31Aug 09I don't even know if sinning is a word but it fits. Because today iate two donuts, and its only the third day. but I'll try to fight temptation and will keep on moving. Today i sweat like a pig, i kept on moving around the school with a lot of things to do. And it was superbly HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! But yeah... I only took like three classes today. which was fun, but the day itself went SLOW. Other than that I ate pretty well and everythings good for now. So Ciao and see you latte.

30Aug 09So I didn't really think about food today. I had other things to do. So i started of my day with a mixture of chicken and other ingredients, because i woke up at like 10 am. I went of to a neighbors house to do an assignment. Then came back and went to another neighbors house to paint the decoration for the welcome party at school. There i ate some burritos por lunch/snack and ate for dinner rice, beans, mofongo and lasanga, all in little portions. and now im here after a day of working, thinking and doing something other than vegetating in my house. So hope u guys are doing good. So see ya and communicate with u tomorrow. =)

So just saw the movie... and well got inspired. I haven't blogged here in a loooooooooooooooooooooooong time. SO here it goes. I plan to lose weight... like many millions of people in the world. But I will tell all my progress here. Because I'm in mysenior year and going to study acting and dancing. And people in that world care about image... even if they don't say it out loud. And while I'm comfortable with myself if I want to succeed i need to give an effort.
So I'm Fernando Ramos I live in Puerto Rico and I weight 204 pounds. I'm vice president of my schools student council, editor of the newspaper, a cheerleader, tutor for the National Honor SOciety and in my way to getting involved in much more things... because that is what i do. My goal is about 170-180 pounds which isnt a lot when ur focusing all ur energy on losing weight and not a whole other million things. I just hope for ur support and will communicate almost everyday to be true about what i ate and did. Hoping I becoma a better and helathier person along the way. I hope u comment and give ur thoughts and tips to getting helathier and well getting my goals, which this is just one of them.
A message to all of you who I used to talk to before I kind of disappeared, I hope ur all good and still doing ur things. So adieu and good night. May the adventure begin.

11Nov 08Life is fine, ok. Everything good. Cheerleading, pressure, we have competition soon. Going to direct a musical at my school. It will be the first one in ages so croos ur fingers for me. November is like free Month at skul, a lot of free days, thanx to elections, puerto rican week and thanksgiving. November was when Puerto Rico was discovered. To be more precise November 19, 1492. Now u have a puerto Rican fact. Hope all in ur lives is good. Much love from where I am. =)

Well, I haven't been here for a while. Which it;s a shame. I haven;t been able to go to any blogs. With the laptop havign a virus and me having a ton of assignments, tests and cheerleading: there's not much time left for mingling. Anyways. I hope all of u Inte friends are doing good. hey people, say hello to my aline friend Poki. Anyways he wrote the title, he can be a little hostile. but now he's eating dog food so he's happy.
So done with th randomness and on with new news.
Last Friday I had my first cheerleading presentation. The morning one was good but at night in the second presentation one of the pyramids didn't go so well.
So I saw Heroes last night.
I have to say it's going well. I'm liking the darker sides of some people. the trauma is pretty good and it can be even better. So I'm excited for this season. In general it's awesome. SO peace from P.R. Love and respect are the opposite to reject.

Well, I don't have any imaginary friends, I know it's a let down to some people, but continuing with the blog.
So i haven't written a blog in like forever so I'll get u up to date.
-I'm liking cheerleader more a bit now, I know it's magic.
-I' m getting good grades which is super cool.
-i had monday and tuesday free from school because it rained continuosly for like 4 days, since saturday to tuesday.
-I'm going to the mall today, I don't know with who because people keep ignoring, what happened to actually answering the cellphone?
-Next week is the pep rally and the cheerleaders are going to perform, even though we haven't told how the routine is going to go, so I'm a little nervous.
-All my favorite shows came back, Heroes ain't half bad, I think it still has a chance. From what I saw of Big Bang Theory, it was mega hilarious. Ugly Betty was good. Grey's Anatomy was good even though I didn't get to see the end of the second episode. House is still awesome.

I never really liked ponies but some people are like in love with them. But ponies are funnies, hello little versions of horses, it's hilarious.
Anyways I like distracting people by saying there is something unusual around. Like OMG look a banana. I know bananas are not unusual, but they are for me. =)
Well... I'm bored and I hate cheerleading... even though I am a cheerleader. Don't ask... I was kind of forced to and I don't like letting people down and if I drop out I'll be letting people down... and I can't let girls fall from my hands so they'll vote me off because they might get hurt.
Going back to the saying there is something unusual, I have a friend that never let's me take popcorn unless I tell her like... Uh, something shiny... she looks and I take a batch of popcorn nd put it in my mouth... then she says there wasn't anything shiny it was just a bald head. Ja kidding. But yeah that's our little games when we go to the movies.
Still bored but going to sleep, maybe or juggle.

I'm rating my favorite characters from the Secret Life of the American Teenager.
1. Adrienne - Francia Raisa
The character is so sure of herself that I love her. She knows who she is and what people think of her and she doesn't care. She' also both book smart and street smart. Hard-edged and emotional, she expresses what she feels, she doesn;t let it bottle it up. Also she's latina and embraces it.
Quotes:

Her character is strong, hateful, selfish and stupid. Yet it attracts you and makes you laugh all at the ame time. She can be annoying but likeable, which is sometimes hard to achieve.

Well first of all, I got an 100 on my Chemistry exam. So ha I'm a nerd. Take that, I shouldn't be bragging should I.
Next to my great news is that I'm an Editor, first Trusted Contributor now this. I'm on fire. Jaja. Well my People is Shawn Johnson, the love of my life. I spent a lot of hours finding out stuff to add and it paid off. So please praise.
Sorry for the arrogance, I'm excited.
And finally the most important. (pause) Tomorrow is my birthday. In case it's September 11th. Yeah something bad happened that day but I can;t dwell on that specially since it;s my birthday. So, Hi. I'm Fernando and I'm an Alcoholic. I'm kidding. Like really, I'm kidding.
Well now that I've intoduced myself I'll blog about meaningless, stupid themes that only matter to me. Which makes it important.
So my school's Welcome Party! was on Friday. It sucked, we had a DJ and the music was kind of cool but the people were on their own world, taking pictures and trying to look cool. I danced both salsa and merengue. The Macarena...or the Macalana, however you call it. I call it the Macarena. But yeah i hanged with friends and tried to had fun.
Yesterday we celbrated my friends bday and we went to the movies to see the House Bunny. It's bubbly dumb comedy. Predictable but it stills make you laugh. Anyways I had a lot of fun with my friends Angela and Veda, we even broke a shelve on Borders. Not on purpose, but it was funny.
Today I'm just studying the Periodic Table. I only have to learn the signs and name of the elemnts so it's quite easy.
Hope you had a good weekend and that you're excited about the coming fall shows. Tell me the shows you plan on surely watching this fall.

Well I have officially two celebrity crushes. I'm that bored. One's a gymanst the other is an actress.
I'm like in love with Shawn Johnson. She's just so funny and cute in a way. She writes poetry and is gymnast. I've always loved gymnastics. plus she's my age. I know destiny will bring us together.
The other you know who it is. You all know I'm indefinitely in love with Kristen Bell. She's just perfect. Well, she's a vegan and i eat meat but we can work something out. Jeje

Thank God for my mom's laptop. Now I can connect to the Internet more often. Now I can comment about all the shows. I started watching House, which is super cool. The Secret Life is kind of good, the acting needs some fine tuning and I'm worried that they won't have anything after the baby. But it's still good. The avatar finale was awesome. SYTYCD, well I wanted Chelsie to win but Joshua was awesome too. I can't remember anything else so byebye people and talk to you later.

Well, it's over. Camp that is.
Yesterdaywe did our final presentation in which I, juggled. Yeah now i can juggle. I also acted in a short play from the"Absurd Theater". They told me I was amazing, which makes it all worth while. I also modeled as a living statue representing different words. (Economy, drugs, war and innocence)
Today we just hanged and signed each others portfolio. We also took a lot of pictures with each other. Very typical teen stuff to do. Also I got an offer to come next year or even better work there, which would be amazing since I want to be a writer of both books and screenplays. So I shall work there some time.
Anyways I saw the Avatar finale which was amazing. Perfect...in every way. Since i had the presentation last night I didn't get to see SYTYCD so if anyone could update me on what happened last night that would be awesome. =)
Saw Closer which is always good and I'm also watching Secret life of the American Teenager. It is fairly good and entertaining. The acting is a little off in some actors but I think if they give it a chance and some more time they will just get better.
So anything new anything old, please tell me so. =)
