Hello boys and girls! Well, I'm finally back after a very, very long hiatus. I started getting into the end of my senior year, then my summer, and finally, my freshman year of college was just crazy busy, so facebook took up most of my time, lol .

Anyway, I'm excited to be back, and see that things seem mostly the same as far as I can tell. I can't wait to get back into things here, and talk to old friends.

Currently, it looks like my summer may be pretty slow, unless I get a job. As of right now, I'm just reading loads of books and working on my cooking and gardening skills, as well as my tan. Just call me a bum! So, see you all around!

I'm a bit bored today- just hanging out, so I decided to do a few quizes(I stole the first one from luvos_united)

    Six ships you like:

    1. Nathan and Haley
    2. Veronica and Logan

    3. Lily and Marshall

    4. Alex and Izzie

    5. Rachel and Mouth
    6. Rory and Jess
Three ships you used to like, but don't anymore:

    7. Mike and Susan

    8. Brooke and Lucas
    9. Robin and Ted
Three ships in your various fandoms that you can't stand:

    10. Christina and Burke

    11. Lana and Lex

    12. Clark and Lana

Two ships you are curious about but haven't actually started shipping:

    13. Izzie and George

    14. Johnny and Greta

    1. Why do you dislike #11 so much?

Ha- well- its just so wrong. Its not that I don't even like Lana, its just that I'm so sick of her realtionships, with anybody. As an independent woman, in the last couple of episodes of this last season, I actually like her. But lex and anybody is horrible.

    2. Who is someone you know that ships #13?

Gizzie! No one really- there are some on the boards though, I'm sure.

    3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3 (even if the show isn't on the air anymore)?

Lily and Marshall- good 'ol How I met your mother. Since they are already married, I guess I would like to see them have a baby before its over and live happily ever after, since they've done everything else, even the split up, get back together thing.

    4. Which is your favorite episode for #1? Try to pick just one, if you can.

That's almost impossible with Naley. If I have to, then "The Wind That Blew My Heart Away" in season 3. It was sweet because it was the first time it really seemed like they were back to normal. But I like all of the stuff from after she left through season three when she was fighting for him.
    5. How long have you been following couple #6?

Ever since what happened at the dance-a-thon way back when. I was still pulling for Rory and Jess, even after Milo got on Heroes.
    6. What's the story with #8? What made you stop liking them/caring?

I just got sick of the love triangle thing with Brooke Lucas and Peyton. Soif they can end that with Leyton, at least for a while, I'm happy.

    7. Which ship do you prefer - #2 or #4?

Oooh, LoVe or Alex and Izzie. Well, its hard to choose. I'd like to see more LoVe because now that its over there is no way for them to get there happily ever after- stupid loose end. But then again, I absolutely love Alex and Izzie- my very very favorite couple ever. though they haven't really happened in a functional situation. So I gues Alex and Izzie- I just love them together, ever since that third person thing in the stairwell.

    8. You have the power to make one ship non existent. Choose from #10 or #12.

Geez- Christina and Burke, or Clana. hmm- well Cristina and Burke are already over for sure, so I guess Clark and Lana. I'm just sick of it- though I am still giving it achance since lana is a little different now.

    9. What interests you about #14?

Everything! Greta and johnny are just perfect, and I haven't seen much yet- there have only been two episodes. Each of them seperately are so great, that relationship would be awesome.Sadly, looks like there will only be eight total episodes.
    10. When did you stop liking #7?

Mike and Susan, from Desperate housewives. Well, not that long ago. Just starting to get sick of them I guess.
    11. Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the show?

Definitely not- and they just broke up so it wouldn't matter anyway. it's just that the name of the show is How I Met Your Mother, and its obvious that Robin is not the mother, so its time to move on- I don't want that part of the show to be rushed with just a few episodes just because the show is getting canceled.

    12. What's a song that reminds you of #5?

Hmmm- I'm really bad about this, especially since its Rachel and mouth-I guess Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard, because it's kind of one of those songs that goes well with a fling, and thats about all they have had, if that. And it talks about trying to "find you now", and with Rachel away for now, it fits.
    13. Which of these ships do you love the most?

Well, since Naley=Love, them of course. Its just the best couple ever- but Izzie and Alex would be great, and so would Johnny and Greta.

    14. Which do you dislike the most?

Burke and Cristina- thank goodness its over .
    15. If you could have any of these two pairings double date, who would it be?

Nathan and haley with Logan and Veronica- I just think it would work. Or Greta and johnny with LoVe- they are like each others personality matches.

    16. Have #2 kissed yet?

LoVe- yes, and a whole lot more than that .
    17. Did #4 have a happy ending?

Not yet- but they better. They broke up, then when they finally start gettign along again after Denny, she's not ready- grrr.

    18. What would make you start shipping #13?

George and Izzie- well he'd divorce and stop acting like a baby, and they got together, I could ship them if they weren't too weird together.
    19. If only one could happen, which would you prefer - #2 or #6?

Rory and Jess- they were so perfect, but had enough drama to be interesting. Logan and Veronica never quite clicked completely.
    20. You have the power to decide the fate of #10. What happens to them?
since I only disliked them because they were boring, I would have exacty what happened happen.

Well- that took forever. But it was fun .

Ok, next- this worked out pretty good- had newscaster and politics on it..

It's official- I am a graduate- complete with the diploma and the ceremony. This mornig was my graduation(or commencement)- at 9 AM. That meant I had to be there at 7, for the class cap and gown picture, then lining up. The walk to the stadium made my feet(in heels) hurt a bit, and it was a little hot- not as bad as it would have been if we had an evening ceremony though. I made it through, without tripping, thank goodness. Then after everyone had walked, someone threw up a beach ball- yeah . (that's not as bad as the other local high school- they had air horns, silly string, and beach balls) Then we switched our tassles on our cap to the other side, sang the alma mater, and threw our caps. And that was it- went pretty well. Other than that, I spent the afternoon celebrating with my family going out to eat and stuff.

Now, I've been seeing this one in a lot of blogs, so I decided to take this survey- I'm such a follower, lol :p.

    My Soundtrack...

You are supposed to put your iPOD, media player, CD player, or whatever you have on shuffle. Whatever song is first you put for #1 and then so on. NO CHEATING! You have to put whatever song is next!.

Opening credits:take another little piece of my heart, Faith Hill

    Waking Up:
Too Little Too Late, JoJo (lol, I usually am a little late...)

First Day At School:Son of A Preacher Man, Janis Joplin

Falling In Love:Here it goes again, OK Go(haha..)

Fight Song:All the things she said, Tatu (lol)

Breaking Up:Look After You, The Fray(awww, sweet)

Prom:Who I am Hates Who I've been, Relient K (interesting one..would have worked better for the next one)

Life:Away from the sun, 3 doors down(really good- figuratively, sad and doesn't really fit me, but literally, my sunburn is starting to make me think I should do what the title says)

Mental Breakdown:The Only Difference between Martydom and suicide is press coverage, panic! at the disco(hilarious, )

Driving:This is your life, switchfoot(hmmm- would have worked better for the next one)

Flashback:Never Alone, Barlowgirl(aww, I love this song- doesn't really fit though. and btw- you should definitely check out this band- they're christian, but you wouldn't know it just by listening to some of there music)

Getting Back Together:I could get used to this, The Veronicas(awww- that's so sweet- perfect)

Wedding:Better than me(another sweet one, though more of a breakup song. but it does fit the "my better half" thing)

Birth of Child:Hands Down, Dashboard Confessional(good, because it talks about "the best day of my life, hands down")

Final Battle:forever, the veronicas(good one- its a confidence boosting type of song)

Death Scene:When it comes, tyler hilton (haha, )

Funeral Song:Life is Beautiful Vega4 (ok- that's freaky- my mp3 is magic)

End Credits:Open Your Eyes Snow Patrol- so sad

As you can tell, my music interests don't vary much, though those first couple of songs seems to be the only ones out of the ordinary. Even the veronicas(a chick rock band) and Barlowgirl(the christian rock band, though you wouldn't necessarily know it)still fit in.

anyway, have a great tomorrow everyone!

Today was the first day of graduation practices, and it was horrible. First of all, it was about 93 degrees (faranheit) outside today- got to love the southern US. Of course, I was also wearing jeans, which meant I was sweating a lot more than I like. And the bright sun, which I would love any other day, was not good for me today. I am not exactly the tannest person- I thought I would be fine(i usually don't burn to bad), and passed up the sunscreen- that was a mistake. Now I have a pink face, reddish arms, and two bright red squares on my chest and upper back where my neckline was.

On top of all that, practice took forever, mainly because there were plenty of people not paying attention- and the teachers were a little too serious about it too. At least they did provide water though...

So now I'm hot, sticky, and I look a bit like a lobster. At least tomorrow   I know to wear shorts, a tank top, and sunscreen tommorrow to practice- and its in the morning so it shouldn't be as bad as it was this afternoon- always one to look on the bright side, .

I also took my final(and only one this semester), final exam of high school today. So I am officially done- just graduation left.

    Have a great day everyone!

As you can tell from my title, I am very bored right now. This is due to hanging around for a couple of days, with nothing to do, because all my friends are in school taking final exams, and I'm exempt. So I got to stay home yesterday and today. Which I thought was pretty good, until I realized how boring it is. Of course, boredom for me means a random blog, so here it comes.

Lately I've been into finding some new music, other than the hit list stuff, because I haven't had time to do anything but listen to what  I already had, and the radio. So  I decided to look at some different tv shows  I like, like Grey's and OTH. I found some very good stuff, like the Gym Clas*s Heroes, The Ataris, and a lot of other bands.  I also found some songs I hadn't heard yet by The Fray and Snow Patrol.

I've also been thinking about what I'm going to do with my summer- mostly because my English teacher assigned this project on Monday my last day of ****s that had us reflecting on our high school years and our life philosophies, and she ended up telling us to make the most of this summer before college. Anyway, (went off on a tangent there for a bit) I don't have a really great job, or internship or summer program(like the science thing I did last summer). So I have time to hang out with some friends for one last hurrah, and to catch up on reading. I'm a huge bookworm, but haven't had time this year- so now I have a bunch of books I need to read. Like rereading the sixth harry potter before the seventh comes out, the sequel to this book called Maximum Ride: the angel experiment(its really good though it sounds kinda silly- its about kids who break out of a lab that has been experimenting and given them wings), and these two books my friend recommended called Red and Black(something about a guy who lives a dream life in the future, and real life in the present and has to stop an epidemic), and a couple of Nicholas Sparks books.

Ok, finally, some tv related stuff. I can't believe I just found out two days ago that Veronica Mars was canceled! I really must live under a rock(funny though, I never noticed....). I think it sucks, because, though I never really watched the first season(as usual my sister did, got me hooked, then stopped watching herself),  I fell in love after last season's shocking ending, and hate how there are so many loose ends left after this season.  What are you going to do though....

Then, I also found out OTH isn't coming back until midseason next year. Which is ok, because it will have straight episodes, but that means serious withdrawal.  I found this information after looking at the CW's new schedule for next fall, which looks to have some good fresh blood with Reaper and Gossip Girl. Still not sure about the south african one though.

Anyway, one final thing, a personal note. The thing with my friend seems to have cleared up a bit, though in an unsettling way. Its turned a little awkward, which I hate, but I'm sure it will work out.

Anyway, got to go- new episodes of Hidden Palms and OTH tonight- yay! Have a great night and tommorrow everyone! (wow  this was long- probably way off the wall too....)

So, I did just post a blog not that long ago, but I was looking at my page and noticed that under about me, It still said that I was seventeen. So i went to change it, and ended up changing the entire thing- its quite different from before, so feel free to check it out .  I also changed my pic while I was in there, because I noticed the new icons(of course they have probably been there a while and I'm just clueless). I chose the one of Haley from One Tree Hill- I just love her personality, and I especially love that picture.

Anyway, I'm done now- for the second time today .

Ok, I was really trying not to write again about my love life, because it always comes out sounding really juvenile and stupid, but I couldn't help myself.

So, the girl I was talking about the other day....I never would have pegged her as being a user, or manipulator, or player, or whatever. For the two years I've known her she's been nothing but funny, and nice, and sweet- she's the kind of person you hang out with because there is never any drama, just innocent fun. Then, there is the whole thing between us- the flirting and all, even though she's dating my friend- that I passed off as her just being unhappy or wanting to test it out(since this is her first relationship) or  whatever, because that's the way it seemed. So, I've been having some fun, and along the way I started to really like her. But now she's throwing me for a loop, by backing off and not talking to me as much and not acting the same. I of course, should be happy, because that means that she's not going to do anything to hurt my friend, and it seems she is doing better. Yet that doesn't stop me from being upset about it, and a little dissapointed.

Anyway(now that I have got my stupid, childish, insensitive rant out of the way), I have found a new show that looks pretty interesting. I just saw yesterday the preview for CBS' new show, Creature Comforts. It looks pretty good- and its not a reality show(well, kind of, but not really), which seems like the only summer programming that exists, especially on CBS.

That brings me to another observation- it seems that there is more summer programming this year. A lot of it is still junk, reality TV, but there are a few promising shows, so far. And i can't help but say, I am really looking forward to Big Brother this year(if they are doing it again this year in the US)- its the only reality show I actually like.

So, thats it, and I hope I didn't make myself sound like too much of an ass earlier. Have a good day tomorrow- I know I will- its my last day of classes in high school.

Yesterday was both one of my friend's(and her cousin's- it was a joint thing) graduation party, and my high school's senior party.

So first, I went with my friend to pick up some drinks at Food Lion before, then we went over to the park. We swung on the swings for a while(we were having elementary school flashbacks- even had a competition to see who could jump the farthest off the swings), then ate, then played ultimate frisbee. I had no clue how to play- it was a good oppurtunity to prepare for college.

Then we left and went over to the high school stadium. It was okay- they had one of those big inflatables that you race through, and I did that a few times, then we got some drinks and left because we were bored.

So we decided to organize an impromptu pool party at one of my guy friends houses.  I swear it was the most random group of people ever. And of course, I had no suit, so I swam in a t-shirt and shorts- but I wasn't the only one. Then, we got bored, and decided to play a game. So someone suggested "Never have I ever..", where everyone starts with ten fingers, then you go a round in a circle, and one person starts by saying something they have never done. If you've done it, you put down a finger. When you are out of fingers, you're out. Then people left, and we started playing truth or dare, which turned into just stories, and questions to everybody. It felt so much like middle school, but it was fun. And the first time I've been in a pool until 11:00 PM.

Overall, a fun day- good way to end high school. Just one last day, one exam, and two graduation practices- then I'm done.

So, just one more week of school left, then graduation next saturday. It makes me a little sad- I've known a lot of these people since third grade when I started public school, and I love a few of them like family. Sucks to think I might not see some of them for years, if ever. Then again, its really awesome to think about, and even has some perks. I really can't wait to leave high school, and go to UNC Chapel Hill next year- its all paying off. Then, since school is almost over, it seems everyone has dropped all their little grudges and prejudices to be truly nice to everyone- its really great in that way. So I guess I'm really happy school is almost over- especially since I am now beyond Senioritis and haven't done anything in any of my clas*es in a couple of weeks- when I haven't found a way to get out of clas*

Now, my second thing. I have two friends who are dating each other. Back in the fall, I had liked the one, but assumed she was straight. Now, I know she's not, but she is dating my friend, who I truly do love to death, and have known forever. However, their relationship isn't exactly going well right now, and one girl told me she likes me too- is it so bad that i talk to her every night, and flirt, and we talk about my one friend adn their relationship, and talk about getting together? Because it feels like I'm breaking some unspoken rule, and I feel a little guilty.

Now, to television. Last night, I decided to tune into Hidden Palms, out of boredom. Surprisingly, the new CW show was really great- unfortunately, the ratings blowed. However, I think the show has really great potential, and can't wait for next week.

Anyway, its good to be back- its been a while. Have a great day everybody!

Well, I finally finished that project I've been telling you about. I taught 3 nutrition ****s to elementary schoolers. It went great- the kids were really sweet, especially this one little girl. The only time i had a problem was in the daycare after school- I had one kid who wouldn't participate, one who called every food group sugar, and one who was just being a bit whiney. But it was still fun. So now I only have to write and present my speech.

So with that done, and prom on saturday(yay), and the senior meeting on friday morning that always signals the beginning of the end with stuff like senior gift, senior party, and graduation practice, I'm really getting excited about  the end of high school. Even more exciting, I'm doing all the stuff to enroll in college at UNC Chapel Hill. Its so crazy- seems like it was just the beginning of April.

Finally, a note about heroes and it's first new show in a while, and the first of the final five episodes of the season. it was pretty good- though i'm more excited about next weeks episode, since its a "what if" episode, and because future hiro seemed kind of mad at present hiro. Also, was it just me, or did it seem that Peter was really slipping back into the bad boy kind of role that he had before on Gilmore Girls as Jess?

Have a Great Day(or Night- whatever)!

Those who read my blog yesterday know about the bomb threat at my school. As can be expected it didn't end there. Making a threat is a serious offense of course, so the school is still looking for who made the threat. Apparently, the threat was typed and posted- with a lot of detail. It said something about three different bombs throughout the school that would go off between 9- and 9:30. So now the history of all school computers and accounts on the server are being checked.

There is also some debate about how well the school handled the threat. The news was on the scene very quickly, and we all assumed the school called them. As it turns out, the school never called the media, because they didn't want our emergency security plan revealed. They also never offficially called school off. so now we think the person who made the threat may have also called the media.

On top of all that, today text message threats were received by some seniors. All the threats were from the same number, and when the school called the number, a girl picked up. This led to all calls to the school to be monitored, even though the threats(that are known of) were made directly to students cell phones, not the school. We didn't go on lockdown though. We still don't know if its all related.

Adn of course, since today is Columbine's anniversary, and a statewide day of mourning here for VA tech, my condolences go out to all affected by both tragedies.

So, it's 1:30 in the afternoon, and I'm supposed to be in school right now, but I'm here on my home computer. That's because my high school got its own school violence incident today. At around eight this morning, some kids found a threat on the bathroom wall that said there would be bombs in the school that would go off at 9:30. They turned it in, as they should have, which led for the bomb threat plan to be set in motion. Even before the first bell, they were rushing people ot first period, telling them to not stop to do anything. Once there, they put us on lock down and began evacuating the school to the football stadium, which is pretty far from the buildings on campus. Everyone of course got very scared as soon as they put us on lockdown- and it only got worse when they said we were evacuating. It wasn't really a mass panic kind of thing, but you could see how nervous everyone was. it was really scary to see a couple of my teachers ,and the vice principal who came and told us where to go scared.

We had to leave all bags in the rooms(except our wallets), and we weren't even supposed to take our cellphones- of course most of us did. Once we were in the stadium for a while, they started letting us call home, and the local news helicopter started fly overs. That's when most of us began feeling a little less worried- we just wanted to get in contact with our friends that we couldn't find, and get our parents. Everyone was really worried about each other- one of my friend's mom was crying when they talked. And as stupid of a thing to think about in the situation, when I ran into the guy I like, I did get a hug out of it. After they started letting us call, they began announcing names as rides came for students.

It turned out there weren't any bombs- all rooms and belongings were cleared. The kids who left earliest had to leave there stuff though because they hadn't secured the building. Once they did, they moved us back to the gym, and then we went back on regular schedule. Of course, I still left, because more than half of the student body had either left or had already called a ride- the day would have been pointless. The traffic was awful too- it took almost two hours just to go the mile from the interstate ramp to the school. That was mainly because everyone had to be picked up- even kids with cars- those still have to be checked so they have to be left until either this evening or tomorrow.

So it was a very eventful day- it was pretty intense. Especially because of VA tech, and Columbine's anniversary tommorrow. Also, it makes you think about how safe our school would be in the event of a shooting. We have what you call an open clas*room building, which means rooms in the main building aren't sealed with doors or complete walls- most rooms have walls that are only about 8 feet tall- it was a seventies thing I guess. There really wouldn't be anywhere safe.

But at least everything turned out ok- have a great day everyone.

So today I went to my competition at Appalachian State University, a college in the mountains closest to where I live. It went really well, and thankfully, all the other representatives were pretty cool(unlike last year- France was really b*****). As the US, me and my partner were the bad guys on a lot of the issues we debated, especially climate change. But we did well and got "Excellent delegation", which is like third place(Best and Superior are 1st and 2nd) out of 14 other "delegations". So it was great, except my high heels were killing me by the end of it.

The trip overall was good too- Appalachian is a really great campus. They were having a vigil tonight for VA Tech, so they were handing out orange ribbons as a memorial to everyone- it was a nice gesture, so I took one. The bus ride was crazy too- its amazing how immature a bunch of seniors and juniors can be. I mean seriously- we're supposed to graduate in a month and a half. Of course it was fun though.

Also, a boy update. So, a couple of guys that are in the us history clas*  with me and the guy I like were starting to tease me about liking him- not that I told them or anything. But whatever- it was pretty funny, and my friend asked me if I liked him, and I said something about him having a girlfriend, but she said she thinks they broke up. Which is awful, and may not be true, but still....

anyway, have a good night everyone.

Well, tomorrow is my Model UN meet. As dorky as it is, I'm excited- last year was a lot of fun, and I'm sure it will be this year too. Of course, I'm in it to win it! So wish me luck- I'm "representing" the United States(I know- big stretch right?).

Now to the latest tragic school shooting here in the US- the "massacre at virginia tech", as the news networks like CNN and CBS are calling it. It is a huge tragedy- the largest in US history, and my thoughts are with everyone there, and the 33 families that are grieving today. Its hard to believe it happened less than three hours from here.

    Have a good day everyone.

Well, it looks like Seventh Heaven is down for the count this time. I know everyone thought that before when it was canceled, but then there was the wild card of the UPN-WB merger. This time it looks like its for good. I'm not going to say I won't miss it- it's been around for the majority  of my memorable life- 11 of 18 years is a huge deal. however, all good things come to an end. It's kind of like the OC- I was sad to see it go, but I know its time. I know seventh heaven has been on the downward spiral, at least since last season, but it truly did get a little bit better with the replacements. Like I said though, it really is time.

In other sad news, I found out the guy in my history clas* does have a girlfriend. I know this because I was walking with him in the hallway, and he gave her a quick kiss as we went past. Yet he still flirts...well, whatever- I plan on leaving for Chapel Hill in just a few short months anyway.

So, have a great night and tomorrow everyone.

Well, everyone, I know your all shocked. I can just hear you gasping, "she's not dead?!". Lol. But no, indeed I have just been... on hiatus, I guess.

I have been totally busy- I'm in the project phase of my senior project- and organizing elementary nutrition lessons(can't use the cl***-word) aren't nearly as simple as I though it would be.

Then there are the scholarship applications that come with being a second semester senior. (insert sarcastic tone)Essays are so much fun! I also have to prepare for my Model United Nations competition- of course I' m the US so it shouldn't be that hard, but you'd be surprised.

On top of all that, as a second semester senior, I'm also fighting off the dreaded...(pause for dramatic effect)...senioritis(shrieks of terror). lol. Of course, physics makes that very difficult.

So why come back now, and in such an enthusiastic hyper/ridiculous fashion? Well you see, spring break starts in 2 DAYS! Still, I won't be completely on break- I have to finish my lesson plans for my nutrition lessons and finalize my research for model UN- I go to competion for Model UN and teach the week after spring break. But you will be seeing a lot more of me.

Anyways, have a great day and tomorrow everyone!

Looks like I've been bitten by the glitch bug- I should have known that  my nice little stretch of glitch-lessness wouldn't last forever. Apparently its been building up to this huge one- I hope they come back- I had almost fifty! grrrrr....

I don't actually have much to write about, but I'm bored so...

I was so dissapointed last night when there ware no new episodes of Brothers and Sisters or Desperate Housewives. These little two week breaks in spring are so annoying. But Smallville and  Grey's Anatomy come back this Thursday, so it'll be ok. And the new show October Road start this Thursday.

Today is a teacher workday, so no school. i got to sleep in an extra day, which is a major deal considering I get up at five-thirty every morning during the week, and we haven't had a day off in over a month.

I also just realized I I have less than three months until graduation- June 9th. Can't believe I'm months from my last summer at home before college.

Which brings me to my last point. I really hate how it takes forever for colleges to send back admission decision letters. I've gotten three of my four, but i'm still waiting on Duke. Should come any day now, but waiting is driving me crazy.

anyway, have a great day everyone!

Your about to see my girly, giggly, schoolgirl side, so be forewarned.

As I posted a couple blogs ago, I have a huge crush on a guy in my history class. I have two problems though- because I'm  really bad at letting people know that I like them(I have a huge fear of rejection), i don't know if he has a girlfriend, or if he is flirting with me or just talking to me because I sit behind him in class.

So, for my first problem. I don't know if he has a girlfriend, mostly because I'm too chicken to ask anything that might give me away. But i'm pretty sure he doesn't because, of the three of four classes I see him between, he's never with anyone that seems like a girlfriend. Basically, I need to find out if he is single- but I don't trust anyone I could ask about it to keep it a secret. i guess I'll just have to bring it up casually.

Now, for the more complicated problem. Even if he is single, I am really bad at figuring out if someone likes me back or not. There are a few things that make me think that he likes me though-

    1) Our teacher gives essay tests. Before he grades them, we peer grade them, on a scale of fifteen, twice. The last test, I know I didn't do as well as usual, and would have given myself a 9. My friend in that class gave it a 10. Then, the guy gave it a 13, because he said it deserved an A. Now i may be reading into it, but I know that when I grade his essays, I give it a little higher grade, being nicer that i usually am. I don't know though- I'm most likely just giving it too much weight.

    2) Then there is just the general way he acts around me. When I see him around other girls, he doesn't act the same. In class, with me, he leans back and looks up into my eyes in a way that makes me just smile(see!- giggly school girl behaviour- I warned you.), and other little stuff like that. Like, he took my flip-flop the other day, and was slinging his keychain(the end without the keys) "trying" to hit me. Just typical guy teasing probably, or boredom- like I said I can't figure out if its flirting or not

Of course, even if he is flirting, I'm not one for making the first move. I just don't know... anything- that's the way the entire thing makes me feel- like such a girl. Oh well, guess I'll wait and see.

On a different note- I got my editorship. And I hit double digits- Holy Level 10!
