Well today is Valentine's Day and I hope that you all had a nice one. I'm working and my wife is off so we are celebrating next week. The weather last week was unusally warm Wednesday it was above 60 which is crazy for February around New York city. The last 2 days its been very windy and it makes it feel really cold. Well now NCIS is back to new episodes again I can't wait for Tuesdays to roll around.

Well the New Year is upon us and I hope that everyone has a better 2009. This was our first holiday in our new apartment and we decided that it was just too cold to go out New Year's eve. My heart goes out to those in Time's Square who waited hours in the sub zero wind chill to watch the ball drop. We stayed up watched it on TV had some food and wine and were warm thank you. We both had to work New Year's Day so that also stopped us from going out, maybe next year if its not to cold I'll venture across the river to NYC to check it out live. 16Nov 08Sorry I have been away for awhile we moved a town over from where we were and it been one big mess. Like I noted today is my birthday (52) and I have to work what a bummer. Hope all my friends are doing well. talk to you all soon.

28Jun 08Well we lost George Carlin this week. Some may say he was very dirty with his jokes, others say that He told it like it is. He was the first host of Saturday Night Live. NBC is running that first episode in his honotr tonight. I was fortunate to see him live once when he came to New Jersey to my home town and Filmed Lost in New Jersey. HBO ran this the other night along with all his HBO specials. I was working the refreshment concession that night and got to see his show for free. The theatre was packed that night and the next and he had me in stitches with his joke. His funniest line was about the nick name of different states, He picked on NJ of course with all our toll roads calling us the "Toll booth capital of the US". George I'll miss you.

19Apr 08Sorry I've been gone this week folks but I lost my mother-in-law last Sunday morning and it been a trying week. NCIS was her favorite show too besides the soaps so we lost a viewer to our favortie pastime-MacAbby watching.

9Apr 08Wow what a Tuesday night! Seriously it was worth waiting for all these months without a new installment of NCIS. More twists ans plots that I have seen in a while. Tony with the black eye from the binoculars and Gibbs not batting an eye LOL. Tony and perhaps a new love intrest....Abby being bored and stacking cups into a pyramid, Ziva crawling to avoid any booby traps left by Tony. Can't wait till next week.

Ok its fast approaching and I know all My NCIS colleagues are chomping at the bit for the season to restart. Spring is here so will we see some real love lines there besides Palmer and Agent Lee? I hope so, maybe Tim and Abby? who knows but now it won't be much longer....Hey wait one minute what happened to Gibbs and the Col.? will that rekindle?

15Mar 08I Finally made my first editorship. When the systems updates I'll have a person editorship for Josh Keaton the actor who does the voice-over for the new spider-man show. Yeah it took me 2 hours to compile all the trivia I could find on him from good sources and accumulate those 40 points. Have a great Saturday night and enjoy your Sunday too.

Ok enough already its time that this strike is settled. The directors have come up with an agreement why can't the writers. February is upon us and most of the best shows will either be replaced by shows that they held back or they will run re-reuns till next season. I don't know about the rest of you but I'm getting sick of this strike.

29Dec 07So tell me why is it that David letterman can reach an agreement with his writers and Collin Furgeson also, why can't hollywood do the same with the rest of the writers? SOL I know we would still be in repeats now until January but at Least we could look forward to new episodes of our favorite shows and not held over shows that will act as replacements or straight out replacements. I am fighting mad and I'm not gonna stand for this anymore...but that's just my opinion.

17Nov 07Well it has happened maybe one of the best actresses in CSI in my opinion has left the series. I think that after her love intrest with Grissom, she'll be missed. I have seen in aricles that she may return next season, but with the strike still going, I'm wondering if that'll happen. Bye Sarah you'll be missed.

Well the Hell's Kitchen 2 part finale is over and Rock became the season 3 winner. Well done Rock! I've become addicted to the show now and can not wait for season 4 and also Chef Ramsay's new USA version of the worst kitchen makeovers to start in the fall.
One suggestion for next year's installment of Hell's Kitchen is that the finale should be a 2 hour long episode instead of breaking it up to 2 one hour segments.
