    Nujabes.

Goodness me, his music is beautiful.

I accidentally stumbled upon him after watching the wonderful anime Samurai Champloo. And by golly, am I happy about that. He seems to have two distinct styles of music, the ones in which he has an MC, and the ones where he doesn't. Now, I never really liked hip hop, nor did I like jazz (which are the two genres you would group his music into, if you could put them in a genre), but Jun Seba has changed my opinion on the two of them.

If you haven't ever listened to him, please, give this a listen:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4COiiDXkgBM

or, alternatively, if you want to listen to his hip hop (well, actually I suppose it's Cise Starr who is rapping... Nonetheless):

Well hoo boy, has it been a while, a little bit more than 7 months. I've really got to stop doing this, don't I? Anyways, I figured I might as well update this. I've been wanting to for a while now, but never had the oppurtunity to do so. Well, except for right now, but I think that that's a given.

I still frequent this site, no doubt. I visit mostly every day, usually just for a minute or so, but nonetheless, I visit regularly.

...I can't really think of much to write... But I promise that I will continue, since my previous blogs have been pretty lackluster. So, for the rest of this it may just be rambling, but hey, if you feel like reading on feel free, I certaintly won't stop you!

Well, gosh I've been a member of this site for a bit more than 6 years. That's pretty crazy. I mean, jeez, I was 10 when I signed up. For whatever reason that seems like it was ages ago. So many things have changed in these "short" 6 years. It terms of myself and the world. It's really crazy how fast everything is developing. Some would even say that it's kind of scary. And I wouldn't hesitate to agree with those who say that. My way of thinkiing too has changed a lot. Back when I was just a wee 10 year old, in 5th grade I was this confident bastard, quite frankly. And that had it's ups and downs, of course. I was at the peak of my popularity (though I really don't care about none a dat now), but I was also somewhat of a bully. But when I got to 7th grade, my friends transitioned into what it is now. And, honestly, I couldn't be more happy about it. 7th grade hit me hard, and I'm still kind of an introvert, but, hey, whatareyagonnado, eh? Anyways, why am I saying this? Well, I think that it's just to say that the idea of popularity is stupid. I couldn't openly like what I liked, since it was regarded as childish and what not. I wasn't happy, and it took me YEARS to notice that. So, hey, if you're not the most popular kid in your school, so what? All you need is a group of some good friends with similar interests. Screw what anyone else says. It's not important.

Heh, well, I should probably start talking about gaming since this is a gaming site after all. My recent obsession has been Phoenix Wright. Holy God, those games are amazing. The stories... The characters... ohhhhhhhhhhh they're sublimeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I even enjoyed Apollo Justice, which, apparently is very much hated by the Phoenix Wright fanbase. I don't understand that. I thought that Apollo was mighty fine as a leading character.

Oh, and also, I've been watching anime. Like, whoa. Anime is good. Why have I waited so long to watch it?

Anyways, yeah. Have a great day folks. This has been Yoshicon speaking.

    Good day.

I also noticed that all of my previous blog posts now have 0 comments... That's weird.

    Maybe I'll have something soon!

Have a great rest of today, and tomorrow!

Well, since nothing in gaming news has happened to me personally, I'll make a music blog!

In this'n I'll post a picture of my top 25 most played songs.

Well, enjoy, and I hope that you check some of these out! I, obviouisly, like them.

Sorry, I couldn't get the picture to show up... so yeah... Click here to see it.

Oh, and post your top... 5, yeah let's go with 5, songs.

Have a good rest of today, and tomorrow!

PS: For some reason, my iTunes (or maybe everyone's I dunno) multiply's the plays I have on my computer, and the plays I have on my iTouch.... That's why the numbers are so high.

    A music blog, this is.

Well, anyways I stumbled upon someone who goes by the name Julian Casablancas, and boy, can he sing. With songs like "11th Dimension" and "Glass" he's got good range, from elctronica(ish) to slower paced epics. He may have only one solo album "Phrazes for the Young" but he has many mind-blowingly awesome songs with The Strokes, the band he is the lead singer for. His album "Phrazes for the Young" is only $5 on the iTunes store! I would suggest you listen to it/buy it. And also Julian's songs don't just sound good, they have good morale value as well. 11th Dimension is a great example of this.

Julian also made a song with The Lonely Island (in case you haven't heard of them, they're a comedy-rock band composed of Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone [popular songs by them are "J*** in my Pants" and "I'm on a Boat" -Caution "I'm on a Boat has a LOT of swearing-], called "Boombox" a song about how powerful a boombox can be, how it can unite people, and make old people do gross things. Though it is an excellent song, along with The Lonely Island's other songs.

Check out Julian's songs if you haven't already

Oh and also check out this song by The Lonely Island, it's probably my favorite by them: "Like A Boss" It's LOLtastic!

Have a good rest of the day, and tomorrow!

Recently I have been listening to a band by the name of "Daft Punk" and in particular their "Alive 2007" album. I must say it, is, AWESOME! Previously, I haven't liked electronic/house/dance/whatever you want to call it music, hell, I haven't really even been into music. They're great! I would recommend their songs "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" (I bet you've heard this one), "One More Time" (I bet you've heard this one too), "Aerodynamic," "Face to Face," (my favorite) and "Around The World/Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" (From their live album, which is "Alive 2007"). I have been slightly obsessed with them as of late, and hope that you give them a listen

In gaming news, I got Mod Nation Racers. And I must say I love it! It's great, fun, and easy (yet challenging, hm.....). It's very, very fun. The creation aspect is excellent, and I have made 5 tracks, all of which took me less than 20 minutes, and I think they're pretty darn good. Yep, I think that all people with a PS3 should try this game at some point.

Well thanks for reading, and check out Daft Punk!

Have a good rest of today, and tomorrow!

Super Mario Galaxy 2 got a 10! Wow, I wish I pre-ordered that.............. Oh well, maybe I can get my mom to pay for it. I am only 14. Well, to all of you people who are defiantly getting this game, please, tell me how it is. Well, maybe I'll get it for Christmas or something..... Oh well, at least I'm getting Mod Nation Racers, which also looks very good.

    Thanks for reading

Well, I am now level 27!!! YAY!

And also I got 3D Dot Game Heroes today, as a gift! I was very happy to get this game, and have only played it a little, but it is very fun, and witty as well. I would recommend it.

    And, uh, yeah, that's it...

    Thanks for reading!

I just got the game Audiosurf, and it is very fun! What you do in it is play any song that you have saved onto your computer, and "ride" through it. By that I mean, it makes a custom level for each song! And it is only $10! Though you have to open up a Steam account to get it, it's all good!

    1. I got my iPod back! Woohoo! Apparently I could have gotten it back on Friday at the end of the day but 3 teachers I asked said I had to wait until Monday. The Vice-principal disagrees, he said that they can only keep it for one day, until the end of the day, and also he was looking for me, to give it back. No one told me about this. Man, this makes me not like those teachers who told me to wait til Monday even more. Well, at least I have it back now.

    2. I am now thinking of 3D Dot Game Heroes, it looks great, and fun, and only $40, for a PS3 game, new!!! I dunno though since I already pre-ordered Mod Nation Racers.

    But anyways,

Have a good rest of today, and tomorrow!

I ended up pre-ordering Mod Nation Racers instead of Super Mario Galaxy 2, I just want a loose, unagrevating video game, not a Mario Galaxy, throw the Wii out the window game. So, now I'm looking forward to it, and hope the online is good, and the creation tools are as good as they look.

    Seriously?

    Come on now.

    I mean really.

    I hate teachers sometimes.

Today, ON THE BUS (you'll understand why this is capitalized in a few moments), I got my iPod Touch taken away.

    WHAT THE @#!$?!?!?!?

Come on, I was on the freakin' bus, and now I can't get it back until Monday.

    @$$ holes.

Man, this whole episode is so stupid, it makes me sad, and also mad that I am iTouch-less for the weekend, I mean I use that thing a lot.

    It just pisses me off.

Well hope you're day was better than mine.

Have a good rest of today, and tomorrow!

    -Yoshicon

Oh and also, the teachers were generly being very rude to me about it, one teacher said, after I asked "Do I have to wait until Mondaty to get it back?" "Absolutely!" In a laughing, @$$ hole-ish manner. What a d-bag. I have lost a lot of respect for my school, because of the stupidity of this event, and how rude the teachers were to me about it. Also when I got it taken away the teacher just said "I'll take that." Didn't tell when I could get it back, or why they were taking it. The only reason I know I have to wait until Monday is because of when I asked, and the teacher basicly laughed at me. Man, I can't wait to get out of this school next year.

Well today, I just noticed that Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Mod Nation Racers come out within 2 days of each other. Damn.

I... just... can... not... spend.... $110... in 2 days.

You see, I just downright hate spending money, and $110 in 2 days, would probably make my head explode, and my wallet be empty.

Which one should I get the day it comes out?

I'll probably get the one that I don't pre-order a week or two later, maybe.

    But thanks for the advice!

Have a good rest of today, and tomorrow!
