Well, it is been a while since I posted my top games. The only console I wrote about was the PSOne, in this post I will sum up the top list of both the Nintendo64 and the Xbox because I only played two games on each

Before I talk about those I just saw two anime movies recently which I both recommend and they have been added to my watched anime list, they are "Castle in the Sky" and "The Cat Returns".
N64 top 2 list ![]()
As I said before, I played only two games I borrowed along with the console from my friend and they were awesome.
1.
My first Mario was the very famous Super Mario on the Famicom (Nintendo entertainment system) and didn't finish it; At the time we were only playing games for fun and I don't remember completing any games as most of the games I've played were the type of beat the high score and stuff. Anyway, Super Mario 64 was my first ture Mario experience and was splendid providing one of the best platforming experience ever; I even collected the 120 stars
. I'm pretty sure N64 fans will be surprised that number 1 isn't the famous Zelda Ocarina of Time but that is only because I didn't play it ![]()
2.
I have to admit that I'm a platformer nerd
as you see from the games I've played. Donkey Kong 64 was my second game on the N64 and takes the second place as well. It might not be as great as Super Mario 64 but I find it pretty close to it. The idea of controlling 5 monkeys with different abilities that help you venture through the vast island and collecting the gold bananas was great. I collected them all and I enjoyed the final battle in which you use all the characters in turns to kill the boss.

Xbox top 2 list ![]()
In this case I have to admit that I really neglected my Xbox and didn't play enough games on. Here are the two games I've played.
1.
It is strange to find this game on an xbox top list as number one but that is the case with me
since it is one of two I've played. Action RPGs isn't my type but the 9.9 IGN review
got me really curious to find out what is all this about so I played it. I completely disagree with them as there are lots of better RPGs but I can't say it is bad. I really enjoyed it; most things I enjoyed were the story and music, and the battle was good too specially for action RPG fans.
2.
This game was originally a N64 release then was re-released as a remake on the Xbox after Rare joined Microsoft. It didn't get high scores from critics but it was actually a solid and fun experience. It was a nice mixture of platforming, action, shooting and humor. Graphics also was one of the best on the Xbox even the music was nice and funny and fits the mood of the game. I find it a good addition to any Xbox or Xbox360 owner.
That is all for today, next will be the top PS2 list and the GameCube will follow. Stay tuned ![]()

I wanted to share with you an article by editor John C.Dvorak from PC magazine called "The Trouble with Terabytes", here is a link to the article. He is talking about the evolution of hard disk sizes and how they affect our data storing, have a look you will enjoy it.
I also wanted to share this fantastic drawing of Chanli Li from Street Fighter by deviantArt member "Stanley Lau", click on his name for a list of his drawings. Now I will leave you with picture of the day.

Here are the results of the second poll which has more votes this time, a count of impressive 15 votes
. Here is a picture of the results.

At least it is better than the last poll which ended with 6 votes only. I hope you vote more on this third one
. Here is a link to Poll. 3 by the way, in this new poll you are able to choose multiple answers.

Yesterday's Microsoft press conference blown the audience with the announcement of Final Fantasy XIII on the xbox360 which was quite a shock to me and with all the fuss and ruckus going on I decided to share my thoughts with you to clarify some facts about this big announcement, Congratulations Xbo360 owners
.
First of all, as you know me, I like to change my blog and banner pictures to reflect current events and as you saw last one was about my Nintendo wii giving some error message
but with this big announcement I had to change them, I hope you like them ![]()
Back to the main subject. I will first clarify what the title means, in the last generation of consoles there were three big exclusives on the PS2 that raised the sales of the PS2 tremendously, those are Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid and Grand Theft Auto. So in this generation Microsoft knew how to hit Sony big time. The first blow was removing GTA IV exclusivity, that is one point for Microsoft, Sony was able to preserve the exclusivity of MGS4 which is a point to them but that might change anytime if Konami decided to port the game to Xbox360. The second blow which might be Sony's knock out goes to Microsoft for removing Final Fantasy XIII exclusivity.
I know this annoucement bothered PS3 and Final Fantasy fans alike, and I admit I'm one of them but that can't change the fact that it is for the greater good. The only bad thing is that this announcement will affect the sales of the PS3 badly which is Sony's concern not the customers, on the other hand I believe that selling the game on the Xbox360 will benefit the industry more; First, SquareEnix did the right decision because nowadays a next generation game costs the company a fortune thus the company needs to sell more to gain profit and since PS3 base isn't as big as last generation SquareEnix needed to go multiplatform to cover the development expense and I personally can't bear to see the end of Final Fantasy
. Second, SE decision will push Sony to concentrate more on first party development which could be the only possible solution Sony could go for because neither the PS3 power nor Blu-ray support are convincing consumers to buy the console. Third, if Sony was able to come up with more first party games thus selling more PS3's, that will surely result in more competition and more competition always lead to more and better quality games.
Sony is a very big company and it is not doomed yet, if it takes the right decisions from now on I'm pretty sure it will be able to stand on its feet again. We will see what is it going to show on the press conference today, and I'm looking forward to Nintendo's press conference as well ![]()

To whom played GTA IV this might be a familiar phrase. Flying rats in GTA IV are a bunch of pigeons scattered around the city which you can hunt down for a reward. As for me I can't agree with them because pigeons are peaceful birds, to me the real flying rats are these
take a look

But you are gonna ask why? Well, those are my birds which are usually friendly but when they do THIS:
I would call them the REAL flying rats
