  I'm back (but for how long?)

  Hi everyone,

  I just stumbled upon Gamespot for the first time in a very long while. How long, you ask? Well, my most recent message in my inbox was from around September of 07. Hopefully I'll get involved in Gamespot and all its fun again... I remember having some good times on here way back when. Plus, my computer is pretty much my best friend here on Christmas break.

  Rec Room union is no more!

  It is a sad day in the life of Farmboy89, because his union, the Rec Room, is officially disbanded.   Farmboy, as he was often called, felt that the union was making no progress and instead of handing off the union to one of his members, decided to call it quits.  He also decided that he could find no time for the wonderful website called Gamespot, and therefore he could not continue his union leadership.  He put a lot of thought into this decision, and finds it to be suitable.

  Sorry I haven't been on, folks!

  Hi everybody, I'm sorry I haven't been on lately, but it seems that I don't have the same interest in Gamespot anymore... sad I know.  I'll see what I can do to stay active in the unions and whatnot.  Ahh well, that's all for now, I'm not in a thinking mood.

  Wow, I feel so loved

  Haha I tell you all that I'm gone for a weekend and nobody comments on the blog lol I feel loved to death.

  If you are wondering where I was this weekend, it ws the All Ontario Youth Convention.  Around 800 youth from CRC churches around Ontario come and worship God for a weekend.  It PWNs

  Would somebody like to do me a BIG favour?

  For a while, I wanted to create a Country Music Union.  I completely forgot when I made up the Rec Room.  I wonder, is anybody willing to make a country music union, invite me, and hand over the union?  Pretty please?

  Habs are eliminated from the playoffs :(

  Well, it's official:  Montreal Canadiens can't play without Saku Koivu.  They were up by two games at the beginning of their series against Carolina, but lost four straight games after the Koivu injury.  The game was looking up for Montreal because the puck seemed to stay in the Carolina end for much of the third period, but a bad line change in overtime led to a Carolina breakaway and a game-winning goal.

  The Rec Room

  I just started a new union called the rec room.  It is basically another one of those off-topic unions for people to goof off in.  If I didn't send you an invitation, it's because you're already affiliated with too many unions or you were already invited.  So come on out to the rec room and make it the best darned union on Glitchspot.

  The spring is coming! The spring is coming!

  Yes! The weather is finally starting to get warm.  This winter was so boring because there was hardly any snow so I couldn't go skiing--the hill I usually go to (which is like 45 minutes away) had to close almost all of the runs so I couldn't go there.  I did, however go skiing 3 times on the very rare nice day.

  I really like how the forecast is looking right now.  It's supposed to reach about 15-20 degrees Celsius by the end of the week, so I can finally pull out the shorts.  There hasn't been any wet weather for the past bit either, which I like.

  One downside to this and living on a horse farm is that the horses react to this change in weather conditions.  They seem to be much more hyper when the weather is nice, which is not fun when doing chores.  I almost got run over by one of our two stallions today.  I already learned to stand my ground last summer, because I got kicked in a certain area, so I learned my lesson about being around horses.

  Anyways, with spring comes nice weather, and golf.  I might try to get out a few times this year and work on my game, because I'm not very good.

  You know the saying, "In like a lion, out like a lamb" and vice versa.  I never really believed this until now.  At the beginning of March, it was snowy and cold and depressing weather, but now it is truly leaving like a lamb.
