Haven't been on here in ages, I seem to get back into Gamespot then leave it for a while then come back, don't know why.... But how are all you gamespotters out there?

What have I been up to you ask... well other than finding the game that I want to make sweet sweet love too... nothing much; writing dark romance short stories and working on my novel for my professional writing and editing course, gaming, seeing friends, and stuff.

The game that I want to make sex with came out a couple of days ago, needless to say I've already finished it including side quests, that game is an amazing tribute to metal known as "Brutal Legend." I pickedBrutal Legend up one day before the apparent release date (for some reason EB games was selling it earlier) and played it for a total of eleven hours in three days, including going to tafe and whatnot, so those were some late nights of pure greatness. I love how the game has perfected the metal style within it with its environment design, awesome soundtrack, great characters, and appearances from certain metal musicians such as the metal god Rob Halford. Pure awesome.

But yeah... Brutal Legend eh... great game, great game. I'll have to try and get back into the habit of using gamespot, been using Playfire more lately.

Wellity, wellity, wellity, I haven't posted a blog since Feburary... crazy! I see this website is going well, how is everyone else?

I recently got inFamous, great game, sooooo much fun. I'm pretty much addicted to it at the moment lol. Whenever I get the chance I just play it until the early morning lol. But it's not all that good; I preordered it at EB games so that I could get their exclusive special edition version of the game , I paid more than I would at JB Hi-Fi just for this special edition. But when I picked it up they gave me the original game, nothing special about it. I was told that my copy was sold by a new staff member, a casual, that works at the store. This casual didn't know the rules and when he saw a special edition of inFamous sitting around he just sold it. As you can imagine this pissed me off greatly! So now I'm going around to EB stores searching for any unsold special editions to swap my copy for.

And yeah... I don't have much game news because I haven't been playing much games on my Playstation 3 over the past few months, just been away from it and busy alot. So thats it, thats my news. Anyone else got any thrilling news?

I've found a new game that i really want (well i wanted it before it came out but never had the cash and still dont); Street Fight IV. It's fricken sweet! Im not the biggest fan of fighting games like that but i love Street Fighter for some strange reason lol. I stayed up basically all last night playing Street Fighter IV at a friends place, which resulted in me being late for TAFE today lol... but anyways... That game can be so hard! lol. I've also been trying to find someone to get Street Fighter 2 HD Remix from but thats not working out all that well. Doesn't bother me that much anyways, still think that Australia should get it though. Not fair! lol.

Well i haven't been up to that much over the time i spent away from Gamespot, just studying and gaming sorta and stuffs... but yeah... anyone been up to anything great?

Hey guys i need some help with the new Prince of Persia game! Im stuck and it's really becoming annoying, heres my problem: I've healed all the fertile grounds and defeated all the bosses so now i have to go back to the main temple with the tree coming out of it, but the problem is theres a huge doorway of light blocking the entrance to the temple and i cant go through it! The prince just stops when he hits the wall. Can anyone please help me? I need to know how to get through the door of light. Any help will be greatly apperciated

And yeah thats my big problem at the moment lol.

What else is news... I've been playing quite a bit of Guitar Hero World Tour at my friends place, thats pretty awesome. Great game. Its nearly christmas so theres gifts to try and find money t buy and yeah... not much news lol.

Well, well, well, gamespot... its been a while, hows everyone been?

I gots me a copy of Dead Space a couple of weeks ago on PS3 in exchange for my copy of DBZ: Burst Limit and some cash. Its pretty awesome, i haven't played such an atmospheric horror game in ages, well worth Burst Limit. I also picked up a copy of Call of Duty: World at War two weeks ago (but who didn't, am i right!? lol), i traded in Grand Theft Auto IV towards it and some cash aswell. I know what your thinking: What kind of blasphemy is this! he traded in GTAIV! omfg!. But just so you know; me and the GTA series dont get along all that well, it bores me very much for some reason, so i thought it'd be better to trade it in then let it sit on a shelf and get covered in dust like my Sonic the Hedgehog game on PS3. Anyways... CoD5 is epic! i havent really played much of the multiplayer but the story is so dramatic and awesome. I love it!

Well what else is news... I've got a book launch to go to on Thursday because i've finally got a short story published in a book thats sold in bookstores, yay me! I had a photoshoot for the newspaper last week because of my publishmentness in book... And today i pre-ordered Prince of Persia on the PS3, i traded Smackdown vs Raw 2008 towards it so now i've got a week and a bit to find $68 dollars... im so poor... i want Mirrors Edge and Little Big Planet and Guitar Hero, etc... I hates being poor

Hey! I saw the Max Payne movie last week as soon as it came out (got a nifty poster aswell). I was pretty excited about this movie, sure i hadn't played any of the games but the story and the way it looked was pretty cool. But honestly it didn't really live up to my expectations, it was good but not as good as i had expected. What did you guys think of the movie? did it live up to your expectations?

Anyways; after seeing the movie i got the first Max Payne game for $12 dollars pre-owned and im getting the second game for free from a friend because its an Xbox game and he doesnt own an Xbox (how he got it... its a long story).

Also has anyone here got a playfire account? I started mine the other day and so far i've only added one person from gamespot to it because i've got him on my PSN account aswell. If you haven't heard of it; its sorta like myspace or facebook except for gamers. Heres the website: www.playfire.com

Well its been a while since i've written one of these. Whats news...

My computer completely died along with my internet for a couple of weeks so that meant no gamespot and no playstation network for me but thats all fixed now; we got a new computer and a wireless router for the internet, which is mega awesome because i got a new laptop yesturday and now i can access the internet whenever i want, no more fighting over who gets to use the computer! the laptops gonna help a ton with my novel.

Anyways; you guys might already know this but theres a ton of good games coming out on the playstation 3 in Australia at the end of October and throughout November. unfortunately for me i've got no cash to buy them im gonna have to do a ton of work to get the money for those games. What game are you guys looking forward to the most?

In my last blog i told you guys that i was going to Judas Priest's concert in Melbourne (Australia) and now i've gone... It was fricken wicked as pies! The opening band Cavalera Conspiracy didnt open for Judas Priest because of some issues they were having, so instead two very lame local metal bands opened for them. Needless to say the crowd wasnt happy and threw stuff at the bands, aswell as cursed at them. But once the opening bands were out of the way the night just got a gazillion times better! Judas Priest had a huge stage set up with a large picture of Nostradamus in the background with mechanical red eyes. It was amazing. They played for about two hours, all of which i was right up against the front barrier of the mosh pit getting the life squeezed out of me by a very enthusiastic crowd, it was all worth it! In the end the band left the stage and everything went black, then a loud roaring noise echoed throughout the arena and the lead singer (rob halford) came out on an awesome motorbike, it was really unexpected and i loved it! So overall it was one great night. i blew all my cash at the concert

Anyways onto gaming business since thats all what were here for... The other day i downloaded a large game update for Buzz: Quizz TV on the Playstation 3 which gave me trophies for that game (coolio). I also got: Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix, Commando 3: Wolf of the Battlefield, Rayman, High Velocity Bowling, Pain, and Bionic Commando rearmed, from the Playstation store. So i've been quite busy with the downloads, its probably best for me to keep that quiet from my parents lol

Oh! and i bought a CD the other day with the small amount of cash i had left in my wallet, its called: The Dark Saga, and its by: Iced Earth. The CD's based on the Spawn comic book series. I watched the very violent cartoon of the series on youtube the other day and i now love Spawn! i can't believe that i didnt find it sooner, it has one hell of a plot and the way the story's told is amazing! sooooooo awesome!

Heya's! I'm pretty bored at the moment so i thought i'd write a blog, but before we get anywere with this let me just get something off my chest: It was my birthday on sunday! (August 31st) I'm now 19 years old and have much o' tha cash, so far i'm planning to buy a new 125gb hard drive for my PS3, a $50 dollar credit card thingy to use in the Playstation store, and some other stuff...

Well now that im done with that lets ramble on about some other stuff shall we... I downloaded the new game update for Warhawk the other day and there finally here! Trophies for Warhawk, its so awesome, i've already got six (sure there bronze but its not easy to get the others, especially when you dont have the little expansion packs for the game). Now i need to wait for Burnout Paradise to get its trophies update and motorcycle pack, anyone know when there being released?

I've also really gotten into this band called: Iced Earth, i've known about them for ages but never really bothered listening to them until i saw how awesome their shirt designs were, and before i bought a shirt i thought the respectable thing to do would be to listen to them to see how good they are and as it turns out their awesome! And if finding a new awesomeness band wasnt enough; next saturday night (September 13th) is the Judas Priest concert in Melbourne! i am so fricken excited for that concert, its not everyday i get to see my favourite band, the metal gods perform live. I'll probably blow all my left over birthday cash on their merchandise lol

Hey! i haven't played Burnout Paradise in fricken ages but today when i went to play it i was stopped by a game update, and thanks to my incredibly slow interent that update took up most of the day to download. But it was all worth it

The update is a brand new make-over for the game! it includes a ton of new awesome features, gives the game a new look, and much, much more! I haven't really had much of a chance to play it but by what i did play i've decided that i'm going to be playing Burnout Paradise alot more from now on.

And if that wasn't good enough for ya; theres a new update and downloadable pack coming soon to the playstation store. The update gives paradise city the ability to change weather and even go into the night time! The downloadable pack is a first for the Burnout series; it includes two new vehicles... both motorcycles! and the packs FREE!!

I really can't be bothered proof reading this blog because its late and i'm only writing it because i'm soooo excited about this new content and i needed to vent that excitement somewere, and what better place to do that then gamespot!?

Heya's! long time no bloging, haven't done one of these for ages. Anyways time to get down to business:

Lets see....A couple of weeks ago i got Buzz for the playstation 3 and i must say its pretty good, well worth the $110 dollars i payed for it. Gives me and my mates hours of buzzing fun! and violent name calling, that always seems to come into play with this game

What else has been going on lately hmmm...well my internet was going slow because my family decided to go over the fricken download limit, so that made downloading the new playstation updates alot of fun for me! Gave me alot of reading time, which i don't really need more of lol

Now lets round this thing down to the last couple of weeks shall we: Two weeks ago i was told that one of my short stories had won a writing competition, so now its going to be published in an anthology full of short stories and poems which will be sold at actual book stores! I'm very proud of it On the weekend i traded in Army of Two and got Soulcalibur IV for $39 dollars i think it was (well worth it). Soulcalibur IV's alot of fun, i especially love the fact that you can create your own characters to fight with; i made the angelic demon hunter from out of my book and i dont plan to stop there

Other than that i've just been going to tafe, hanging out with mates, and downloading demos and stuff on PSN.

Heya's! The other week me and my friend (Necrophagist666) woke up at about 6:40am and got to the shopping center at around 8:00am, but we missed out on a nice little sleep-in for a good cause; we both got gold general admission tickets to Judas Priest's Australian tour! it was $150 dollars well spent. I'm so excited about the concert. I got their latest album the other week aswell and its fricken sweet!

Anyways... Most of my friends have bought Metal Gear Solid 4 and have been talking about how awesome it is and stuff, its so fricken annoying for someone like me who wants the game but doesn't have the cash!... But i managed the find the money and i bought the game the other day. It does live up to the talk; Metal Gear Solid 4 is one of the best games i have ever played! Its even with Devil May Cry in my books, and i love my Devil May Cry. I've been playing it on the difficulty of Solid Normal and im pretty sure the only reason i haven't finished it yet is because i like to not get seen on my missions, so i choose to take my time. The cut-scenes in that game are so long lol!

Also my mum got a new TV at her place, i can't remember the exact measurements but lets just say: Its the biggest TV i've ever seen in my life! and i've seen alota TV's. So ofcourse i took my PS3 down there asap, and i must say tis very nice.

I brought Ninja Gaiden Sigma the other day, preowned and I traded in Call of Duty 3 for it, it ended up costing me $44 dollars which in my opinion is alright.....I only $11 dollars for Call of Duty 3 what a rip-off. I also brought the movie: 'The Mask,' aswell, that movies so cool

Anyways Ninja Gaiden Sigma is fricken awesome! So fast paced and such fun action scenes, I love it! I'm so annoyed that Ninja Gaiden 2 isn't coming out on the Playstation 3 though, what am i going to do after i finish Sigma!?

Also i got my licence (P plates) the other day! Now i can drive my awesome car (Honda Legend 1989) all by myself! and i dont need to catch the buses anymore either, meaning: no more annoying buses and bus drivers! The test was so hard thanks to my nerves but i somehow passed, it was such a great relief.

Before i finish this i wanna ask: Does anyone know the release date for 'Prince of Persia' on the Playstation 3?

Hey guys, I decided to come back to gamespot even though i haven't finished writing my novel because i figured; if i have time to play PS3 i have time to go onto gamespot.

Also I brought Time Crisis 4 yesturday (for the Playstation 3 obviously) even though it has a bad review on this website and many people say that its crap. But I don't regret it. I've been looking for a good shooter and a new simulation type game and Time Crisis is perfect. It's actually not as bad as everyone makes it out to be, the trick is: not to pay to much attention to the gameplay, graphics and whatnot, and to actually have FUN! (surprisingly.....who buys games to have fun these days? lol!).

And i'm trying to upload a new gamer tag into the top area of my blog, under blog settings, but whenever i click 'accept changes' the entire thing resets and goes blank. Its really starting to tick me off. Does anyone know whats going on?

hey guys! just thought i'd tell ya's that im not gonna be that active on gamespot for a while; iv'e got alota problems i need to sort out and i need to finish designing the cover for my novel, and not to mention writing it for that matter, iv'e only got 4 weeks to finish it so i can get it all published up!!!

I was on PS3 the other day, i had just downloaded the new update for Warhawk and i was sooooo happy that i did because it came with so many new graphics for the jets, some new weapons, and some other stuff (i was mainly happy over the new jet graphics), anyway....When i had finished playing Warhawk i decided to have a little chat with my buddy Necrophagist666; he told me that my favourite band, Judas Priest, had put the song 'Nostradamus' on their myspace, soooooooooo....I got on the computer straight away, listened to the song, added it to my myspace, downloaded it and started writing this blog because its fricken awesome!!!

I can't wait till Judas Priest tour Australia......so kewl.....Any other Priest fans out there in gamespot world!?

On Friday i got a call while i was on the train going to TAFE, it was a shop called Minotaur telling me that they finally got the first season of the Devil May Cry anime in for me (it only took them 2 months), i couldn't even pay attention in TAFE i just wanted to get the hell outa there and grab my DVD! it was one good day! iv'e currently watched all the episodes every day so far.

On other news i brought a Nintendo DS the other day for $15 bucks, my step-sister has a DS lite so i thought i could take advantage of her old DS (which i did), i reckon it was a pretty good deal; i got a DS thats in alright shape and works perfectly for $15 bucks. I also managed to buy The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourgalss for the DS, i picked that up for $50 dollars, it was pre-owned.

Now for some more news! ......After i downloaded the new system update for the PS3 and picked up that cooler looking Playstation Store i noticed that the Metal Gear Online beta was up for download, so ofcourse i downloaded it straight away. It took a few hours to finish downloading but when it was finished i jumped straight into it, only to notice that i had to download an update! (minor set-back), so...after the 8 hours of waiting for the update to finish downloading i was pretty excited, but then i found out that i had to make a Konami Game ID, so i went onto the website only to find out that the server is down; so i couldn't make an ID!

But that was last night, its all good now, and i can play it finally Now im gonna go watch some Devil May Cry, talk to ya's soon!

Ok, ok, ok....Iv'e been a member of gamespot for nearly a year now, and i must say it is quite a wonderful website; i enjoy spending my hours of boredom here, anyways: I was really bored a couple of minutes ago (not anymore! ) so i decided that i would just stare at my profile and see if the boredom went away, and it was then that i noticed it! that one little tab that i haven't noticed for a whole year (just about), the 'Images' tab!!! (How long has that fricken tab been there!?)

When i saw it i was like: "wtf!? how the hell did i not see that thing!?", so i decided that i'd upload an image just because i can. I uploaded an image i drew a while ago, its the main character from one of my novels; it is the scene were he becomes consumed by darkness and goes on a massive killing spree. I have to admit, i suck at drawing, but i actually like this picture, its pretty!

I finished Devil May Cry 4 on the Devil Hunter difficulty about 4 or 5 weeks ago (it was a good day ) and i just finished the Son of Sparda difficulty about 2 weeks ago, i really didnt find that difficulty hard, if anything i actually found it easier; i didnt even need to use a continue.

Now im up too the Dante must Die difficulty and its fricken hard i was barely able to defeat the first boss (that fire guy, i think his names berial), that difficulty is crazy. Is there anyone out there who has actually beaten the 'Dante must Die' difficulty in Devil May Cry 4?

Also i stayed over at my friends (Necrophagist666) place last night and we decided to rent 'Condemned 2' on Playstation 3, and it is soooo awesome, the over the top violence and suspense it has in it is just amazing, not too mention the graphics; there great aswell. Im definitely gonna get this game, but im gonna have too wait a while now since i brought 2 tickets too Smackdown and ECW's Australian tour, but i think i can stand the wait.
