As you can see, I got bored with Diablo III's Tristram Banner (which hardly took any work at all ), So I finally sat down and made something new.So there you have it, new banner.I honestly think...best banner yet.The text was the hardest part.So, I made it fade.Also, new avatar:

The Banner and Avatar are Tyrael from Diablo II and III.(The banner being work from II, and the the avatar from III).I'm working on a matching sig at the moment.I know I always change avatars... but I think I'm really satisfied with this look.Overall, things are going great.I've been playing a lot of Diablo II with my friends and my brother (We all play together).And... I finally beat Hell Difficulty with a character.I never achieved this 4 years ago.

Back then, my friends gave me all the best items and I only reached Level 70.This time, I've worked to get all the items I have and even give my friends some items, to sort of show my gratitude for what they did so long ago.For those interested... Here is my Lightning Sorc, "ErrYeah's" stats.

I'm also working on a Wind Druid, but I'll talk about that some other time.Other than Diablo II, and my new look, I'm off to my College tomorrow to pick my courses.I'll be picking some to start at 8AM and to leave by 1PM.I would pick 7AM to start, but it seems my Financial Aid providers would then force me to get a get job during College.Speaking of which, no luck yet.I'm psyched that I'm seeing The Dark Knight on Friday.I leave you with this:

Welcome back to my recap! This is the final part, and I cover both Nintendo and Sony today.I was a bit annoyed I didn't get the MS emblem at first...

Yays, I just got the Microsoft one! Shame I couldn't get Sony (My Internet was down 3 hours), but Im happy.I also got the Live Day 1 Emblem.I'm not sure if it upgrades or we get 2 new ones for watching Day 2 and Day 3 Live shows.

Alright, Let's discuss both conferences...

Here are some of the higlights of the show:

So, there was... Shaun White Snowboarding? It does look cool, but does this guy need more money

Using the Wii Balance board for this does look cool.Then, the biggest announcement there was the announcement of Animal Crossing: City Folk.

Overall, this is really the only game that has impressed me.The Wii Speak Attachment does intrigue me.Talking to other people when they visit your town is going to be awesome.I didn't like Animal Crossing: Wild World all that much, but the game has impressed me with so much you can do.

Then it begins going downhill.All I see is sales figures, the announcement of games that are way too casual and the biggest announcement? Wii Music... WTF.Seriously?

No Kid Icarus? Or anything.Nintendo have severly dissapointed.They showed hardly any games, and they were all casual ones (except Animal Crossing) I can hardly mention any good points versus Bad Points.

Score : 2.5 / 10. You upset me Nintendo.I was really looking forward to what were you going to talk about.Very weak showing.

Sony:

Sony was now up, me being severely dissapointed by Nintendo's Conference, I was hoping Sony would make it worth it.And Yes, I must say, they tremendously impressed me.

Resistance 2 Footage and the EPIC BOSS SCALES! LOOK HOW HUGE THE BOSSES ARE!

PS3 Greatest Hits Games were officially announced!

Motorstorm, Resistance, Warhawk, Call Of Duty 3, Fight Night, Need For Speed: Carbon, Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six Vegas, Oblivion, and Ninja Gaiden.

I'll be getting Resistance, Assassin's Creed and Ninja Gaiden Sigma.All for a sweet $30 Price tag for each.Plus, Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty is coming out this year on PSN! It's gonna be a budget title, but have all the same awesome visuals and neat gameplay! I don't know how the long the game will be or how big of a download it will be.

I honestly can't wait for this.Sony Pictures Movies will also be on the PSN for rentals.Plus, they announced a new PSP Bundle that includes Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters.It'll be $200 and have Size Matters, a Silver Slim PSP, a 1GB Memory stick, National Tresure 2 UMD and a voucher to download Echochrome.I'm having an awesomegasm' right now.

They also showed off Resistance: Retribution for PSP, and Patapon 2.Oh man.. Im glad we'll be seeing more PSP games.I thought there wouldn't be anything to look forward to after Monster Hunter 2ndG and FF: Dissidia.inFamous is looking sweet as well.Being a hero or villian and destroying (or saving) the city will be something I look forward to see.Then they announced a PS3 Price drop:

400 FOR THE 80GB! Man, I wish I waited a bit more, naa just kidding.I hope this steers more people to get a PS3 now.BUT, there is no BC... Get the MGS4 Bundle while you still can guys! Then they showed MAG, and holy ****, it has 256 MULTI-PLAYER!

How are they gonna manage voice chat though? But the biggest thing that made me happy...

Overall, the Sony conference blew me away.And I was very pleased.I give it...

WOW.Is all I have to say.Plenty of things on my mind and probably yours as well.Well, let's review...

First off, I was annoyed.The stream kept turning off, the site crashed a lot of times, and we got some lame dance by Master Chief during the LIPS part of the conference due to copyrights.I couldn't get in until, they showed off RE5, and it crashed one final time 5 minutes before that bombshell announcement.I had to go to IGN and see the finale.

But before I give my goods and bads, let's take a looksee as to what happened.

Don Mattrick goes on stage, and welcomes everyone to the Microsoft E3 Press Conference.

Soon afterwards, he talks of how strong the lineup will be and soon, an old fashioned clip is shown with a family talking about the grim future.Rather odd... I guess it fits in with a theme...

Oh, it's Fallout 3.Atomic things...

Some gameplay footage is shown, and it looks awesome.The scale of the world... WOW.Bethesda is doing good things with this.I'm pretty psyched to play this, but I should really go play the older ones first.The Lead producer of RE5 is then called to the stage.What do we get? The first gameplay demo of Resident Evil 5! Kickass!

There is Co-Op, however, it is only online co-op.Still good.The co-op gameplay seems to work very well, and the visuals are looking great.It's RE4... on awesome steroids.They announce the game has a release date for March 13th, 2009:

Cool, but why must you make me wait?! Peter Molyneux is up next.He announces Fable 2 is in fact, finished and shows a gameplay demo.Looks a lot more interesting to me than the first one.Co-Op is a nice feature, and your friends can visit you in your world.They got me there.It's coming out in October.I bet Wyvern's happy.

Cliffy B is up next.To talk about... what else? Gears 2.He shows off some gameplay footage... with... a *GASP!* red Gears 360 controller.2 player co-op is shown and I see Chainsaws! There will also be Horde, a new 5 (YES, 5 HOLY S***) Co-Op Mode.He also announces Gears 2 will be released this year in November.

Don comes back and gives the usual PR talk about how well their system is doing.They're outselling the PS3, and slowly catching up to the Wii in total sales.Normal stuff, But I want to see some flashy stuff DAMMIT! But then... he says the 360 WILL SELL more than the PS3 and Wii in total sales.

He then follows with partnerships with NBC for Video content.Everything has been pretty awesome so far... then the first 'WTF' announcement...

It's... Mii's... in your 360.No it's not called that... but it's exactly what it is.C'mon MS... really.I'm just annoyed... The old dashboard looked fine.I'm no 360 owner... but ughh...

Another partnership is announced.This time with Netflix.Trailers are then shown, Banjo, Viva Pinata.And Banjo Kazooie (the first one) is coming to XBLA... that's awesome.A codemasters IP is then shown, "You're In The Movies"... the concept looks fun... but... Im not playing that.Never.

Kaj Huang talks about Guitar Hero: World Tour, how there will be 85 Master Tracks, how Metallica's upcoming album will be in DLC form in its entirety.Cool, Althought Im not buying the game.A new IP is shown.Lips.Yes, Lips.Basically it looks like Singstar, BUT, you can upload your own music.I didn't get to see all that much, because Gamespot cut off this footage, most likely due to copyrights, and we were shown... a dancing Master Chief while we wait.LAME.

Then we get to hear more about Rock Band 2.This was the moment I was waiting for the whole conference.A finalized setlist.For days, I was wondering whether Shacklers Revenge, a new unheard of Guns N' Roses (that has not yet leaked) would surface in Rock Band 2.It was a long shot.But me and other GNR fans prayers were answered.Plus, ALL the songs are Master tracks.The new song would debut in Rock Band 2.

-- After 14 years since Guns N' Roses last official music release, Axl Rose selects Rock Band 2 to debut official new track "Shackler's Revenge" from the highly-anticipated album Chinese Democracy.

Square Enix is up last.They come up.They show a new trailer.Dragons flying.Combat.Final Fantasy XIII is coming to the 360. Seriously.. Im pissed.Yes, more people will get to play it, but the reason that makes a system more appealing is the fact that ithas exclusives.I'm pissed at MS.I'm pissed at SE.Hoping Versus XIII stays PS3 exclusive.

Don Mattrick: "Wow, that's incredible. FF13 is an astonishing addition to our growing away of RPG titles... it joins a long list of former PlayStation franchises finding a new home on Xbox 360. Enjoy the rest of E3!

* I didn't like Don Mattrick, I liked Peter Moore more.He felt more likeable.Shame he's gone.

Overall, I give it about a 8/10.The FFXIII announcement really bummed me about.I hope Sony can come back with a counter.

7 days since I last blogged, and 4 days since I haven't logged in or seen on Steam.The reasons:

1. Finding a Job.Sadly, Walgreens has not called me back.It's been 10 days since I took the skills assesment test.I plan on calling either today or tomorrow, but it sounds like I won't be getting that job... So, now I'm looking into other places.I might try CVS.Duane Reade is bad idea, says my bro, who works there.

2. My step brother is here.I'm really glad.I haven't seen him since April, where he was for about 4 days, and before that, 1 day in December.And months/ and or years beforehand.

3. Diablo II.Level 77 Lightning Sorceress tackling Hell Difficulty on the East Ladder.I've been playing with 2 good friends of mine and my brother.We're all addicted again and loving it.

4. Playing games, I mean it's the summer.I need to enjoy this and August, being my last month of freedom before entering College.Speaking of which, I got my financial aid.They're playing for all of it, 1 entire semester for so far.Nice.

5. GS is boring.Activity is still down, it feels so boring.But E3 is upon us now.Maybe that will get people coming again?

Want to learn how to create a Podcast? Not making a Podcast, but you want to listen to some member's creations? This is the place to go.A union where we can all go and share and improve our ideas.I don't know how limited of an audience this union will have, but I'm sure we can find a core group of members.

I've been playing some Diablo II lately.I currently have a level 26 Lightning Sorc.I'm soon to finish Act III and then rush to do some Baal runs.I have 11 out of 17 trophies in Super Stardust HD.1 more and I will have all of the trophies I can get without buying any add-ons.I also have been made officer of Gamer's EXP Inc.
