  been a while...

  still pretty sure no one reads this, but it feels good to vent. its better than getting the strange glances from people when i talk to myself.
  
  just in case any wondered, i did finish up that paper AND graduated early. now i'm just kinda bumming aroundat my parents house, working a part time job, and little else. the jobs ok, the best thing is that it got me enough money to get a 360! Guitar Hero 2 is probably my favorite. But I also bought Smackdown v Raw 07 and Dyanasty Warriors Empires; I realize those arn't the games people think of when they think of 360, but I like em. Keep waiting for Dead Rising to drop in price, then I'm gonna snatch that up too.
  Looking forward to Halo 3 this fall. Along with Assassins Creed, which looks really cool. Its another game (like the Spider-Man ones) that would be cool having multiplayer options; like tag, hunt, hide n' seek, that kinda thing. Fable 2 is also getting my attention of course, I'm gonna have to be cautious not to buy it immediatly like its predecesor.
  
  Nothing new inmy PC world. One of my pals has shown interest in picking up Guild Wars again, much to my happiness. My buddies and I dropped it 2 months ago, but I kept playing, although I promised them I wouldn't advance further than the team had in Nightfall, so I've mostly been playing Prophecies, unlocking skills for my heroes and stuff like that. Not sure if I'm going to get EotN or not. Maybe it can just wait for X-mas.
  I keep putting off buying more RAM, but I desperatly need it. I'musing 512MB now, not sure if I should bump it up to 1 or 2 GB. If anyone actually reads this, suggestions on amount/brand/place to buy?
  
  Old news: I was crushed when Spore got pushed back to March '08 (or around the period). Theres been little to no news since then, but I hope for the best. I beat Oblivion (with 512 MB, remember?) and was very happy with myself. I'm looking forward to playing it with more RAM, so, ya know, thenthe rain won't lag me.

  so close....

  i finished the paper, actually thought it came out well. now i've just gotta make it through this week; 4 days, 4 exams, 1 man, can it be done? of course, i've been doing it for 3 years, but it never seems to get less depressing. on the bright side, i get tons of time off since i'm taking one exam per day, so i'll probably get to play a lot of games....when i'm not studying that is. then my buddies who can't play Halo2 because the controls are hard are coming, so very excited about that. probably won't get much vid gaming in, but no doubt we'll be playing pool and ping-pong a ton.

  under presure

  *sigh* got a 12-15 page paper due in a week, and i've gotten 3 pages done. not sure i can stretch it to the 12 page minimum, but i guess i'll more or less know in a few days. on a happier note, it really the last major thing left in quarter, after it just a few lvl 101 finals and i'm clear. so i guess i can look forward to plenty of gaming time once i'm done. thinking of going back through the first guildwars, maybe as a N/smiting Mo or a hex N/Me. but for now, gotta grab some sleep so i can continue to write tomarrow.
