It's a video game based on the Ong Bak movies which are action movies starring Tony Jaa and the fighting scenes use a lot of Muay Thai kickboxing influence(Muay Thai involves using lots of knees and elbows).

I've seen Ong Bak 1 and 3 and I thought they were quite good, they have great fighting scenes and a bit of humor and I like how they're set in very different settings(one of them is set in modern Thailand and the other is set in 1431.

I think the game footage so far looks quite good.

It's being developed by a Thai developer(Hive)and I like the fact it is because it nobody will know how to do more authentic Thai environments than a Thai developer and it's good to see Thai developers making video games which look good, since Japanese and South Korea have made many popular games already.

The games looks pretty good.  I like the switch from 2D to 3D.

@Garrison_Ford It does look fun and I like seeing the Thai style Buddhist shrines/buildings is something that makes me feel happy.

@matastig Haha, you know how much I love Thailand and you know the Hell I went through for over 5 years doing what I needed to do to get Thai citizenship.I think the game looks really fun and I like it's murky artstyle(much of Thailand is actually built over swamps which is part of the reason it gets big floods). We both think Japanese developers are the best,so maybe it would be food for another Asian country to come along and make us video games,South Korean developers make good and charming MMORPGs but I'm only aware of only a few single player games made from S Korean developers.
