I turned 21 this past Monday (20th Oct) and with that came birthday money, and with that comes the birthday games spending spree!
I got 2 games for my birthday;
Bioshock, which is amazing
Brothers in Arms : Hells Highway, which has a great single player, but a pretty average online multiplayerAnd, with my money I have bought/pre-ordered;
FarCry2
Call of Duty : World at War
Tomb Raider Underworld (Special Edition)
LittleBigPlanet
Guitar Hero : World Tour (Guitar bundle)
Fallout 3Not a bad birthday, not a bad birthday at all

Alright,
Now, I never really do these kinds of lists, but seeing as there is a flurry of excellent games coming out within the next 3-4 months I thought I'd fill you in on the ones I'm most looking forward to getting.Fallout 3
--The game is huge and looks stunning. I loved Oblivion, I'm sure to love this.
LittleBigPlanet
--Need I say anything?
Resistance 2
--The 1st game was great, and the sequel looks even better.
Guitar Hero : World Tour
--Guitar + Drums + Ozzy Osbourne = WIN
Brothers In Arms : Hells Highway
--Yes, it's out already, but I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of the game in the coming weeks, I love WWII games.
Call of Duty : World At War
--Like I said above, I love WWII games, and I'm very interested to see how this title turns out. It's already looking like a winner.
Bioshock
--The game just looks stunning in every aspect, can't wait to see this on in 1080p
Killzone 2
--Will it live up to the hype? I very much believe it will.
Mirrors Edge
--One of the most unique looking games in many years, I hope it plays as beautifully as it (and Faith) looks!
Tomb Raider : Underworld
--What can I say, I love Tomb Raider, always have, always will. This looks to be the best one yet.
So there you have it, the games I'm looking forward to.
What about you?...

I haven't posted a blog in quite some time now, but I had to today.
As we all know; it's been 7 years since the World Trade Center tragedy. A day that shook the world.
If you're reading this, please take a moment and pause in thought and remembrance for those affected by that terrible day.
Never Forget.
Thank you...

It's been nearly 2 months since my last blog! What have I been doing you're probably (not) wondering? Well...
First off, I was busy at the end of May finishing off some coursework for University, and spending time at home playing with games and my girlfriend...not at the same time of course
I completed the two big games of the year, GTA IV and Metal Gear Solid 4. Both excellent.
Metal Gear Solid 4 is the greatest game I have ever played...it is beyond epic, it's pure genius, it's a masterpiece, it's art, it's...too much for words!What am I doing now then? (apart from typing this)
Playing Metal Gear Online mostly, I'm addicted to it. Also, I've rekindled an old flame, Guitar Hero III, and I'm pumped for the fourth installment.Firmware 2.40 arrived for the PS3...then left, then a few days later, 2.41 arrived! Giving the PS3 its own version of the XBoxs Achievements system, known as Trophies. Are you a Trophy Whore? I'm not anyways!

So, now that I can't really think of anything else to tell you, it seems like the perfect place to stop...for now

Yesterday I completed two games, Army of Two and Half Life 2.
Army of Two was a good game, abit of a disappointing "boss" at the end though, still, a good game.
Now that I've completed Half Life 2, I'll be moving to Half Life 2 : Episode One, on The Orange Box. I'm looking forward to that greatly.Half Life 2 is one of the best games I have ever played, its truely amazing.
Also, I've moved up another level. Level 22 now; "Blaster Master"...fun

I have a "new" game, Lego Star Wars : The Complete Saga for the PS3
The reason "new" is in speech marks, is because I didn't exacty purchase the game, it was my fiancés, who now lives with me...so I got her game too.

So far, its very good, I played the Original Trilogy on PS2 before and liked it.
It also helps that I am a huge Star Wars fan!

Haven't played much into the main campaign yet, just the first couple of missions. Then I went off to plat Team Fortress 2 and Half-Life 2 on The Orange Box for a good few hours

Expect a review of Army of Two in the not too distant future...

Yesterday I traded in 7 games, both PSP & PS3 ones.
The chosen 7? They are;
PSP-Mind Quiz (The Dr.Kawashima game that nobody played!), WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2006 and Killzone : Liberation
PS3-Heavenly Sword, Tiger Woods 2008, Motorstorm and Resistance : Fall of ManWhy these? Well I have either completed them, or havent played them in a long time out of boredom!
So, what have I done with the trade in credit? Well I'm going to spend it on 3 games which I've pre-ordered. All PS3 games, they are;
Gran Turismo 5 : Prologue, Everybodys Golf : World Tour and GTA IVSo I'm looking forward to playing these in the coming weeks. Both GT5 and Everybodys Golf are released on the 28th March, and of course we all know when GTA IV will be released...or at least, you should!

I used to play Resistance : Fall of Man online quite alot, until I got Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare 2 months ago.
Call of Duty took over from Resistance as far as online went, and until yesterday I hadn't played Resistance since 17th Dec, roughly 2 months.So like I say, I tried it online again last night...and it just seemed so slow, clunky and too easy compared to the mighty Call of Dutys online experience. So I've given up with Resistance, and am thinking of trading it in, along with Tiger Woods 2008 of which I got bored of too.
I'll probably trade them, and keep the trade-in money to put towards GTA IV or maybe Everybodys Golf : World Tour ("Hot Shots Golf : Out of Bounds" to the Americans)
I had also left my Resistance clan I was a member of. The "AcL" or "Anti-Chav Leigon"

So basically
CoD 4 online > Resistance online...but thats probably obvious to alot of you

My latest video (Girls of Gaming) has been up for only 11days now. Yet has already obtained over 1,000 views!

I find it funny that my first video (Jaws in 48seconds) only has 180 views and has been up for 8months! lol

Anyways, thanks to all who viewed both of my videos
