    The long awaited blog!! (With pics!)


    Hello friends! (I'm not dead!! )

    My apologies to u my friends and unions.....

    My PC got a virus last week, so I gave it to service center. They re-installed Windows XP and cleaned some viruses....
    I brought back the PC after 2-3 days. I installed some programs and made back-up of important stuff like save games, pics, songs etc. and went to bed.
    Teh same virus attacked again next morning! This virus erases something from windows so the PC can't boot.....
    I asked the people at the service center to break partitions of HDD and install XP then. I got my PC back 3-4 days later and it's been working fine since then .

    I came back from Nepal on 12th January but I've been too busy and lazy to post a new blog with pics
    Anyways, I had a great time in Nepal!
    I climbed the Stupa mountain, went to the underground Mahindra cave, watched sunrise up from mountain, got drunk! and did a lot of other fun things…..

    I've uploaded 18 pics selected from the 500+ pictures I took during my stay in Nepal. I wanted to arrange them serially but that'd take more time and I didn't want to make a new blog without the pics....

    From Nepal!

    Well it's cold like hell and I'm a bit drunk (I'm not used to this stuff )
    I'm safe and sound. My relatives had a lot of guests so the laptop was taken upstairs and there is no net connection upstairs....
    I've been playing games and visiting some great places here....

    Sorry for not posting blogs/pics cause this net connection is like ****!
    I'll post pics when I'll be back in Bangladesh.

    Going abroad

    What's up friends?
    I haven't made a blog in a long time....
    I'm going to Nepal tomorrow...Inshallah
    It'll be my first trip abroad. Well I lived in India for one year because of my father's job. But I was only a 1-2 year old kid back then

    My mother's younger sister (she's like my sister! She used to be a member of my family before getting married....) and her family lives in Nepal....My uncle has a great laptop (compared to my desktop ) So I'll be playing some strategy games on it
    I won't be able to come to GS for 2-3 days (Maybe less...)
    I'll try to post from Nepal with some pics of mine

    I'm sorry for not posting in friend's blogs and unions....been busy lately....

    I'm out of 'Hell'!!

    I'm in level-21 now!
    I reached level-20 on August 17th!!
    Level-20 is the Hell of GS!
    I was 99.78% of level-20 for 2 days! Now I'm 5% of level-21
    Feels good to be out of Hell

    On other news my country is going through a bad time. 20+ people got killed during 3-4 days of political violence
    This is the latest news.
    Now the situation can get even worse or it can get better.
    Word on the street is that the Army will be deployed!
    I hope everything will get better soon.....

    I'm back! After 5 days!

    Sorry friends and unions, my net connection was blocked by teh ISP (Internet Service Provider)
    They said our PC was uploading viruses

    So I re-installed Windows XP. But still they took 2-3 more days to give out connection back
    I missed GS and y'all alot!

    I've been playing Empire Battle for Dune (PC) these days
    It's an old RTS from Westwood. Tell me if u've played it.
    My bro has been playing Scarface. It looks hella fun! So much profanity!!

    Now that I'm back I'll try to be active again
    Also thanks to the union leaders for not demoting me to Recruit status

    OMG I'm Metal Slime!


    At last I've reached teh infamous Level-20! I don't know if this is good or bad

    Well at least I'm a GS Elite now (Bow down N00bs)

    As u can see I made my GS account at August 9th, 2003.
    But I became an active GS member just November last year.
    Ahh. If I were active 3 years back then I'd be lvl-30 now!
    Ooh. I have 100 friends now! And 2335+ posts (Tiny amount compared to Billnye69's post count!)

    Thanks to all my great GS friends

    I've had a great time in GS, and I hope to be an active member for the coming days........

    PS: If someone with good Photoshop skill can make me a banner I'll be grateful to him/her
    The banner should have Master Chief from Halo:CE/Halo-2 and Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden. At the mid part of the banner u should write Nawshad's profile. U may write ur name at the lower right corner of the banner.........I'll be waiting

    Say hello to my little friend!!!


    I wanted to buy a second-hand PS-2 but my Bro said he wont buy any PS-2 games.....
    Then I thought I should get rid of my ****** Moblie/Cell phone.
    And I got this ! Here is a review. (But they got some wrong info!) Look at the pictures at the end of the page
    It's a very **** set!
    I got it with a 256mb Micro SD card for 12,000 Taka (171$).
    The set is refurbished, it was used for 4 months. So it looks just like new. If I wanted a new one it'd have cost me 22,000+Taka (300$+). But I got this one with all the accessories and teh extra memory card. So it's a sweet deal!
    I'm very happy now
    And broke too!

    What Cell/Mobile phone do u guys/gals use? (Those who use one)

    I've been Sick


    Yep. I've been sick for 3 days
    I've got cold (very bad one), fever, headache, stomach pain........
    I'm feeling very bad......
    Sorry to my friends and unions for not posting. I'll post when I recover.......Pray for me

    Pray more for the innocent civilians who are suffering in Lebanon, Palestine, Israel, Iraq and other war torn countries......My illness is nothing compared to what they are going through........

    I'm Addicted!


    LOL Actually I don't even smoke! (Yep that's true, although many people around me smokes so I'm a passive smoker)

    20-25 days ago I was still on a vacation and I decided to give English Novels a shot. So I started reading 'Angels & Demons' by Dan Brown. (I read many text books but no Novels before that). And man what a novel that is! It's main character is Robert Langdon of 'The Da Vinci Code'. The events of this novel takes place 1 year before 'The Da Vinci Code'. So if anyone is planning to read Da Vinci then u must read 'Angels & Demons' first.
    Well, after that I've read the following Novels/Thrillers and I'd recommend all of them to y'all

    1. A Matter of Honour by Jeffry Archer
    2. Shall we tell the President by Jeffry Archer
    3. The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown (Still reading)

    One cousin of mine bought a second-hand PSP 15 days ago. It's screen is superb! But it's too expensive for gaming. U can buy a second-hand PS-2 and Xbox for the price of a new PSP and accessories!
    I played Burnout: Legends, GTA:LCS and NFS:MW in it. Burnout: Legends is awesome but other 2 aren't that good.

    So what r u guys/gals playing now? I've been playing Fable: Lost Chapters every 2-3 days

    This is too much!

    I am getting angry and more angry on GS ! I mean WTF?  I can't log in to GS sometimes, my Convivial emblem (this is happening to everyone!) is disappearing and coming back again!

    Today, after logging in I saw that I am Level-0 ! I almost lost a heart beat ! Then I couldn't post anywhere.......

    Well it looks ok now except that my Convivial emblem is missing again ! I just hope that GS will solve these Glitches asap and prove that it's not GlitchSpot  !

    Level 10!

    Playing!

    I'm a very busy person (cause I'm Lazy!). So I can manage 2-3 hours of gaming every in 2 or 3 days. However, today I started playing at 1am and went to bed at 6am. 5 hours of NFS:MW(Friday & Saturday is Weekend in my country). I have completed 6-7 very hard races from the Challenge Series. If anyone reads this, pls let me know how long do u play during ur Weekends

    NFS : Most Wanted

    Well, Most Wanted is a great new racing game from EA. But it's really disappointing to get busted after getting a target bounty/milestone not because of my playing but because getting the car from 0-100 is a painstaking job, because the skids a lot when it's shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear. Let's just wish that gamers won't have to face this problem that much.
