I bought on Friday Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law for the PSP and I completed it earlier this evening. Fun game, but really, really short. The game was really funny, especially since I had no previous experience with the cartoon series. I will probably try to download clips from the show because of the game. The game itself, while enjoyable does lack enough to keep you going and the fact that it's over in about 4 hours doesn't help. Had they put at least two more cases and some bonus content, it might have made it a much better game. I picked up the PSP version over the consoles, solely on price and the fact that I thought it would look better on the smaller screen, which it does (in my opinion).I wrote a small review you should check out.
I also tried the PS3 demo for Kane and Lynch. Not a bad game at all. Not a great game, but at least it was a game that works. The graphics are decent, but nothing to write home about. There isn't anything ground-breaking in the game but what really annoyed me was that nearly every other word was f**k or @ass. I don't mind some swearing, but give me a break. Thanks to the demo, I know I will never even think about buying it, but it might be worth a rental.
I played the Burnout Paradise demo, yet again, and I am in love with the game. I cannot wait for January 22nd. This game not only looks fantastic, but plays it too. I think this will be the total package (great gameplay, graphics, sound and value). I didn't play it online, but I am tempted to buy the Sony Camera just so I can pass images to people when the crash me. Only problem there is I don't feel like buying The Eye of Judgement or spending ten dollars less and just buying the camera. In two weeks, I'll be spending a lot of time on my PS3, giving it the attention is so deserves.
