  Guitar Hero

  Amazing game , this has been one of the few new games I've picked up in the past few months and I must say what a great game.
  
  I don't know when it happen'd but I'm not really a sit down gamer anymore , I don't like sitting in front of a console or pc for hours at a time very often. I like jumping around , swinging stuff , doing something (eyeToy games are quite a dissapointment though...)
  
  Back to Guitar Hero, I played this for a few months now and I must say the learning curve in the game is really smooth , I went from complete noob to Guitar Hero status in two months of mediocre playing time.
  
  The best part was getting real far in the game you start feeling like you might actually be hitting enough buttons to actually play the song (though this isn't true)
  
  I'm stuck now on the last two songs of hard and the last seven on extreme, but it's been good to me and i'm sure once I finally nail down pull on's and pull off's I'll get a few more tracks.

  It's been a long time since I posted

  Wow it's been a long time since I've posted , I sorta stopped playing a lot of pc , gc and ps2 games for a while and got really into my psp and reading again (Don't ask me why those 2) but I played some fun games and I think I'm ready to move back to the big cousins of gaming.

  I've still got to finish half life 2 ep 1 and sin ep 1 , finished some other games along the way like Ultimate Spider Man , that was awesome , though it did cost me a wireless controller at one point. Those damn chase screens were so frustrating , but i absolutely loved the game , it was awesome!.

  For anyone wondering the wireless controller went while i was playing venom chasing electro... kinda near the start of the game , but wow... I absolutely DEMOLISHED the controller when i died at the end of the chase (9 minutes in) for the 30th time! , I flipped my grip into a boomarang style hold and threw it like a bat out of hell towards the ground. I've never seen something explode so prettily. Absolutely awesome. I managed to super glue the whole thing back together and it works fine again , thank goodness.

  mo stuffs

  I played two amazing sessions of SingStar Rocks! this weekend , What a cool game , it's been a while since i've had a gaming session with friends and SingStar and DDR really clean up when it comes to fun party times. I think I'll have to organise another session sometime soon, hopefully involving a session of Mario Party 7 as well , since that's a joll.
  
  i think the best part about playing SingStar was that even though i hadn't played it in a while , the songs were still familiar word wise and my vocal range felt like it had expanded considerably since the last time i played I ain't no rockstar , but after playing for a few hours , there may be hope that i can serenade my woman at some point in my life
