  Answers (so many questions!!) and a little tribute to Michael Jackson

  Hello again I never thought I'd post another blog in less than a week, lol

  Anyways, I woke up at 12 today (hurray I love summer) and watched the memorial of MJ. I think it went very well. Mariah Carey sang well.. for her age I guess.

  Lately most of what I've been listening to is Michael Jackson Hey, I can't help it!!... He's the King of Pop!

  So here's my tribute to him and a present for everyone. It's a large wallpaper of him (it's 1920 x 1200 pixels btw). It's Photoshopped by me (even the stock looked pretty good tho). Heh.. I wish this was posted up on that large screen in the memorial Oh well. Feel free to use this on your desktop. I'd appreciate it

  Why is Final Fantasy Versus XIII going to be so awesome?

  I don't know a lot about FFVSXIII. From what I've heard, its gameplay will be a lot similar to Kingdom Hearts.. which is awesome as hell We're gonna have to wait a looong time for it to come out tho. My hype is dying.. :

  loopy_101: When will you buy a PS3?

  I don't think it'd be anytime soon However, the new Killzone 2/MGS4 bundle looks definitely sweet, and the lowest grade I had is a C for my math, so imma have a word with my parents later on xD But why is the bundle so nice? Perhaps Sony's just trying to get rid of the PS3 until the slimline version comes out.. o_0

  navigata: Saw what you posted on my page and I wanted to address that really quickly. I haven't contemplated such a thing yet, but the other effects are still there that I mentioned. I mean, thats at the edge. I have conetmplated it before, but never acted on it or done anything such as that. I hope you get through man, I mean... Clearly we are facing the same thing but at different levels. It truly is a garbage phase. As for my summer, its alright. I've pulled more all nighters this summer than I have ever. It is ridiculous. Ive been designing a whole bunch, but.. That is what my mind off things for now. Oh and for my question: Why did you start designing.. AND (sorry, 2 parter ) why did you join Gamespot initially? Peace.

  I started designing because I was interested in designing for my career. And my bro forced me to move on from Paint to Photoshop because he said I have "potential"

  I joined GS because I liked checking out game news at first, plus I was only a kid when I thought it'd be super cool to sign up for it.. and I'm still right.. kinda XD

  I can't honestly say. I have not compared either of their work before nor ever seen most of it.

  Join GFXplosion and few of my most favorite unions.

  Hey guys, long time no see I'm not really big on blogs anymore (yet I miss my blogger friends >.>)

  How was your holiday? I gotta go back to school on Monday T__T

  GFXplosion. It's a designing union where we comment & critique each other's work. And I think it's currently the best one out there IMO. Why? We have many of the best designers on GS showing their work, tons of resources shared by other members (tuts, PSDs, stocks), and a lot of members active whether they are a beginner or a pro, wanting to better. The only downside is that we currently don't accept requests (sorry DC)

  Some unions I like going to:

  The Consoles Debate Union. A mix of OT and System Wars in one union. We're not as serious as System Wars (well, not as many Xbox gamers) we're very cool

  The Eat, Sleep, & Live Sony Union. This is probably the best union that keeps me up to date with news related to Sony gaming. Props to NuKKu for providing us the daily news

  The Nintendo All-Stars Union. This union is EPIC active. I'm on the designer team and proud Lots of cool threads (actually, most of em are on fire >.>) that are interesting related to Nintendo gaming and OT.

  So yea, check out those unions whenever. Hope y'all like it. Anyone else got any other awesome unions to share?
