Endless Frontier 2nd playthrough
In order to properly prepare for Endless Frontier Exceed, I am doing a second playthrough of the original. So far, I'm doing good. I've already got Reiji and Xiaomu from Namco X Capcomin my party again. Reiji is an awesome character.

Sprite comics Vol. 1
I decided to do a blog series revolving around one of my favorite internet pastimes, sprite comics. Simply put, sprite comics are fan-made webcomics using sprites from video games. The trend was started with Bob and George and Neglected Mario Characters. Some are really good, like 8-Bit Theater, while others are bad. I will give you descriptions and links(to the first strips)to acouple favorites.
8-Bit Theater
Description: This comic is awesome! It's based on the original Final Fantasy, but with running gags and jokes littered all over the storyline. The main characters are the inept, generically named Light Warriors, Fighter McWarrior, Black Mage Evilwizardington, Theif, and Red Mage Statskowski(who always end up causing more harm than good), and White Mage, who Black Mage tends to hit on, with hilarious results. Black Mage hates Fighter, but Fighter is oblivious to BM's hatred and considers him his best friend. Red Mage thinks the world is a tabletop RPG, Fighter makes Sword-chucks(A mix of a sword and a nunchuk), a silly invention, and there's also a wizard named Sarda who takes responsibilty for plotholes and inconstincies. The Dark Warriors(a recurring enemy group consisting of villains Garland, Bikke, Drizz'l the Dark Elf, and Vilbert von Vampire) seeks to defeat the Light Warriors, but they're even more incompitent than the Light Warriors. It is without a doubt, the best sprite comic ever.

AkumaTH's comics
AkumaTH's comics are kind of like a sprite comic version of Dragon Ball Z. They focus on Akuma the Hedgehog(a character represnting the comic's creator) as he battles against dudes like the Sprite Eater and his son, the Undertaker, and his rival, Kari(a female hedgehog bent on revenge or something like that). It starts off ridiculous, but the fightseventually getpretty intense, sometimes lasting for dozens of strips(Akuma's battle with the Sprite Eater was probably as long as Goku's battle with Frieza), and there's a running gag involving Sonic getting no freakin' respect(so he's called the Rodney Dangerfield of the comic by the author). There are stupid story elements, but all in all, it's a pretty good series in my opinion.

There. That's all for now.

The top five series/games deserving sequels #2
#2. Cannon Spike
It sounds like a ridiculous idea. An isometric arcade shooter bringing together characters from games like Street Fighter, Darkstalkers, Mega Man, and Ghosts N' Goblins, but Cannon Spike is real. And it's also pretty good. It doesn't have Ryu or Ken, they wouldn't fit in a game like this. Instead, they had characters that would fit better in a shooter, like Charlie and Cammy from Street Fighter, Baby Bonnie Hood from Darkstalkers(think of her as Little Red Riding Hood with guns), the original Megaman, and Arthur from Ghosts N' Goblins. The game has killer boss fights that test your skills like no other shooter. Don't ask, they really did make a game like this. It's available at arcades(but arcade cabinets are hard to come across), and on Dreamcast.
