  Starting up at FullSail

  Whats up everyone, yea I haven't exactly been keeping up with my blog but hopefully that will change shortly. Recently I enrolled over at Full Sail University and taking a Game Developmental course. This isn't a typical college, the classes here change every month and you usually have to attend about 40 hours a week. I kinda like that since that way you can get what you need to get done in a shorter amount of time and start making some money. This month and next month however will only be 2 days a week for me so 16 hours a week total. The slow start is due to some English class I took in the previous college back in Texas and transferred the credit here.

  Right now I'm taking Pre-Cal this month and it's such an easy class but you gotta watch your signs. The teacher I can safely say I've never had a teacher like him back in Texas. He seems like a pretty cool guy and cuts straight to the point which I like. I've also been thinking about joining a gaming mod club which is where they take games like half-life and create modifications. However I've been looking on the school site to see where they usually meet but it never says and my classmates don't know either since we're all new to this. But I'll find out soon enough it just might take me a bit, this school still feels like a maze right now.

  Oh and I also found myself a new roommate and he's a pretty good guy. Found him at the last minute too, basically I took the list of people searching for roommates that Full Sail gave me and sent out a mass email on an offer. I must've emailed at least 100 people and only a few replied back and some people were even nice enough to reply back just letting me know they already found a place. Yea and he's going into the Game Design Masters program too which is an insane 1 year program. He's gotta write a 30 page essay near graduation, even though it's a full year from now it's still hard for me to imagine writing a 30 page essay. Plus if you consider all the papers that need to be done before then as well.

  Green Screen!!

  The Arizona

  

  Shazam! Yea yet another picture I played with photoshop on. Made the water, sky, and the moon and took a picture of a toy model ship of the Arizona I have. But again I had to size down the image a bit from 1280x800 to fit it on the site.
