  First Post - Windows 7; Gaming

  Just thought I would make my first GS blog post today - I think I am going to start a little regularly (and maybe keep it side by side with my blog at http://www.blogofacrazynormalguy.com/).

  Anyway - 'upgraded' my copy of Vista Home Premium SP2 to Windows 7 RC and am liking it very much. Some things are quirky but thats to be expected. I have found that some games do run better in W7 though - in Vista with The Last Remnant I was having stuttering issues - with W7 I haven't had any issues and its been smooth game play (might be how W7 uses memory).

  So what types of games am I into? Well, some FPS games grab my fancy but mainly RTS/RPG games take my time. I will post about different games (including MMO's) and try to keep everything going.

  (Windows 7 (RC) Tip: Got a blank All Programs menu? Try exploring the Start Menu for All Users and moving a bunch of folders into a new sub folder - the blank list is caused by too many items in the start menu)
