  Top 20 Multiplayer Games 5-1 + Prediction Contest Results!

  Hey everyone this is the 4th and last part of my Top 20 Multiplayer Games List, with positions from 5 to 1 Like always, i hope you have enjoyed the list, and feel free to give opinions, comments, suggestions, etc.

  5. Wii Sports (WII)
  My Score: 8.9/10

  Wii Sports is like the perfect game to enjoy with your family, friends, or even people you don't know The 5 sports (except Golf, but that is just my opinion) are simple and really FUN to play, and Wii controls give it originallity, which is awesome for a game like this. I personally think Wii Sports and its sequel Wii Sports Resort are some of those games that do not need online play to be fantastic, you only play them with anyone you know and notice how good they are. Damn, you even feel your arms hurt after playing tennis or box for a while :p

  4. FIFA Soccer 09 (X360)
  My Score: 9.1/10

  Of course, as a futbol/soccer fan I couldn't leave this series without a mention I mean even if you don't like the sport, the game is very well made, updated with lots of teams, leagues and tournaments and very simple so that anyone can play it More into the multiplayer mode, I don't really know what to say about it, I haven't stopped playing them since 2004. It is addictive, excellent to pass time and especially in a country where futbol is a very popular sport, you can have fun with all the people you know =D. You can create tournament as well as other nice features that make it one of the games I've liked the most in all my life.

  3. Mario Kart Wii (WII)
  My Score: 9.1/10

  Once again, this game makes it to the top positions of my list. It has simply the best online on the Wii, and not only that, it adds a lot of features to the Mario Kart series and it is too addictive with many challenging stuff in the different competitions. It also lets you play with your Mii and increases the number of participants in a mario kart race to 12, some really interesting factors of this game. Either with friends or with anyone, this is one of the best options to buy on Wii and maybe one of the best multiplayers ever.

  2. Soul Calibur 2 (GC)
  My Score: 9.3/10

  Soul Calibur 2 is another of the best memories I have with videogames. Especially for its multiplayer modes, that have a lot of replay value and it is very fun to play with friends. Characters, stages, weapons and pretty much everything on this game is badass, while the controls/gameplay make it feel a great game to keep playing for a while, and also it has different unlockables that make it even greater.

  1. Super Smash Bros. Brawl (WII)
  My Score: 9.5/10

  SSBB, what can I say of this game? Offline multiplayer is amazing, almost perfect if you ask me. Yeah, online is sometimes laggy and that is the most important issue of the game. But really, when I think about it and ask myself which game I had the most fun with other people, this one is the first to come to my mind. It is a fighting title with a great variety of the best Nintendo characters to choose from, crazy & extremely fun gameplay, quite easy to play for everyone and the game modes are just awesome. Either if I want to play a simple 4 players battle with final smashes that make it epic, or prove skills in a 1vs1 Final Destination fight, or even play tournaments and a bunch of other amazing experiences, Super Smash Bros. Brawl is a quality game and a true masterpiece, that I love to play with friends and have to put in the #1 place of this list.

  Top 20 Multiplayer Games 10-6

  10. Guitar Hero 3 (X360)
  My Score: 8.5/10

  Guitar Hero is the only game in this list that I have only played in multiplayer mode And really liked it. To be honest I don't even remember if GH3 was the one I played, but I am almost sure :p Anyway, it is a great game with good songs and awesome gameplay, that you can enjoy with friends and it can be very competitive. I think this is maybe the best music game series, and of course with good multiplayer and online modes so the fun never stops.

  09. Mario Strikers Charged (WII)
  My Score: 8.7/10

  Mario, soccer, and online play… can there be a better combination than that? Seriously, this is one of the best games I have ever played and like all the Mario sport games it has a mad gameplay with the different Mario characters, items and more. Online is not the best but pretty good for the Wii and is quite addicting with the leaderboards and more. This is for sure one of the best options to play with other people on Wii and maybe the best sports game for the console so far.

  08. Mario Party 2 (N64)
  My Score: 8.8/10

  Another game that I can't leave out of this, my favorite game from one of my favorite series. Mario Party 2 had an amazing multiplayer, it improved a lot of things from the previous game, and had an incredible fun factor that I think no other Mario Party, or party game at all, has ever been able to beat. The mini-games were some of the best, as well as the other parts of the game, it has a competitive and very fun multiplayer that I hope some day can be brought online with the Wii. Overall this is one of my favorite games in this aspect and one of the best N64 titles.

  07. Super Smash Bros. Melee (GC)
  My Score: 8.9/10

  The sequel to the first Super Smash Bros. that improved in almost every aspect and is one of my most memorable games ever . This is a competitive and really fun to play game, my personal favorite for the GameCube. It had incredible characters and stages as well as comfortable controls. And it introduced multiplayer modes such as tournament that is one of my favorite things of this series. This is indeed one of the most entertaining titles ever and playing it with 4 other people is insane.

  06. Mario Kart DS (DS)
  My Score: 8.9/10

  MKDS is possibly one of the most impressive games in the handheld history. It was the first Mario Kart and one of the first Nintendo games to have online, which was not bad and really fun. The multiplayer in general is great and one I personally love to play, with all the craziness of mario karts on a portable system and able to play with several players. Just incredible.

  Top 20 Multiplayer Games 15-11

  15. Bomberman Blast (WII)
  My Score: 8.1/10

  Bomberman Blast is actually the only bomberman game I have played, but I am quite sure the rest of the series is just as good =D it is a really cool multiplayer game and I especially enjoyed the online. Overall I think this is one of the best, if not the best WiiWare game out there, you can always have lots of fun with friends or with anyone in the various game modes .

  14. Burnout Revenge (XBOX)
  My Score: 8.2/10

  Yes, this game got to my list again This time because of its multiplayer, which I consider one of the most impressive of all time. Competitive and enjoyable even with two players which so cool. It's really one of the best experiences in games I have played and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good title on the xbox.

  13. Metroid Prime: Hunters (DS)
  My Score: 8.2

  MPH was one of the first DS games to have online, and used it very well. Even when I don't like FPSs too much, I recognize this one is pretty cool, with many great elements from the Metroid series and new features, good graphics and both local & online play are decent. It's just one of the best NDS games.

  12. Mario Kart: Double Dash (GC)
  My Score: 8.4/10

  Mario Kart games are just incredible, and Double Dash is not the exception. I have already said a lot about these games in previous lists, but they are real good. Double Dash's multiplayer is also a great mode either in battle or race, and even though this doesn't have online it is even better than most racing games and 2 players in one kart is a nice feature, plus many characters and karts that make it one of my all time favorites!

  11. Mario Tennis (N64)
  My Score: 8.5/10

  Another Mario masterpiece in the gaming industry, the best tennis game I know so far, and one of the top N64 titles. This is indeed one of the games I enjoyed the most when I was starting to get more into gaming. You can play with up to 4 players, with some creative stages, and funny stuff. With a lot of fun, this is a game you sometimes don't want to stop playing and it is even better with more people so it totally deserves a high place in this list.
