    My collection

A little while back my mind drifted to my first ever games machine - an atari....that took cassettes and games could take up to an hour to load. Good times.

This erm... magical memory got me thinking back to all the machines I have had and enjoyed over the years and promted me to buy a Sega mega drive I saw going cheap.

Since then I have added to the collection - my line up now includes:

    Atari

NES -SNES - N64 - Gamecude - GBA sp - Nintendo DS - Nintendo Wii

Sega mega drive, saga saturn, dreamcast and two of these mini mega drives with games pre loaded onto them.

    Playstation, Playstation 2, PSP

    Xbox, xbox 360

Out of all the machines, the worst is probably the saga saturn

    PS3 flop?

The first console to come onto the market that I have no interest in.

I looked at the games available and there was only 1 that even remotely appealed to me.

The machine has no real selling points? and if it loses the Blue ray V's HD DVD war, then what?

Will it make a come back?

In the early days of "Last gen" it was a very different...well reversed situation. PS2 seemed to have the market, was the better machine to have and the xbox really didn't have any appeal to me.

Then, about half way through the xbox seemed to turn itself around. For me it became the better machine. The list of games were better and forthe multi plat versions, xbox had the edge. The PS2 had become second rate.

Alot of people are suggesting that the PS3 has the best future line up......will history repeat itself for me but in a reversed situation?
