    Christmas is almost here.

You know what that means...presents. I hope I get good ones this year (not that I haven't had good presents in the past Christmases I've been in ). I'm kind of hoping to get some cash money from friends or relatives. That would be very helpful in the 'Asian_pride PS3 Fund.' So, today's December 14, and man, I cannot believe that it's only 3 days away. Final Fantasy XIII is finally getting released...in Japan of course.

It's too good to be true, since it was announced years ago and kept delaying it and delaying it. Now it's about to be released in Japan, and eventually here in the States. March 9, 2010 seems so far away right now

I'm also looking forward to No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. I just found out that it's going to be released in January. Can't even believe it's that near already, so I'm excited about that. I'm interested in seeing some Resonance of Fate, but I'm heavily looking forward to Bioshock 2, God of War III, and Heavy Rain for next year. 2010 is going to be a great year in gaming because there's going to be lots of great titles (hopefully) to be released. And New Year's Eve is right around the corner as well.

Good news, I am officially done with college work this semester. I can finally rest my laurels from all the exams and papers I had to do, but I got through it. Next semester will be a breeze I hope. Oh yes, a friend of mine told me that the Zelda fan-made movie, called The Hero of Time, is now up. I am watching it right now, and I think Ima review it.

Anyways, hope ya'll have a great Christmas this year

    Thanksgiving Break

Finally, a much needed break from the horrors of college work and all that. Well...not really. The work I've been given in all my classes isn't really hard, but it took away most of my free time more than I expected. I've pretty much completed my 10 -page Heart Disease paper for Biology, a 3 page paper for Psychology, and almost done with my English essay about Japanese Animation, which will probably go over 10 pages as well. Some exams here and there, and oh yeah. Finals are only a month away. College isn't really that hectic, but still. Anyways, thankfully we're getting a much deserved Thanksgiving break.

I'm stoked to just pig out during Thanksgiving, and spend some quality time with the family. And I think that's about it though. I'm still hanging around GS, and I don't think I'll be leaving at all. I still need to get some write-ups down, which I should really take advantage of now that I have some free time in my hands. Plus, my best friend's birthday is right around the corner, so I told him I will get him Uncharted 2 as a present. So yeah, hopefully when the Holidays come around, I'll get some money to save up for a PS3. Hopefully I'll have enough when God of War III and Final Fantasy XIII come around. Wish me luck

I got some new reviews up, if you want to check 'em out (please ). Whether you agree or disagree with 'em, let er rip:
    Tales of the Abyss
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
    Resistance 2

Almost forgot, I got tagged like a month ago. I guess I should do that some time. Thanks, whoever tagged me

    Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

    Happy (Belated) Halloween

Yeah, my blog's actually a day late. So Halloween night was last night. Got kids dressed up in cute and ridiculous costumes, trick-or-treating the night away, getting candy and all that, walking around the neighborhood, having a good time. You know, the usual. My Halloween was eh, mainly because the neighborhood we went trick-or-treating in sucked *ss.

I actually didn't really go trick-or-treating, just supervised my little bro who did. Got him dressed up in a Dracula costume and everything. Anyway, we're trying to survey the neighborhood and see which houses had the most candy. To our disappointment, most of the houses either didn't answer their door or they do not celebrate Halloween. Does that statement surprise you or is this a typical thing in your neighborhood? I was extremely disappointed that our neighborhood didn't really get into the Halloween spirit (or just don't care) and I felt bad for my brother because I wanted him to have fun, only he got a minimal amount of candy as a result. After going through twenty-something houses, I was just like, "f**k it, let's go home." Even though I didn't dress up (I only had a Freddy Kreuger mask), I guess you could say I was pissed about the whole issue. I mean Americans not celebrating Halloween!? Totally absurd.

So this blog is probably half of a rant, but I can promise you it's over. On to video games and such. Oh yeah, Modern Warfare 2 is coming out in 9 more days. But before that, I think I'm going to get Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier. Should be pretty fun, but the series really deserve to join Ratchet and Sly Cooper in the next-gen era now. My friend is in the process of getting Borderlands, but I'm not really sure when.

I'm still playing Tales of teh Abyss and Dragon Quest VIII and probably review them after I'm done with them. I also got a chance to play Assassin's Creed and Resistance 2 last night in my friend's house as well, so I might review them too. Hopefully everything works out fine. After that, it's back to school work for me. *sigh*...

On a side note, sorry if I missed some of your blogs yesterday. I'll catch up next time . So how was your Halloween? I bet it was way better than mine.
