I love SSBB. The Subspace Emisary was pretty cool, just because of the cutscenes. I'm digging the new charactors: ROB, Wolf, Lucario, Pkmn Trainer, Meta Knight, Pit, etc...

I've tried to get into WiFi on brawl. I have had no connection issues, but there is one thing.

There is a "command lag". A lapse of time from when you press a button combo and when your charactor actually preforms the attack. It isn't significant for most players, but it is for me. I am the person that is most affected by this "command lag" in any game. Taht is why I have not "accepted" your brawl FC's yet.

I most likely will NOT play Super Smash Bros. Brawl on-line. I like my actions to be precise and on-time. I always have 2 other people that dig this game (my brother and my neighbot) and will play it at almost anytime. So why would I deal with this command lag and play with people who don't have names or with people that I have limited contact with in the game?

1 person Brawling by himself online = loneliness

4 people brawling on teh same console = pure chaos (awesome )

I I love the concept of playing it on the go. I'm not too excited about the strumming. Using the touch stceen to strum is going to make precise strums difficult. But then you actually have to strum a guitar with a pick anway. It's just that you won't feel anything besides a smooth plastic screen. Whatever.

I think the buttons on it are a tad too small also. My hands and fingers are larger than normal, and I think playing it will be difficult for me. Kinda wish there were still 5 buttons. I loved the difficulty in GH3. I hope that some of it translates to this DS version.

A little while ago I rented COD4 for the Xbox360. I ripped people's throats out. I was always either 1st or 2nd in the game. when I started playing games on the PC again, I really sucked. I was too used to a gamepad.

Now that I've been playing COD4 on PC a bit, I've been refreshened by how good the people that play PC games are compared to the people that play XBL. PC gamers >>>>>>> Xbox gamers. (No offense).

After getting slaughtered for a couple weeks getting "re-used" to the mouse/keyboard set-up, I found my groove. I have been tearing people's throats out again, and more so. If you want some proof here is the last game that I played:

It was Hardcore Headquarters on Vancant. (i need fast points to get to level 55). My team was either AFK or just sucked at it. The other team was a clan [CYBA]. I was using a P90 with silencer with perks: bandolier, slight of hand, and dead silence. Anyway I murdered them in their sleep while the whole time they were trash-talking me on how my team was gonna lose.

Here is the results:

Today (Monday the 25th) was the second teir of races for the Forza Motorsport 2 tournament. In case that you didn't read my first blog (posted below) I won the first match by default. Only three of the six players showed up so we all moved on to round two.

I never thought that I would even have a chance at winning or even passing one race. I never played FM2 online, and I never even gotten past the Rookie races or whatever in the carreer mode.

At the begining of today's race everybody gunned it and ramed each other at the very first turn. This made the race for some and ruined the race for others. One person (J5_Hook) pretty much had his car totaled and lost almost complete control of his car (He did not finish the race). For me, I think I threw my car out of alignment since I had a bad right lean for the rest of teh race. The other players seemed to know what they were doing and passed by almost unscathed.

I was then putting along in 5th place (out of 6 players) when I sudenly noticed that someone left the race halfway though. It was not J5_Hook because he was still sitting in the middle of the track, whom I happened to hit every...single...lap. Anyway the guy in first playce passed the finish line and then there was a countdown clock for a time limit to finish the race.

My car was in bad shape, and on every turn I was skidding uncontrollably. I was hoping that at least I could finish the race. There was 280 seconds left and I was on lap 8/10. I thought that there was no chance seeing how I kept on crashing, crusing my car even more. But I was on the final stretch with 15 secs left, then I took a turn and spun out of control. Somehow I managed to cross the finish line with 4 secs left in the race. I was relieved. Not that I won the race, but at least I finished... and in 4th place too!

Also to my enjoyment I unlocked my 5th achievement in FM2 (finishing a race with a lapped opponent).

I never expected to win, and frankly I didn't want to. I only entered this tournament to get the emblem. I had no idea it would take so much work to just play one race. Anyway I had a great time, and maybe because of this tourny I might get into playing some more FM2.

I had me first race for the FM2 tourny today at 2:00PM PT. I was going into this thinking I was going to lose, but lo and behold: I WON (by default).

For the race, the top three players move on to the next round. In my race only three players showed up. So we all moved on to the next round.

My next race is going to be on Monday, hopefully when I am home from class. This one I am sure that I'm going to lose, but I will try anyway (to knock everybody off the course ).
