    ____________________________________________________________________________

    ____________________________________________________________________________

It's housecleaning time on network TV with ABC, FOX, NBC and The CW all canceling series.

The latest casualty of the fall season is Kelsey Grammer's sitcom, "Hank," which will film its 10th episode before wrapping production. It remains to be seen if ABC will air the five episodes which have not yet been aired.

"Hank" was the second series canceled by ABC. "Eastwick" received word just days earlier that its 13th episode would be its last.

NBC's "Trauma" is also only filming 13 episodes as the peacock network didn't give it a pickup for any additional episodes.

Sophomore show "Dollhouse" is also getting the axe, but it will return on Friday, Dec. 4 to burn off the remaining unaired episodes.

The first casualty of the season was The CW's "The Beautiful Life."

SO WHICH SHOW IS NEXT TO FALL VICTIM TO THE NETWORK'S CUTTING?

PALESTINE TAKEN OVER: Hundreds and Thousands of Jewish settlers are DESTROYING homes and towns and building there own on Palestinian land and if the Palestinians refuse the settlers will stop at nothing and kill them

(((WATCH))) - 60 Minutes (Australia) report (WATCH THE WHOLE REPORT - IT WILL SHOCK YOU)

    _____________________________________________________________________________

It was near the top of Barack Obama's "to-do" list. On day one in the White House, the first overseas call he made was to the Middle East, trying to get the Arab and Israeli leaders talking again.

Why the rush? Well, hundreds of thousands of Jewish settlers are moving into the West Bank, building new towns on Palestinian land. And if there's ever going to peace in the Middle East, this is one problem that has to be fixed.

THE SETTLERS WILL HAVE TO MOVE OUT!

But try telling them that. They're obstinate and refuse to budge. And, as Liam Bartlett discovered first hand, when they're cornered, they fight back with teargas and guns.

    (((MY OPINION)))

When i saw this story it made my blood boil, i was not so surprised though, There are'nt many people in Palestine who live peacefully and when they are, It does'nt take a long time until hundreds and thousands of Jewish Settlers destroy their homes and towns and kill ANYONE who refuses to leave - THIS IS UNJUST!

Why don't we hear more of the Truth of whats really going on in the Middle East - Im sorry if i offend anyone - but the Media is usually biased towards Israel BUT not in this Courages and Brave story by Australian Journalist Liam Barlett even though it shows a slight image of what the truth is atleast it portrays Some of an idea of why PEACE will never come true until these Soulless Bastards stop destroying innocent people's lives and go back to their own lives! It's just so sad why these people can't live in Peace.

A six-month-old boy has miraculously survived a train slamming into his pram after it rolled off an Australian railway platform.

The collision happened as a city-bound service pulled up to Ashburton station, in a Melbourne suburb.

CCTV footage shows the boy's mother taking her hands off the three-wheeler pram's handles and failing to notice as it slowly edges towards the tracks.

The mum suddenly spots the baby carrier picking up speed and she rushes with outstretched arms to try to save her young child.

But the pram tips over the edge of the platform and the baby slams onto the tracks head first.

Before the boy can be rescued, the train powers past, horrifying the mother and other waiting passengers.

The footage ends with the frantic mum and a man running up to the driver, who has just stopped the 250-ton vehicle.

Baby's pram rolls onto railway tracks

The pram tipping over the edge.

Australia's Herald Sun said the train ploughed into the pram at about 35km/h, dragging the child along beneath the front carriage.

But the boy was hauled from the tracks with little more than a bump on his head.

Paramedic Jon Wright said the six-month-old just "needed a feed and a nap".

"Luckily, he was strapped into his pram at the time, which probably saved his life. I think the child's extremely lucky," the paramedic told the paper.

"Fortunately the train was slowing as it pulled into the station."

Rail firm Connex is to investigate how the pram rolled off the platform and the train driver will be offered counselling.

Just Incredible is'nt? The first time you see the footage, it's heart stopping and then fortunetly you know the baby survived with just a bump on her head, you feel so good and happy that nothing major happended to the infant.

The footage was released by police to show parents the danger of what could happen if their not careful on platforms, it has caused abit of controversy of the footage being released though i think it was the right decision as all parents who see this can know how dangerous things can get on the train platforms.

'BLACKFACE' SKIT CAUSES CONTROVERSY AND OUTRAGES AMERICA!

    _____________________________________________________________

    _____________________________________________________________

A Skit on a Popular Australian TV Show 'Hey Hey, It's Saturday' has offended Harry Connick Jr., Sparked Debates around the world and slammed as 'Racist'

    ____________________________________________________________

    (((WATCH THE VIDEO)))

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjrfnSshj-4&feature=popular

    ____________________________________________________________

    (((THE MAIN FACTS)))

    - The Groups name is the 'Jackson Jive' named similar to the 'Jackson Five'

    - Apprantly the intention was not to offend anyone and was meant to be a tribute to Michael Jackson

    - The Skit offended US Singer Harry Connick Jr who was a guest on the show

    - Harry Connick Jr. has also been critized as a 'Hypocrite' after a video of him on 'MAD TV' years back, showed him with a 'blackface' apprently mocking a preacher

    - The Host Daryl Somers Apoligized, and later the Network also apoligized for any offence taken

    - The Skit was Slammed as 'Racist' by many people

    - It sparked Debate in the US on Blogs, Talk shows, news, radio and online

    - Many people around the have world have painted Australia as a 'Racist' and 'Backwards' country

    ___________________________________________________________

    ___________________________________________________________

    (((MY VIEWS)))

Since that skit aired, the Media has gone bonkers, debates from TV to Newspapers, Radio to Online. 'Hey Hey, It's Saturday' is a popular show here which began in 1971 and went 27 years and in 2009 it came back for a 2 episodes 'Reunion Special', The Show was always Hilarious, witty and just plain Fun -

But not this time, The 'Blackface' Skit was neither funny nor witty, It was pethetic and had offended many people which is undertstanable.

But what got me was all the attention and the slamming of our country slammed as 'Racist', I mean why be so extreme, Im not saying Racism is here, i know because i have been a victim to it several times, But this is was a skit passed on by Stupid producers who did'nt know what they were doing in a TV Show, The show does'nt represent the whole Country, Does that mean the whole of Australia is 'Racist', I mean come on....

    Did the skit offend you?

    Was it Racist?

    Acceptable or Unacceptable?

    FRIENDS REUNITED:

    _____________________________________________________________

    _____________________________________________________________

After many rumours and speculation, It's finally confirmed, Our 6 favourite Friends are coming back for a Movie version of the hit sitcom!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!

They're back: Friends stars will be reunited after the last episode in 2004

'Friends: The Movie is definitely on. I still keep in touch with a lot of the cast and they say that they are really keen.' says James Michael Tyler who played 'Gunther'

    _____________________________________

BREAKING TV NEWS: The cast of Friends are to be reunited once again - for a movie version of the hit TV show, it emerged today.

The six main stars have agreed to move onto the big screen following the success of the Sex And The City film at the box office.

It means Jennifer Aniston, 40, Courteney Cox, 45, Lisa Kudrow, 46, Matt LeBlanc, 42, Matthew Perry, 40, and David Schwimmer, 42, will be back on the same set for the first time since the show ended in 2004.

Studio bosses from Warner Bros. are prepared to pay a fortune to the stars, who were being paid six figures an episode by the tenth and final season of Friends, which was one of the highest rated sitcom ever.

They have also drafted in the show's creators David Crane and Marta Kauffman to write and produce the film, due in cinemas in the summer of 2011.

James Michael Tyler, who played Central Perk coffee shop oddball Gunther, confirmed: 'Friends: The Movie is definitely on. I still keep in touch with a lot of the cast and they say that they are really keen.'

A movie source told the News of the World: 'The cast haven't set the world alight since the show finished.

'But this film could relight some of their flagging careers in a big way.

'But everyone knew the story had to be right and well written. Getting the creators on board was a massive step forward for the project.

'The show did lose a lot of its shine in the last few seasons, but with the actors all in the forties it would be a real interest to see how their characters have developed.'

The film comes in the wake of the big screen version of Sex And The City which took an astonishing $408,921,925 at the box office.

But, although the cast have always made no secret about a desire to do a film, some have cast doubts about its viability.

Miss Kudrow has said: 'It would be so fun to be with all those people again.

'But our show was not like Sex and the City - ours was multi-camera, in front of a live audience.

'It's a completely different feel. You'd have to bring the tone down, and I don't know how it would be. I'll just stay open.'

Meanwhile actor Mr Tyler, 47, who is in London for the launch of a Central Perk themed coffee shop in Soho, is keen to reprise his role as Gunther on the big screen.

He said: 'The one thing I can tell you is that I am definitely on board to do the film.

'I really loved my time on the show and I am looking forward to meeting up with the old gang again.

'I just hope we can do justice to the show in a film.'

SO WHAT ARE THEY DOING NOW?

DAVID SCHWIMMER (Ross Geller) has had the biggest critical success with a range of theatrical roles including the play Some Girl(s) in London alongside Catherine Tate. He also directed 2007 British film Run Fatboy Run.

JENNIFER ANISTON (Rachel Green) has had lead roles in commercially successful films such as Bruce Almighty, Along Came Polly and Marley and Me.

COURTENEY COX (Monica Geller) missed out on a role in hit TV series Desperate Housewives and has been relatively obscure ever since. She was in U.S. TV drama Dirt - cancelled after two series. She is now set to act in horror film Scream 4.

LISA KUDROW (Phoebe Buffay) had a hit after the show finished with HBO sitcom The Comeback and is now an executive producer on the US version of Who Do You Think You Are?

MATT LEBLANC (Joey Tribbiani) has barely been seen on screens (big and small) since leaving Friends. He starred in spinoff comedy Joey, but it was cancelled after just two seasons.

MATTHEW PERRY (Chandler Bing) starred in recent TV show Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip, written by the West Wing's Aaron Sorkin. It was cancelled after just a single season. He also played the older Zac Efron in this year's film 17 Again.

HOW BIG IS THIS? IT'S HUGE, I'VE WAITED TO HEAR THIS NEWS SINCE THE END OF FRIENDS IN 2004, IN MY OPINION FRIENDS IS THE GREATEST SHOW EVER MADE AND THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT! THERE WARE SO MANY RUMOURS BUT I NEVER THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE TRUE, BUT NOW TO KNOW THAT OUR 6 FAVOURITE FRIENDS ARE REUNITING AGAIN IN THE SAME FAMOUS SET, HILARIOUS CHARACTERS, SEEING ALL THAT AGAIN WILL BE AMAZING!! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT HAPPEN! IM SO EXCITED! WOOT WOOT!!!

    'THE GREATEST OF THEM ALL'

Roger Federer upsets Roddick and makes history winning his 15th Grand Slam title

Roger Federer returns to Andy Roddick during their men's final match on the Center Court at Wimbledon.

Roger Federer kisses the trophy after defeating Andy Roddick to win the men's singles championship on the Center Court at Wimbledon.

Roger Federer celebrates alongside Bjorn Borg, left, Pete Sampras, second left and Rod Laver, right.

Roger Federer celebrates alongside Bjorn Borg, left, Pete Sampras, second left and Rod Laver, right.

In one of the most gripping matches of his storied career, Roger Federer finally created history by surviving the longest fifth set in a Wimbledon final, and an astonishing serving performance by American Andy Roddick, to win a record 15th grand slam title.

Federer's 5-7 7-6 (8-6) 7-6 (7-5) 3-6 16-14 victory in four hours and 18 minutes came 12 months after he had suffered a heartbreaking defeat here in another epic five-set battle with Rafael Nadal.

This time, however, with a collection of the game's all-time greats looking over his shoulder from the royal box anticipating the Swiss would win the unprecedented 15th major title, Federer finally endured, breaking Roddick's serve for the only time in the match on the American's 38th service game to seize victory.

Clearly exhausted by his toil, and perhaps stunned by the opposition he had been forced to endure from an opponent over whom he had held a 18-2 career record, the often emotional Federer was more relieved than elated as he received the Wimbledon trophy for the sixth time.

"It's a crazy match, my head is still spinning," Federer told the crowd.

Pete Sampras, who had flown in for the match at the last minute to see Federer move ahead of him on the all-time grand slam winners list, paid the Swiss the ultimate accolade saying he considered him the greatest player of all time.

"I have to give it to him," said Sampras. "The critics say Laver, and Nadal's beaten him a few times ... in my book he is."

If Federer's victory was not as comprehensive as most had expected, the nature of the struggle made his 15th title one of the most satisfying.

A sixth Wimbledon crown puts Federer behind only Sampras and William Renshaw, who have both won seven, on the All-England Club honours roll. Federer also regained the world No.1 ranking that he had lost to his recent nemesis Rafael Nadal in August last year after 237 consecutive weeks at the top.

"It's staggering that I've been able to play so well for so many years now and stay injury free," said Federer of the 15th title.

"Of course there is a certain routine that's started to happen the last few years since I sort of became No. 1 in the world. I knew what it took to win the big ones. Obviously a lot of experience that comes with it, being there and giving myself chances.

"But, you know, it's crazy that I've been able to win so many in such a short period of time, I think."

While the final was a on a knife-edge throughout, the one hour and 35 minute fifth set was a minor epic in itself with both Federer and Roddick serving relentlessly.

Roddick had a chance to seize the initiative when he held two break points at 8-8, but the Swiss snuffed those out with big serves. It was not until the American served at 14-15 that the breakthrough came, Roddick framing a forehand well over the baseline to give up his serve and the title.

It was a shattering defeat for Roddick who slumped into his chair, head bowed, after the match.

Almost as much as Roddick will regret losing the final game, he will rue missing a golden chance to go up two sets to love when he had four set points at 6-2 in the second set tie-break. After Federer saved the first two with big serves, Roddick had a straightforward backhand volley which he struck well wide.

But, if it seemed likely Roddick would buckle after that disappointintment, his serve remained unrelenting.

"At that point, there are two options," said Roddick. "You lay down or you keep going. The second option seemed better to me."

While a couple of sloppy shots in the third set tie-break proved costly for Roddick, he broke Federer at 1-2 in the fourth set and forced the match into what proved to be a nail-biting conclusion.

Roddick's vast contribution to a gripping match was acknowledged by the crowd who chanted his name as he sat disconsolate in his chair and cheered him even more loudly than the winner at the presentation.

"It showed that they appreciated what we did out there today," said Roddick who said defeat had felt worse than his back-to-back finals losses to Federer in 2004-05. "It was definitely a nice and appreciated gesture by them."

If Federer's sheer brilliance has long been appreciated, as he has faced greater challenges in recent times his durability and ability to dig deep is also being revealed.

Roddick said Federer had, for the first time, been unable to read his serve.

"But you didn't even get a sense that he was even really frustrated by it," said Roddick.

"He kind of stayed the course and just toughed it out. He gets a lot of credit for a lot of things, but not a lot of the time is how many matches he kind of digs deep and toughs out. He doesn't get a lot of credit for that because it looks easy to him a lot of the times. But he definitely stuck in there today."

    'SERENA UNSTOPPABLE'

SIBLING RIVALRY: Serena Williams is way too good as Venus is sent into a spin

Sibling rivalry ... Venus Williams serves to younger sister Serena during the Wimbledon's women's final.

Venus Williams serves to younger sister Serena during the Wimbledon's women's final.

Serena Williams claimed her 11th Grand Slam title with her third victory at Wimbledon.

Serena prevented Venus from winning the first Wimbledon women's hat-trick since Steffi Graf in 1991-93.

Serena Williams continued her grand slam dominance over sister Venus, destroying her siblings bid for a third consecutive Wimbledon title with a display of power and desire that proved irresistible even for one of the game's great grass-court players - then abruptly staked her claim to be considered No.1.

With a 7-6 (7-4) 6-2 victory, Serena took her third Wimbledon crown - all won in finals against Venus. Her previous victories had been back in 2002 and 2003 and, throughout this event, Serena had made it clear she felt her collection of All-England titles was smaller than it should have been.

Asked what she was thinking as she looked at the Wimbledon honour roll after the match, Serena said: ''Actually, I felt like my name should have been there at least once more. At least I got another one.''

Venus had not dropped a set here since the third round in 2007 and was aiming for a sixth title at the grand slam she had made her own, meaning Serena had, for once, entered the match as the underdog - even in her own usually ultra-confident mind.

''I felt like all I had to do is go out there and do my best and just stay even, because she's such a good player,'' she said. ''When I won that first set, I was like, 'Wow, this is great. No matter what, I'm a set away'. So I was just trying to relax.''

She did just that, jumping on Venus's unusually inconsistent serve in the second set to force two breaks, the match ending after one hour and 28 minutes when Venus's backhand went into the net.

''It definitely wasn't easy,'' said Serena. ''First of all, she's a great player, especially on this surface, especially out there on that court. Also she's my sister, someone that I want to see win and do well at all times.''

With victories at the 2008 US Open and the Australian Open and Wimbledon this year, Serena is regaining the dominance she enjoyed in 2002-2003 when won four consecutive grand slam titles - the Serena Slam. However, that has not yet been enough to see her overtake Russian Dinara Safina on the world rankings despite the fact the Russian has never won a major, something that clearly rankles with the 27 year-old American.

''I think if you hold three grand slam titles maybe you should be No. 1, but not on the WTA Tour obviously,'' she said. ''You know, my motivation is maybe just to win another grand slam and stay No. 2, I guess.''

Just two days after Venus had fiercely defended Safina's right to be No.1 despite thrashing her 6-1 6-0 in a 51 minute semi-final, Serena was cutting in her assessment of the Russian's hold on the top ranking.

''I see myself as No. 2,'' said Williams sarcastically when asked where she should be ranked. ''That's where I am. I think Dinara did a great job to get to No. 1. She won Rome and Madrid!''

In a predictably punishing final, it was Serena's sheer willpower combined with her pounding strokes that carried her to victory, reversing the result in last year's final won by Venus in straight sets.

It was the eighth time in ten years one of the Williams had won the Wimbledon title. Venus has won five times, Serena gained a third title.

Serena has now won 11 grand slam titles to her sisters seven. Serena improved her grand slam finals record against Venus to 6-2.

As a measure of Serena's fighting qualities, it was also the third time she had come back from a match point during a grand slam tournament to win the title, having returned from the dead against Elena Dementieva in their semi-final. She had also saved match points at the 2003 and 2004 Australian Opens.

In what would prove a decisive opening set, Venus had a chance to seize control when she held two break points at 3-2. But after a Venus forehand landed just long, Serena hammered back-to-back aces to see off the danger.

Serena then pounced in the tie-break with a series of hammering groundstrokes that saw her accumulate four set points, converting the second with a perfectly judged lob. With her streak of winning sets broken, Venus's confidence seemed diminished in the second set as Serena jumped on her serve, breaking her sister's Wimbledon stranglehold and putting S.Williams on that honour roll again.

    THE WORLD'S MOST LIVEABLE CITIES!

    __________________________________________________________________________

Cities in Canada and Australia are the most liveable in the world

CANADIAN and AUSTRALIAN cities account for six of the top ten spots in the Economist Intelligence Unit's latest liveability ranking. All of the cities in the top ten scored well over 80.0, the threshold below which difficulties are apparent in day-to-day living. Vancouver is still the world's most liveable city, with a rating of 98.0; Sydney and Zurich, sharing ninth place, achieved a score less than 2% lower than Vancouver's. The worst-performing locations are in Africa or Asia, where civil instability and poor infrastructure present significant challenges. The unfolding political and economic crisis in Zimbabwe makes Harare the least desirable city in the survey. Locations within Afghanistan and Iraq are not included.

The Economist Intelligence Unit's liveability rating quantifies the challenges that might be presented to an individual's life in 140 cities worldwide. Each city is assigned a score for over 30 qualitative and quantitative factors across five broad categories: stability, health care, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. The categories are compiled and weighted to provide an overall rating of 1-100, where 1 is considered intolerable and 100 is considered ideal.

    Hello to all my dear friends, I am about to write a blog that will stun and surprise some of you that have known me for a long time now;

6 months ago after my last year of school, I had gotton sick of it, i was frustrated, i was'nt feeling myself at all, maybe it's because how i have been treated by many people everywhere. Society is and has changed dramatically in past years, We only care about image and looks, my dreams have always wanted to pursue a career in the media industry were most people are beautiful, It got me thinking, i have so many goals that i want to pursue one day, i have to do something that if i didnt i know i would have regret it and i know i will never reach my goals.

That's when i did it i finally started my journey to be a completely different person mentally and physically, i started my diet, it was extremely difficult in the first month, SO MUCH TEMPTATION, everywhere you look but i continued because i was extremely motivated and persistence so i knew i could not stop, i was going to the gym almost 5 times a week and when i didnt i would find other ways to excercise like Walking which is incredibly effective, days and weeks on, the pounds were just dropping and dropping, i can tell you it was feeling good, really good, AMAZING even.

    NOW!

Almost 7 months on i have lost of over 43kg (90lbs) and much more than half of my body fat percentage, i have never felt like this in my life, i would never have thought i would lose this much in my entire lifetime, I can surely say it's the greatest feeling i've known of.

I am a completely different person, i am so fit and healthy, it's incredibly life changing, my friends dont know who i am anymore, i was always in the back of line in everything but now i'm surpassing all of friends.

EVERYWHERE I go, i get compliments, everywhere i go, im so used to it, but still love it and will never get bored of it, no one thats i havent seen in a while knows who i am anymore, IT'S AN AMAZING FEELING LIKE NO OTHER.

Everyone asks me what's your secret? what are you doing? - i tell them like i do everytime, THERE'S NO SECRET EVERYONE, if you're motivated as much as i was, then you can do it, Anyone can! Anyone! Believe me, i know it's hard, Just eat the right food and excercise should be a part of your life all the time, fast food Commercialization is everywhere, We can't change society but we can change ourselves.

Now, My weightloss journey ends as ive reached my goal weight, but i'm still eating healthy and excercing regulary, i would never give that up.

I hope you enjoyed reading this blog as much as i enjoyed writing it!

    THANKS,

    Abdullah
