  my zune story

  Ok my dad got me a zune when he went down to the states. I opened it and ya it was probably the nicest looking mp3 player and interface i had ever seen. any ways i had my music that i listen to every day on my long walk to school. I started to notice that with in 20 mins the battery when down one quarter( from a full charge) i was like ok it was mabye a littly glitch. and way one week later i started putting videos on it. My first video i put on was a gamespot On the spot show that was 2 hours long. so i put the video on and from a full charge i got 1 hour in and bam the battery was finished i was like OMG what am i going to do.

  I called Zune and i told them what happened and the guy was out of words to say he was completely confused. so i said can i send you my zune and you can fix it and they said no we cannot send or receive any thing from Canada. The other option was to send it to a family member in the states and then they can redo the hole process. so i sent it to my cuz in the states and he sent it in right away. Now it is 2 and a half months later and he finally got it back from zune and he sent it back. Her i am now waiting to get it. I am freaking out because i dont know what im going to do if i get my zune back and it is still messed up.( he said they gave me a new one but still). what should i do if it is still messed up. i want to snap on a worker and forced them to upgrade me to the new zunes. what do you guys suggest.

  how much have you spent on your 360

  well i have spent over 800 (premium syster, pgr3,nfl,pdz,extra controller and play and charge kit)!
