Yesterday, that is. Yeah, the blogs were down. But how about that?
Man, I haven't posted a blog in a long time. Sorry, (to the two people reading this) I guess I sort of just lost interest in the site. Quick gaming update: I bought Okami, played it, and it was amazing. Despite the slightly screwy controls ya don't completely get used to, I was completely addicted to it and played almost 50 hours of the first play-through. Then I moved on to finishing No More Heroes and I've gotta say, really fun, Henry is tough to beat, and for those who haven't finished the game, the plot gets crazy and confusing, especially if you look up the slowed-down dialogue of one of the last bosses. I've also been working on completing the single player modes in Brawl and the second play-through of Mario Galaxy. Also my brother and I rented Bully on the Wii, and we're planning on buying in. A lot of the character dialogue's pretty funny.
I also asked for Phantom Hourglass for my birthday, and while I'm a little less skeptical, I can't yet say whether I like it or not because my DS ran out of power and I don't have the charger for it. What more frustrating is that I've gone to at least three stores and none of them had it, so I'm gonna have to order one online. I also bought Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword and I'm planning on getting the Wii vesion of Geometry Wars Galaxies.
Oh, and by the way, I'm 17 now. So if my dad ever does buy that 360 (provided that I get accepted for a job), I could buy GTA IV myself. Yay?
Well that's all for now, later!
Sorry I didn't post this sooner. It's just that I've been busy with schoolwork and playing- well, you know. Plus I've sorta been neglecting this site for a while. Sorry for all you who just frantically check the site every day for a blog post from me.
Anyway, my friend code is 5370-0081-2730
I usually only get to play on Fridays and weekends (or dayshenthere's no school, like holidays.) If you wanna send pictures/videos/stages I need your Wii number also. Mine's in my profile.
Heh, yeah. Pretty much. I just realized that I missed the 100th.
What, you were expecting more? All right, then here are some silly images:

Sorry, stupid Gamespot error gave me the "Your HTML is not well-formed - no valid tags were found."
It's aaaa... Vostro(?) and somehow also a Dell with Windows XP and a decent amount of RAM and hard drive. Don't know exactly how much. It's not mine, but it's still nice to have another computer that can be used and isn't loud when I use it. It even has a touch pad and SD card slot so I can put songs and pictures on my Wii without Plus, when we get a wireless router, we can access the internet from anywhere in the house! I could watch a movie or check email from my bed.. (And no, I'm not new to this technology; it's just cool that we have it now.)
Now to get a home network, Tivo, and an HD Fios connection...
OTHER UPDATES:
Welllll I got sick for the first time in several years. I'm normally pretty healthy but after I came home from skiing again that night I guess I caught the cold or fever from my sister. I'm pretty sure it wasn't from being cold at the mountain because it was sunny and like half the snow was melted. T_T
Also I got new classes. A long time ago actually They're harder than what I had last semester (I had like, one class with homework.) so I've been working mostly at night or during lunch again but I've just gotta overcome my procrastination and get my s**t done in the afternoon like everyone else. Anyway I've got Honors British Literature first mod (the class is more fun than I thought it would be but the teacher's grading is a pain in the ass.), Manufacturing and Construction second mod, AP Spanish third (we have six people for a class so it really isn't as hard as a regular AP class. Like yesterday, we did vocabulary and played Scrabble.), and Honors Pre-Calc fourth (not as fun as Trig, but at least the class always moves fast.).
Also, Brawl's out in 16 days. I was really excited at one point, but I've convinced myself that I have to calm down and not get over excited or the game won't live up to the hype like Twilight Princess. I already seen too many spoilers. It was hard to resist. I know all the characters, some of which I don't like, and pictures from the SSE and stuff, so now I'm avoiding them to be surprised when I actually play the game.
Sorry I haven't updated in a while again. I've been busy studying for the SAT. And by that I mean wasting time with stuff like gizmodo, digg and Icy Tower. Oh, that? Icy Tower's a free downloadable game. Everyone at school plays it;
I recommend getting it. Aaaanyway... I should have more free time now that I don't have that test looming over me. (if "looming" is a word.)
So. First, Super Mario Galaxy: yep, I finished it a while ago. Great fun, as I've said in a previous blog. No matter how repetitive finishing all the galaxies and getting the purple comet stars seemed, each level brought its own significance. By the way, Bouldergeist has definitely gotta be one of the funnest bosses ever, right up there with Stallord from Twilight Princess. Bonefin was pretty fun too. Plus, the Melty Molten and Matter Splatter galaxies, just.... yeah. I would say Dreadnaught too, but I absolutely hated the platforms moving across electric beams and cannonballs AND that dumb trash-bombing mission.
As for playing as Luigi? Eh. Not really worth playing the game again for more than the first ten or twenty stars. I mean, he jumps a little higher, slides after walking, and sounds wimpier when he jumps and gets stars. No thank you.
Ughh, tired. I'll finish the blog tomorrow.
EDIT: Or, y'know, two weeks. Heh sorry, I kinda got busy with other things. I'll just post this: Cloverfield was scary and good but not fantastic (also a little freaky, liked "that's messed up" freaky.), I got No More Heroes and its great (although I can't beat that stupid Shinobu.), and I went skiing for the first time a while back and now I'm going with my church group.
