Hey everyone. I haven't been here in quite some time now. My life is going good, and I hope all of yours are too. I have checked out the site a little when I can in this time I've been gone. I still can't be here too much, but I'm hoping summer will free up some time. My volleyball season concludes in mid-June, so I should be around more after that. I hope all is well with everyone. And just for old timesake, here's a couple of trivia questions and a song/movie of the day.
1) According to Forrest Gump, what is like a box of chocolates?
2) In basketball if you make a basket from downtown, how many points do you score?
3) A bovine is what kind of animal?
4) As the expression goes, what kind of animal doesn't belong in a China shop?
5) What color represents envy?
6) What actor was in On Golden Pond, Grapes of Wrath, and Spencer's Mountain?
BONUS: Let's see if you remember the Academy Awards (I'd hope so! =]) -- What movie won Best Picture in the 2007 Awards?
Song of the Day: Give It to Me (Nelly Furtado, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake)
Movie of the Day: Disturbia, and for those of you who haven't been to the theatres lately, here's a different movie for you -- Jaws
Another little update on my life: I just took 3 vacations -- one to Washington DC, one to Pittsburgh for a volleyball tournament, and one to Orlando, Florida. I greatly enjoyed all 3 trips and hope to be traveling more this summer. I believe that I may be going to California and New York this summer.
Bye everyone, I have to go somewhere now! EVERYONE COMMENT PLEAAAASE!!

. I'm really upset that I'm leaving, but I have to keep up with school etc. And...yeah...**A LAST FEW WORDS**
I've really enjoyed my time here. I really will try to stop in to visit sometimes. It will be hard leaving you all; you've been so great. But I have to go...THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO HAS HELPED ME ON THIS SITE, AND I'LL MISS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!Okay, well, this is it, good bye. So I guess it's going to be a little *kind of a lot* longer than I thought. I'm so so so busy with school and volleyball, I have no life. Every moment I'm not eating, sleeping, or doing homework, I'm playing volleyball. I have practice/tournaments/games almost every day of the week. Today is my only day off this week. Plus I have to keep up with school. I don't have time to be here right now, and honestly, I have no clue when I will. I hate to say it, but I may not have time until June, when volleyball and school break for summer. I honestly don't know, and I'm really sorry. I know I won't be back next week or anything, but all I know is that I'm beat tired and I'm dragging half the time. I'm really busy, in case you hadn't figured that out by now. LOL
. So I really do apologize for this, and I really wish I could be here. I'll be back as soon as I can, but I can't promise anything...Comment....I guess...
.
I realllllly wish I could be here.

I know I haven't been around here lately. I know I haven't been blopping/posting. I'm really busy with school and volleyball. I'm sorry - I'm taking an official break.
When will I be back? I can't really tell you, but I won't be gone more than a month - I know that for sure. I may be back as soon as next week...I really don't know.
Well, sorry again everyone, and I'll miss you while I'm gone.
Peace...later everyone

Yeah, sorry. I've been busy, with school, volleyball, and other things. I'll try to get around here when I can. I know I've been kind of neglecting blopping, blogging, and participating on the BMW forum, not to mention my lack of recent subs. Sorry I can't really be here as often anymore. I just want you to know I'm not dead (
), and that I'll blog, blop, etc. when I can. Well, other than that, nothing. It's the new year, let's make it a good one!
. I have a volleyball tournament tomorrow, and I'll be gone all day... Wish me luck!! Anyway, I guess I should get back into the swing of things..., here on tv.com I mean. Uh, there was no recent trivia or anything like that, so here we go again:Song: Touchdown Turnaround (Hellogoodbye)
Movie: John Tucker Must Die
Trivia: 1. Name Walter Lance's most famous cartoon character.
2. What's "good to the last drop?"
3. What sitcom featured Ray Walston as an alien?
4. Name the fourth planet from the sun.
5. How many of a kind makes a Yahtzee?
6. Name the US president following Ronald Reagan.
BONUS: Who is Donald Duck's partner?Book of the Day: War and Peace
Poll of the Day: What do you eat for breakfast?
EXTRA: Bored? Try going to one of these websites: www.getannoyed.com for funny *some unrealistic* ways to annoy people, or www.bzoink.com for surveys, if you're a survey lover like me. These 2 are a couple of boredom busters, though you won't be hearing much anymore that I'm bored, because I'm pretty busy lately.
Below, a picture of San Diego, where I'll be visiting next summer:

Below, a picture of the Fiji Islands, which I think would be beautiful to visit someday:
The optical illusion of the day:
And finally, today's animal of the day, the Fox:
*I guess I should change my personal image. It's not really the holidays anymore...

Have a great day everyone, and please, LOTS OF COMMENTS!
PM trivia answers and guesses so others can play, but still, leave comments. Participate in the polls and todays stuff, if you have an opinion, that is.

Yay, this is my first blog of the New Year 2007!
. What did everyone do last night? I watched the festivities on TV. Chicago didn't have that great of bands, but I was pleased to find that in NYC, Panic! At the Disco was playing - I watched the NY celebrations. The crystal ball dropping is one of my favorites. Well, that's about it...I'm a little tired now...so, later.
Now who wants to be my first comment of 2007??!!

Blog title: Reference to All in a Golden Afternoon, song from original Disney film Alice in Wonderland
Christmas is coming, and you may be wondering if I'm ready - well, if you are, the answer is no! I still have LOADS of shopping to do, much less wrapping the presents after that. I get out for winter break this Thursday.
. And with Christmas comes some news: If I didn't send you a PM or you haven't heard news yet of firefly317's Secret Santa Program this holiday season right here on tv.com, please check it out. It seems like it will be great fun, and a very nice thing to do.
Tv.com news: I now have 97% on Level 12 - I think if maybe I do a couple subs, I should just barely cross over into Level 13, Regal Beagle. Also, I changed my icon last night to the Cookie Monster. I noticed a lot of people have been changing their icons lately. I guess I just got sick of my old Charmed one.

no, not me silly.
It's imthemediagirl (Alex)'s birthday today - Happy Birthday!!
Other than that, just your typical Wednesday... I got the whooping cough vaccine today, not too bad - rather have that than the whooping cough. That's all I want this holiday season... Anyway, history test today was not so bad, I think I did fairly well.
. Christmas is really sneaking up on us, isn't it? Whenever it gets to be this close to Christmas, I just can't believe one whole year has passed again. I don't know about you, but I think this year has really flown. I barely have any Christmas shopping done, which is not a good sign. A lot of people I buy for are tough - they're the type that just won't tell you what they want, they give you the, "I don't want anything for Christmas. Really, I don't need anything..."
Well, tough, I'm getting them something! But I don't know what.... Anyway, as for life here on the lovely and one and only, tv.com, nothing new. I'm kind of falling behind in subs - I haven't done any in quite some time, as I've been busy. Still an Evil Bert
. I don't know if any of you noticed, but a while ago, I got a new About Me with a bunch of random facts about me. Check it out sometime, they're some of the same ones I used in my blog a while ago.
ANYWAY, wow, that was SUCH a ramble. Congrats to imthemediagirl, Miss_Box, diamond07, whoa_chica, and IndianaMom, and xblvr for getting most of the other day's trivia questions correct, and that's it. Thanks to all who participated, hope you had fun!
Here are the answers:
1. J.R.
2. Toilet, though as diamond07 pointed out, and I looked up, Thomas Crapper was born in 1836 or 1837...I accepted toilet though because I guess the question probably was just incorrect. Crapper must've been a genius, inventing toilets at age 1 or 2
3. 9
4. Huey, Dewey, and Louie
5. 11
6. Chaucer
BONUS: Thumper
Here's today's stuff:Song: March of the Toy Soldiers

5. What drink is "the real thing?"
6. According to B.J. Thomas, where did the raindrops keep fallin'?

Below, the Grand Canyon, have you ever visited it? (what a beauty

Lastly, today's animal of the day, the Black Bear:

Yes, I survived yet another Monday. But before I get into the details about that, I hope you all survived too, which I actually assume you would've if you're reading this, as it's late on Monday night, and the worst part of the day (obviously morning) is over. Sorry if that sounding confusing. Anyway, my morning was fairly rough - I woke up, looked at the clock, thought it was the weekend, then went back to sleep and overslept. Then, trying to fix my hair in a hurry, I messed it up pretty badly, and took it out (I had had it up before) and ripped *exaggeration alert* half my hair out.
Then, I burned my waffle for breakfast. After the morning, the rest of the day was fairly smooth. However I was fairly clumsy today - hitting my head on the car door, stubbing my toe(s) countless times, tripping, cutting myself when shaving, and making my gums bleed when flossing my teeth. Did I mention that I tripped over my own foot? But, I survived, and alas, I am telling this tale after I have survived the week's roughest day. That was quite a ramble. Now that that's out of my system, congrats to Lucey, Indiana, HarrisonRocks, xblvr, and ari for getting all of the other day's trivia correct including the bonus, and to Water78 and imthemediagirl for getting most of them!

Hi everyone! Haven't posted a blog in a few days...have been busy with school etc. I'm not taking a break though, don't worry.
But, anyway, about the Whooping Cough, I don't have it. But it's back here in the Land of Lincoln. And we're required to get the vaccine so we don't get it - that's the last thing I want, whooping cough. Yikes! I should be fine though... Any how, I guess here on tv.com we can now make our own 80x80 emblems. That's nice -
. I'll try that out when I have some free time. Other than that, my life is fairly mundane, humdrum, also known as ordinary and dull. I found the best song yesterday - it's called Here (In Your Arms) by Hellogoodbye. Listen to it for free on http://www.rhapsody.com/-search?query=Here+%28In+Your+Arms%29&searchtype=RhapTrack. My keyboard was playing games earlier where it wouldn't type when I pressed keys and when Caps Lock was off, it typed in all caps and in order to type in lowercase, Caps Lock had to be on. :O. Anyway, school was boring. As usual... Well I'm feeling a little better today, which is good.
