a ghost out there? Or was O'Hare up to his old tricks and even now accosting one of their womenfolk?
The men leapt to their feet and raced to the back door of the tavern. Pouring out into the street, they were met by an unnatural cold, and their eyes were dazzled by a blaze of light.
The bartender thrust his way to the front of the crowd and saw the body of O'Hare lying in a pool of bright white light. His throat had been torn to pieces, and blood was spilling out in gushes. Above him hovered the semitransparent figure of a young girl, her eyes gleaming with red fire, her mouth covered with blood. She glared down at O'Hare and then turned to look at the crowd. The specter licked the blood from her lips thoughtfully, her eyes on the bartender's neck. Then she vanished, taking the light with her. At their feet, O'Hare gasped out his last breath and died.
The local authorities were summoned to deal with the body of O'Hare. Though skeptical at first, they were finally convinced, since there had been so many eyewitnesses who had seen the ghost hovering over the dying man.
The bartender resigned his position the next morning and took a job across town, the memory of the ghost's hungry stare at his neck prompting him to look elsewhere for employment.- Posted Oct 28, 2009 4:55 pm PT

Susan and Ned were driving through a wooded empty section of highway. Lightning flashed, thunder roared, the sky went dark in the torrential downpour.
"We'd better stop," said Susan.
Ned nodded his head in agreement. He stepped on the brake, and suddenly the car started to slide on the slick pavement. They plunged off the road and slid to a halt at the bottom of an incline.
Pale and shaking, Ned quickly turned to check if Susan was all right. When she nodded,Ned relaxed and looked through the rain soaked windows.
"I'm going to see how bad it is," he told Susan, and when out into the storm. She saw his blurry figure in the headlight, walking around the front of the car. A moment later, he jumped in beside her, soaking wet.
"The car's not badly damaged, but we're wheel-deep in mud," he said. "I'm going to have to go for help."
Susan swallowed nervously. There would be no quick rescue here. He told her to turn off the headlights and lock the doors until he returned.
Ax Murder Hollow. Although Ned hadn't said the name aloud, they both knew what he had been thinking when he told her to lock the car. This was the place where a man had once taken an axe and hacked his wife to death in a jealous rage over an alleged affair. Supposedly, the axe-wielding spirit of the husband continued to haunt this section of the road.
Outside the car, Susan heard a shriek, a loud thump, and a strange gurgling noise. But she couldn't see anything in the darkness.
Frightened, she shrank down into her seat. She sat in silence for a while, and then she noticed another sound. Bump. Bump. Bump. It was a soft sound, like something being blown by the wind.
Suddenly, the car was illuminated by a bright light. An official sounding voice told her to get out of the car. Ned must have found a police officer. Susan unlocked the door and stepped out of the car. As her eyes adjusted to the bright light, she saw it.
Hanging by his feet from the tree next to the car was the dead body of Ned. His bloody throat had been cut so deeply that he was nearly decapitated. The wind swung his corpse back and forth so that it thumped against the tree. Bump. Bump. Bump.
Susan screamed and ran toward the voice and the light. As she drew close, she realized the light was not coming from a flashlight. Standing there was the glowing figure of a man with a smile on his face and a large, solid, and definitely real axe in his hands. She backed away from the glowing figure until she bumped into the car.
"Playing around when my back was turned," the ghost whispered, stroking the sharp blade of the axe with his fingers. "You've been very naughty."
The last thing she saw was the glint of the axe blade in the eerie, incandescent light.- Posted Oct 28, 2009 12:44 am PT
