  Maximum Force

  It has been a week since the Metal fast (I guess I'll call it that). I made the blog on Wednesday, but I actually started on a Tuesday. It went extremely well. I listened to a few albums I haven't listened to and I have got into a few new artists. Fever Ray, Bat for Lashes and The Dear Hunter are some. The final listens for the full week in my top 8...

  You could even say I have grown to love non-metal a considerable amount, too. Expect to see alot more non-metal plays on my Last.FM.

  I have also leveled up. 39 - Max Force. I'm not sure exactly what that's from, any ideas?

  Fasting for Metal.

  I've decided to spend a week without listening to any kind of metal at all. No sub-genres, no songs from bands that mainly play metal, just anything OTHER than metal. This seemed like a hard task, but in reality it's been going good so far. I don't really notice a big difference. We'll see how I my Last.fm (add me if you haven't already) will look next Tuesday. I have a few non-metal albums I have yet to listen to. So I'll get around to that, too.

  Other than music nothing has been happening really. This week is my second last week until the Christmas holidays. It shall be a fun two weeks off. I'm also thinking about getting my avatar and banner changed again for the new year. I'll ask my favourite sig/avatar/banner maker Colmillios to make it for me. I have no doubt she'll do a great job at whatever I ask to be my next makeover. That's all for now!

  Flying Conchords

  As it gets closer and closer to christmas... the colder it gets. Ice has started showing up outside, and I had to walk quite carefully down to tech. I expect many spills over the coming weeks. I sure do love the look of winter, though. The sky is sometimes quite amazing.

  Literally in front of my house. Yes, the sky was purple. Taken this morning. Both were taken with my phone, not they're not great.

  Also, I watched the full first season of Flight of the Conchords. It's definitely quite a funny show and the songs are really great. Who else has watched? If you haven't then go watch!
