  Moderations

  Ok, so this is for friends mainly. After several months as a mod, I can tell you a few surefire reason's you'll get modded. 1. No one word, lol, or emoticons posts. Very simple, if you don't have anything to add to the conversation, don't. You'd be amazed at how many of these pop up. 2. No CAPS, CAPS also equal disruptive posting. If you have something to say, type it normally. 3. Flaming/Trolling: If you call someone a moron or idiot, you'll get a moderation 9 times out of 10. Can't we respect one another? 4. When in doubt, don't curse. We have 14 year olds on this site, lets stay away from vulgar words, as much as I like to say them in real life. Be respectful, yes you can disagree til the cows come home, but must we insult one another to disagree? 5. Religion. If you are disrespectful to any religion, you'll probably be moderated. Prove your point without insulting another's beliefs. Hope this finds my friends well, and can be of a little help. I don't want to see any of you moderated or God forbid banned, PM me or another mod if you aren't sure. Take care and til next time.

  Summertime

  Summer. Means different things depending on where we live. Here in Arkansas it means it hits 100 degrees Fahrenheit in June and stays steady thru the first few weeks of September. I had one of those "why we're meant to be here, or meant to do times" this last weekend. The twins are getting smarter by the day, we have full sentences now, and I couldn't ask for a better step-son than Brandt. After the extended family drama of the past month or so, this was a much needed, lay by the pool and the five of us all hang out weekend. Gaming wise, well I'm in a rut. Still playing Scrabble, but not in any hurry it seems to finish GTAIV, and with NCAA 10 just around the corner it may not get finished anytime soon. Still waiting to open RE5 as well. I guess I'll have something to do when it gets nasty out! Hope everyone is doing well, and having a great summer.
