  Xbox360 Elite

  So I bought a Xbox360 elite. Now I'm having trouble figuring out what exclusives the 360 have that are worth playing.

  p.s. I don't enjoy the halo franchise.

  Microsoft help support is a big joke

  So recently I bought GTAIV and Episodes from Liberty city from Steam because of the sales. Now as many of you know in order to play the multiplayer online one has to go through the trouble of creating an account for Windows live which in other words an Xbox live account.

  When creating the account I selected the wrong country/region I'm in, it was late and I'm tired made a mistake, so yeah no big deal I guess, right? I can just change it later on. Then I figure out that I can't! So I sent a email to the help support asking for any solution and this is what they replied me.

  I have reviewed the details of your previous email communication and As I understand, you need to change the region/ country of your account. If I misunderstood your concern, please inform me.

  We want you to enjoy the Xbox Live experience to the fullest, and I would be glad to provide information regarding your concern.

  For your concern, it would be best to contact and talk to our Live specialists realtime so that they can provide options on how to edit an account.

  I am hoping that the information I provided would prove helpful.Your satisfaction is our paramount concern

  What he meant was "I do not know the answer nor am I willing to help you, please run along now and go annoy some other person."

  Right...So I rant on my Twitter and apparently it caught the attention of the Xbox help support on Twitter so they kindly asked me what was the issue I'm having trouble with and they're here to help, cool!

  So I described my problem to them and their answer was, no unfortunately I can't change my region once it has been created I would need to create a new account. Ok fair enough. So I asked if the serial number that came with the game can be brought over to my new account. Then comes all the drama.

  At this point (Games on Demand) didn't ring any bells to me at all, can't blame me since I don't have a Xbox360. So I'm like humm no, I bought it off steam.

  

  so their reply...

  

  What!? Are you kidding me? Of course I know games purchased off from Steam are not compatible with the Xbox 360 no kidding. The question wasn't that and never has been, the question was if I could change the region of my live account, which their answer was no I could not, so will the serial number be brought over to my new account if I was to create a new one?

  Their answer...

  

  Wow man, just wow. You would think that they were at least trained to handle such issue.

  After going through the process of emailing them and waiting for their reply and getting help on Twitter and I still can't solve my problem. Do us PC gamers a favor can you Microsoft? Just shut off GFWL it's horrible and the world would be a better place without it.
